Recently I had the opportunity to visit this serene hospital complex. It was the inauguration of advanced IVF facility.

Here, i see every single hospital staff wearing masks and have sanitizer mostly every place. Every staff behave in a humble and guide the people very politely. Every department is signed perfectly. The hospital was very clean and hygienic. Now about the safety and infrastructure, its all well designed and have fire sensors everywhere. The drawback i felt, it would security camera. Very limited of them are there. Hope my review will be helpful. Thank you.

I have very bad experience with this hospital. My wife is admitted here 8 days. And when situation is going out of control they told me that we don't have neurology doctor s and need to admit some where else. If condition is not in hand then they shoud inform me before situation is going out of control. And due to that my wife is no more. This hospital is make money only.

Very expensive hospital! They got the hospital land at concessional rates because the Qutub Institutional area was meant for institutions doing public service (educational and health institutions). However the prices of all their procedures are skyrocketing. They will charge you for every small service, even the ones that should be complementary. For example, I paid consultation fee separately for the gynacologist --> urine culture test --> diabetes doctor --> diabetes educator totalling to ₹4500 . My submission is that they all are part of one family - gestational diabetes - then why do they charge separately for all consultations and diagnosis ? Another case is that of baby delivery - they charge 1.75 lacs for normal delivery procedure, which is way too much for a hospital that has been granted land by government at concessional rates. Not recommended for salaried people who work hard to earn some money, just to drain all the money in such hospitals.

Sitaram Bhartiya hospital is nice, clean and well maintained hospital. It is located in the lush green qutab institutional area. The hospital is little overpriced. It is famous for maternity services.

Being a Regular client after 8 Year I Must Say Do Not Use Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research Incident Post having Medical Insurance will seek 100% advance funds. Thus make a check before getting admit for deliveries. My two kids born here with same package and same process however this time i have to pay more then 3 times most of the reliable doctors are already left. As Per There Clause So Guys it's Genuine Recommendations Never Ever Go Sitaram Just Because You Have Good Experience Earlier Now Days They are Into Full Revenue Generation Hospital Business.

They don't deserve 1 star ,they are only money making people even on cost of life.

I went for preventive health checkup there. First of all hospital has no parking area so you have to pay MCD for parking vehicle. Preventive checkup was extended upto 5 hrs because of no proper coordination. Even after that sometests remain pending due to unavailability of technicians or doctors. They scheduled my appointment for remaining test after 4 days. Still on that day coordinator called technician not available. Poor coordination causes multiple visits and still incomplete health checkup. They are getting good amount from corporates for health checkup of employees so they should understand and act professionally and promptly.

they are only money making people even on cost of life. Registration staff are very rude in behaviour. They don't deserve 1 star also very cheap in behaviour so I didn't recommend anyone to go there. Just waste of time and money.

Post delivery: once you are in room o one cares about you. No support from any nursing staff. Left to attendant. Unnecessary visits from all departments later saw in bill that Physio Appointments that lasted barely 2 mins was charged over 1200 same with others. They made lot of money and gave me wrong estimate. Imagine being even charged for babys name card or mask that every doctor was wearing to visit me. 10 staff in a day. 1500 Post payment: No one took the pain to even offer a support to car. Non caring attitude. Not even asked for meals. Wrong read, Not recommended, way too expensive and non caring attitudeof both staff and doctors. Better Run for other private hospitals

Had really bad experience with their preventive health checkup plan. Me and my husband went for preventive health checkup on 12th September. The coordinator said that she will call for follow up consultation once all the reports come but she didn't bother to call. We called them on 17th September morning and requested for follow up consultation appointment being aware that reports would be ready. They asked very rudely that you should call before one day for follow up consultation. On the very same day they were giving appointment to other patients coming. It's just that this consultation was part of preventive checkup plan and payment was already made so they didn't bother. My husband has 6 working days in week and because of some reason he took off on that Saturday, so wanted to go for consultation. I requested to management team as well, but it didn't help. It's been 20 days and we have not got any call for any follow up consultation. Also, they fill the feedback part of form on their own which has to be done by patients. Similar thing happened when my mother went for preventive health checkup 2 years ago.

Hospital is very good and they have great staff and services . Though the hospital is a little more expensive however they justify their services basis their prices. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nikita Kumari (Gynaecologist) in case you are visiting for your pregnancy related treatment. She is trained and experienced and she is very polite . She is very good doctor and I like the way she treat patient.

