This place is a very silent place and is full of trees. It's full of Nature, if someone is looking for peace of mind then must visit this place. While doing Inner Engineering I got a chance to visit this place. Inner Engineering is a transformative program that includes Yoga practices, sessions and meditative processes guided by Sadhguru 🙏. I would request who so ever come across my comments should once try Inner Engineering. It is really transformative 🙏🙂

Kindly read the information already provided on Google Maps. In the evening hours (and also otherwise) it is preferable to travel to this destination with your personal vehicle (or a cab that you can have waiting through the entire duration of visit). Parking is available in the adjacent plot (keeping ISHA gate to your left, keep going forward, the next gate is an entry to the parking space for a sports complex. The parking is shared between the sports complex and ISHA Foundation. Not paid/Free on the day we had visited). Evening entry is not permitted before 4:30pm and there are no chairs outside the gate for you to sit while you wait. Thus if anyone has a problem standing for long, do not reach the venue before 4:20-4:25pm for the evening visit. ISHA is known for its punctuality, so don't presume that everyone functions by 'IST' (Indian Stretchable Time). As soon as you enter, there is a ISHA products shop to your left. You must remove your footwear outside at the rack before entering the shop. Drinking water and restrooms are on either side of this shop.If you are attending KNK then you will be given your name coupon and tokri with all the needful contents at this shop itself. Beyond this point the further experience is surreal and absolutely guided. So I need not guide here further. Each and every individual in the premises, (like it is in every other ISHA event,) is extremely courteous, keen and helpful. DO NOT CLICK PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE DEVI AT THE TEMPLE. --- WE WEREN'T AWARE OF THIS DETAIL BEFORE HAND

The ashram is nestled Amidst farm houses and is blessed with a serene and green environment. It is ideal for those who are either devotees of Sadhguru or deeply inclined to meditation. Those visiting for just sightseeing or "religious" purposes may get a bit disappointed.

This place has a very peaceful atmosphere surrounded by lush greenery. One can go there as a visitor, or attend spiritual programs. It is recommended to bring your own vehicle as it is a bit hard to book cabs in the area
