I
booked
one
of
the
last
smoker
rooms.
As
it
is
a
2
star
hotel
my
expectations
where
low.
Still
they
managed
to
disappoint
me.
The
room
I
got
was
completely
tanned
off.
Everywhere
in
the
room
where
dark
brown
stains
from
smoke.
The
carpet
&
the
frame
of
the
bed
had
some
stains
from
drinks
or
vomit.
When
opening
the
window
my
hand
got
sticky.
But
the
worst
part
was
that
the
heating
is
basically
non
existing.
During
the
freezing
cold
night
the
room
was
cold.
The
heating
fan
did
not
get
warm
enough.
Even
after
closing
the
small
ventilation
on
the
top
of
the
window
the
room
was
half
the
night
very
cold.
Only
in
the
morning
it
got
better
but
after
opening
the
window
for
ventilation
everything
repeated.
All
in
all
I
am
very
disappointed.

2023:
On
13th
December
2022
the
team
of
the
hotel
send
me
an
email
with
a
generic
apology
&
asking
for
"a
chance
to
earn
back
[their]
trust"
I
was
open
to
it
&
answered
with
an
email
that
I
am
happy
to
here
that
&
looking
forward
to
that.
I
asked
how
they
want
to
earn
back
my
trust.
I
am
still
waiting
for
an
answer
&
do
not
await
any
further
responses.
I
would
even
take
away
the
one
star
&
leave
them
with
no
star
at
all.

from
10th
April
2023:
Today
they
commented
here
with
the
same
text
as
in
the
email
from
13th
December.
It
looks
like
they
are
copy
&
pasting
the
same
text
over
and
over
again.
That
is
just
ridiculous
&
I
have
the
feeling
that
they
are
messing
around
with
me.
Probably
they
have
much
negative
feedback
&
handle
that
with
copy
&
paste.