Worst hospital ever been to. I recommend not to visit there. Bunch of losers out there. I went there today itself. I waited for 2 hrs even though I had appointment, and when I went in doctor's assistance told me wait for doctor for around 2 hrs and then i told my issues to my doctor and he told me that he dont know about this issue. So he told me to go to another one. I told him that I have previously visited him so he gave me two-three medicines to have. And took a lot of money for this much. Worst hospital ever I wanted to use much foul language, but i respect google and its policies. So go to hell...... jerks

Hospital is good but the inpatient services and emergency services are pathetic. I have found the nursing staff to be sleeping and refusing to attend to the patients. The toilet are unclean during non working hours and you have to suffer if you have some inhouse patient.

I have a very bad experience in Sitaram bhatiya I was with my patient we did registration in emergency OPD at 12:00pm on Aug 31 and we waited so long even in emergency and got chance to consult after 3 hrs at 3pm .They charged 1350 for emergency OPD,,we asked every desk representative and even called on emergency numbers listed in board there ,but there was no response from there's end,,what's going on very bad experience with Dr.kartikeya Kohli,,will not recommend or visit this hospital again ....shame on the staff of Sitaram bhartiya ,,karna will response to you ....

Want to highlight laid back and mismanged ultrasound facility of the hospital. I got my level II anamoly ultrasound done on 15th June . However , doctor left the hospital without providing final report ( they expect to work with provisional report which is shared with doctor ) . Even after waiting for 4 hrs after ultrasound they asked to visit next day to collect report even after informing that we are visiting from Noida and it would not be possible to come again just to collect report . The answer to this query was to collect report after 1 month when my next appointment is scheduled with doctor . Also , waiting time for scheduled appointment is beyond any limit. I would urge operating officer of the hospital and Dr Abhishek Bhartia to kindly look into the laidback attitude of the department so that expecting parents can wisely utilize their time and avoid getting weird answers from ultrasound team for their query .

Charges as compared to the services are sky high. Staff is rude and non co-operative. I DO NOT suggest this hospital to anyone.

This is an established Hospital and has the best doctors and reasonable pricing and the honesty level of doctor's is high. I went to meet Dr Ajay Munjal a renowned Eye Specialist and a very experienced doctor and has been very nice and diligent doctor and give the treatment with explanation so the the patient feel comfortable.

Iam really disappointed with Sitaram Bhartiya. I have been visiting this hospital for last 3 years. My son was born in this hospital and we have never bothered to look for any pediatrician other than the one in this hospital. Last week we travelled to another city and suddenly my son was very ill. He was crying terribly. I called in the hospital to speak to my pediatrician which they allowed earlier. This time her coordinator kept repeating that I need to pay money before I can speak to her. I requested her that I'll pay but only if I can speak to the doctor. She denied it very rudely. I then went to a local doctor. My son continued to be sick even after 5 hours. Again I called in the the emergency services.. I was very worried fir my son. They again insisted on paying before I could speak to any doctor. I begged them that I'll pay but that they let me speak to a doctor but they did not. A friend in Delhi gave me the number of her pediatrician in Delhi. He video conferenced with me. I bought a new set of medicine and finally after 6-7 hours my son's pain eased. That was the most painful day of my life. Not sure if I'll come back to this hospital. It's going the Appolo way with money centric services. And congratulations to them.

Excellent doctors, especially Dr Swati Sinha & Dr Prashant Tyagi. Dr Swati Sinha was like a mother to my wife when we had a baby. It's like a family there. My wife had a normal delivery in 2018. A bit expensive hospital, but extremely good service. Caring and loving doctors. Much much better than hospitals running like shops in Gurgaon and Noida.

I got extremely lucky to have landed in this hospital and with their team of highly competent and empathetic doctors, nurses and even administrative staff. After having a disappointing experience with a hospital in Gurgaon, we decided to go here in my 38th week of pregnancy. I had heard about their focus on normal deliveries and avoidance of unnecessary medical interventions and fortunately I got to experience it first-hand. We consulted Dr. Anita Sabharwal who is the most sought after and yet humble and kind doctor I have met so far. In such a short span of time she managed to understand not just my patient history but also my preferences as an individual. I felt extremely comfortable and secure under her guidance. I also got to experience Dr. Panchampreet Kaur who was the attending doctor during my admission. She is extremely empathetic and understanding and kept me motivated. The nurses are highly trained to handle a woman in labour, I personally benefited hugely by the presence of nurse Preeti Mishra. The experience of post-natal care and check-ins by nurses, consultants and doctors was also very pleasant and satisfactory for me. I would highly recommend this hospital. The waiting time for meeting doctors is on a higher side which is probably the only adjustment one will have to do.

Good Hospital and Sarita who sits in the reception in the ground floor is very very good to talk and handles work properly. She is polite and very dedicated is what I felt when I was waiting for the doc to come. The way she handles the crowd is very good. Highly recommend her for more growth in the hospital. Our overall experience of having a normal delivery at this hospital was excellent. The labour and delivery team led by Dr. Namrita Sandhu was professional and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure a safe delivery. Post-delivery care was also good with doctors and staff doing regular rounds following up on the health of both mother and child. This hospital's USP is that one's spouse is permitted in the L&D room to provide essential support throughout the birth process.

