I feel ripped off. Booked a haircut plus treatment through Treatwell because there was a €15 discount on the women's haircut. The gentleman who looked after me was very friendly and the hair treatment was very good. When I explained to him what I would like to have done, he seemed to listen well. However, I asked him several times to cut my bangs just a little and not too short, because I have a natural wave and the bangs seem even shorter when they are dry. Unfortunately, he still cut way too much. I was then offered a blow-dry. I understand that this is always at an additional cost. But charging me a whopping €25 just for blow-drying seems to me more like luring customers with great discounts and then recouping this supposed discount with additional services. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with my haircut and therefore cannot recommend the salon.

I was so so happy with Firas! He really saved my hair, which looked really crappy in the beginning. He also cut exactly what I wanted. And even relatively inexpensive. I was super happy with the bleaching, coloring and cutting, even though I had a queasy feeling at the beginning because the salon didn't look 100% inviting from the outside. That would be my only point of criticism, the decoration and cleanliness could still be worked on so that guests really feel completely comfortable. But even without that, I'll definitely come back because Firas is talented and knows what he can do! In the pictures you can see my hair in red before and after. Thanks Firas!

Seriously one of the best hair salons i’ve ever been to! Firas is extremely professional, he just had a quick look on the haircut picture I wanted to have, and did an amaziing job! My hair looks even better than the one I showed him 😅 Besides: prepare yourself to laugh a lot, incredibly funny too.

Great hairdresser. We were there with a 4 year old to have his hair cut short. Everything worked out great. They treated him very well and carefully and he really liked his new hairstyle. If you are looking for a good hairdresser for children, you have come to the right place.

Best haircut I've ever had! I have very thick hair, which not every hairdresser can handle. As a result, I have had to go home with a bad haircut a few times and have had problems trusting a hairdresser with my hair. But Firas did it so well and for little money, I'm super happy! He was also very friendly and accommodating. I'll happily go here from now on. :)

I would have preferred to set the €50 on fire. My hair was treated very roughly. According to the page, the head massage should last 2 minutes. Thank God it only lasted for 20 seconds because my hair was being pulled around so much. I've never had such pain when washing my hair. Then only a treatment was put in and nothing to seal the hair. No heat protectant was used before blow drying. In a good salon you don't have to mention this. My hair has completely broken off after I've been so diligent about growing it out. I looked in the mirror at home and almost cried. Not recommendable. A pity ADDENDUM: I ONLY wanted the ends cut and at least 5cm of hair was cut off. Now I have a slightly longer bob cut. I am very dissatisfied!
