Haseen has been cutting my hair for the past 2-3 years and he has been an amazing professional and hairstyle throughout. He goes well beyond to take care of his customers and provides amazing service. The salon is also very well maintained & managed and has great staff members. Everyone is very polite and show great professionalism. Highly recommend!

Really really horrible experience So the head stylist Ajay has completely messed up my hair twice, to the extent that it took me 6 months to grow out and fix it. He refuses to listen to his customers at all, and when I forced him to cut it the way I want, he got angry, both times, and chopped off large portions of my hair in front. Stuff which cannot be fixed, leaving me with boyish hair for months. This is a hairdresser I have come to for years, so the first time I eventually forgave him. And yet today he did it again, and even refused to acknowledge the fact that he just chopped off 2 inches of my already short hair inspite of explicitly telling him not to. This is the last straw. Would recommend that the management fire him and get someone more qualified and with a cooler head.

Amazing salon with great staff and services . I went to get my hair coloured and it was an amazing experience. The staff made me very comfortable and adviced the suitable colour for my hair and complexion. Overall a great experience. Kudos to Abhay and other staffs.

I recently visited (The Substance-Unisex Salon )and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I received a haircut and was extremely satisfied with the results. The stylist listened to my needs and gave me great advice on how to maintain my new look. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of service I received. Overall, I highly recommend (The Substance-Unisex Salon) and will definitely be returning!