Very unprofessional behaviour of doctor, they think that just because patient is coming wearing normal clothes and basic phone they can't afford treatment in their hospital. They are more concerned about money than treatment, please focus on quality of doctor and conduct a traning session for them on how to behave with their patients. I am never going back and nor will suggest any of my friends or relatives.

I have a good experience with the hospital. I have visited hospital two times for Pre medical checkup. All the staff connected with check up were behaved with me politely and it was in time. Doctor also consulted with me very politely and it was very nice experience.

Excellent services.... Best maternity hospital in Delhi.... I delivered my baby in June 2023 and I Admitted in an emergency in the early morning for delivery. I was so scared but i was surprised that all the staff and drs were available in the early morning also .. The team of nurses are very helpful and kind. They Continuously encouraged and guided for normal delivery. Dr. Anita sabharwal anand ma'am was my gynecologist, she is amazing and gave the best advices during my pregnancy period.My pregnancy period and delivery was so smooth just because of her only. All the services and staff at this hospital are very helpful and polite.. I really appreciate the efforts of all the staff and drs ....I highly recommend this hospital for normal delivery.

Excellent for the best birthing experience. I would recommend any one who is pregnant to go here. I have gone there for both my deliveries & both were different experience but the best result. My 1st was a normal delivery, the second one was induced but I still had a normal delivery. Its very good for couples & encourages for husband participation too depending on the situation. They have pre & post delivery classes which are helpful.

Excellent set of doctors with great staff. The level of care that you get in this hospital far exceeds what you would get in most large hospitals. Dr. Kohli is a literal lifesaver. With my mother we have had consults with multiple doctors and I have not had even one doc who was not above average. When making a choice for your medical care, you can trust this place with your eyes closed.

10/10 On 23rd March, I underwent a surgery at Sitaram Bhartia. 1. TPA desk is super efficient & helpful. Once my pre- approval was processed they even called & informed. 2. PAC Team & coordinator: while I had to go twice but coordination was simple. 3. IPD desk: I had to initially struggle with the room. But they arranged it under 20 mins. 4. Rooms: Clean with a window view 5. Cleaning, F&B: Very efficient & pro-active. 6. Nurse: In hospitals of this scale, one have to chase them down, here it was extremely professional. 7. Discharge Summary: I think they have the finest system in place. 8. Billing: Seamless

I had a wonderful experience for my surgery here. The staff was good and quick with check-ins. The hospital being vegetarian was a definite plus, and the food was good. From the doctors to the housekeeping, everyone was not only professional but also sweet and genuinely concerned. The ambiance felt incredibly homely, adding to the overall positive experience. It's been 7 years since my family is visiting Sita Ram, the doctors in OPD are good and it's emergency services used to be good also. However things have changed a lot, for OPD one can come here but certainly will never come with any patient in emergency. It's emergency services has worsened, expect delay in attending and indifferent attitude from staff if the patient is not critical. The emergency at nursing homes is better than it now days. The management needs to seriously look into it, not everyone has the time or state of mind to complaint while with a patient. Further there is no information readily available in notice board or other places, as to whom to contact for grievances.

Good reasonable multispeciality hospital. Centrally located in Delhi. People are very cooperative and conductive. Serving the needy people also.

Extremely positive experience. I had a normal delivery, all thanks to the staff at the hospital. Doctors and nurses from various departments took great care of me. They kept visiting me regularly, even at night. Very good meals were provided and hygiene was also taken care of nicely.

I had a very healthy pregnancy and delivery experience with Dr. Panchampreet Kaur where her support and decisions made me to have a normal delivery. Thanks a lot for treating me with the utmost care. Have been coming to Sitaram Bhartia for my daughter (aged 5 years) for the past 2 years now. I would recommend this hospital for all children.. they have the best team of pediatricians, gastroenterologists in tne city. They managed to not only diagnose my daughter's stomach issues but also help us resolve them in a timely manner. Big thank you to Dr Nidhi Rawal and Dr. Neha Joshi. Good research and institute found for my mother's thyroid checkup. During this corona period the place is empty and doctors give ample time for consultation and research. I would recommend people to visit this incase you don't find any other good hospital or facilities elsewhere. Situated in Qutab Industrial Area people usually don't know much about this. Though we had been treated well and given extra comfort for corona check up after entering.

Its a very nice and well organized hospital. All the staff including doctors and coordinators are very cooperative. I consulted Dr Kartikeya for my mother for her COVID treatment. He was very helpful and sweet. Had a nice experience!

I have been visiting SBISR for over 6 years now for multiple services for myself and my family mainly because of the quality of doctors, the overall care by other medical staff and the friendly service of the non medical staffs. I am especially impressed by the gynaecology and paediatrics department with their approach to help a woman handle pregnancy and motherhood in the best possible way. The fact based advices given by doctors truly helped me bust the myths around pregnancy and motherhood and make logical decisions all the time. Although it may seem a little expensive, but the care and services are worth it as an overall package and I would recommend this place for all and to be parents.

Doctor's are very professional. This hospital is renowned for maternity services. The normal delivery rate is 88%. Cesarean is performed only in case of emergency or when there are no alternatives. The only problem is cost or package its on higher side whether it be cesarean or normal the cost that one has to bear is same. Which is approximately 1 lakhs.

I have delivered my baby in this hospital and I was COVID positive. They took good care of me and my baby.The staff is very helpful and polite.my experience with this hospital is excellent..

Overall care and the support provided by doctors at the time of delivery is excellent but one thing I felt was that during the regular routine check ups , appointment time given to the patient on call didn't match on visit. Waiting time is too much for regular routine check ups. Also, it's very expensive. Its unaffordable for a common man.

Had a worst experience dealing with one of the most known Dr of the hospital (Swati Sinha), tried calling her several times to tell her about the issues I was facing during my pregnancy but she never responded. And I ended up having a mid term abortion, tried calling her on the same day as well to understand what's wrong but she instead of guiding me didn't responded to any of my calls and dropped a text message saying emergencies can be dealt in hospital only. Worst experience.

I have delivered both my babies in this hospital .Both were normal delivery and all credit goes to Dr Rinku Sengupta and her fabulous team. In today's time when no hospital comes up with their normal delivery rate , Sitaram Bhartia hospital proudly discloses it's normal delivery rate which is too good and gives confidence to mother to be to just relax and let everything be handled by its team of excellent doctors. The stay in the hospital has also been really good with all the support being provided at the call of a bell and all the basic care of mother and newborn being taken care of thoroughly. I would highly recommend this hospital

Except for a slight disappointment in the hospital food service, I really do not have much complaints, I found encouraging gynaecologist Dr Rinku SenGupta and Dr Paul Gupta who only had patient's well being at heart always..during my labour the nurse Nirmala had patiently put up with my ruckus and strongly walked me through stressful times by extending expert help. And my child found a family like doctor in the shape of Dr Abhishek Chatterjee.

I was charged the money for a different doctor and the doctor who checked me was different . When I asked them they informed me that the doctor I was charged for is busy. I don't expect such shoddy behavior from a reputed Institute like sitaram bharti, where I have been a regular patient.

Overpriced. You pay high charges for outdated facilities. They are Expert in wasting your time. Be prepared for more than 1.5hrs of waiting time for each consultation. They just don't value other person's time. Doctors are very arrogant, if you ask them any question they get irritated and cut you short. I had very bad experience. I was told to wait for labour intensity and duration which was pointless as the baby pooped inside and there was water leakage with meconium. After suffering for more than 6hrs dr Rinku said that it's going to be a c section. Why did they let me suffer when they knew that in such condition normal delivery is not possible. My point is I understand you are a doctor but there are other professions that are equally valuable and everyone's time is equally precious. They wasted so much time and we paid unnecessary charges for those 6hrs of hospital admission. And because of all this I had to switch hospital on the very same day of my delivery. Luckily I delivered my baby at another hospital and both of us are safe.

Dr. Anita is an excellent doctor. The way she suggests/ consoles/advises is the best comfort a person needs during illness..while I was admitted in hospital, she came for regular follow ups and cleared the doubts, whatever was being asked, patiently. A good person as well as doctor !

First of all, I am extremely grateful to Dr. Priti Arora Dhamija. She is such a wonderful doctor and above all a good human being. She is very polite and courteous. I didn't take any treatment from this hospital and from Dr. Arora. I was in pregnancy consultation with some other doctor. However during the last months of my pregnancy, I had some doubts regarding delivery, so I contacted with the hospital as Sitaram Bhartia Hospital was offering free one time consultation with the gynecologists. They connected me with Dr. Priti Arora Ma'am through video conferencing and Dr. Arora give me her precious time and clarify all my doubts very properly and professionally after which I was extremely relaxed and relieved. Therefore, a big thanks to Hospital and specially Dr. Arora. Special thanks to Ms. Priya also as she was the one who connected me with Dr. Arora and made everything very smooth. Sorry for delayed posting of my review.

It's an amazing experience 2nd time. All the people, Dr's are amazing they always keep the mom's positive and we had a wonderful experience 2nd time. Both the times we had normal delivery. I must say that all the people are master in their job. Thanks again.
