Ordering process is fast, 5-10 minutes waiting time for 2 burgers and 1 fries. The staffs also give gloves to eat the burgers which is very nice! The price is okay for a burger but quality is better compared to popular fast food chain. Minus one star because one of our burgers is warm and one is not (black&white one), i don’t know if it’s supposed to be that cold. The location is also far from centre area

Best smashed burger I’ve ever had.

I tried today the simplest burger they have, the one at 7.90 euro, called Smash. You do feel the difference from the fast food chain burgers from the first bite. I never tried a burger this good. The bun is slightly yellowish and has a delicious taste. The meat of the burger is much much better than any McDonald's or Burger King: they explained they use only Angus beef for their burgers. The simple burger also contained delicious caramelized onions, a soft and creamy cheese and an amazing sauce (no idea what it was, no ketchup or mayo, but it was excellent). Extra points for the kindness and clear explanations from the staff on each of their burgers. They also explained that the black buns contain natural carbon which has no taste but help digestion. I will come again.

For the speed and locations, it's actually good value for your money. Meat is dry but overall it taste ok making it a good spot during your shopping

Crowded and not a lot of space. Long waiting time to be served - mediocre food. A very. noisy environment can't enjoy your food

The place is cool & ordering process is efficient and fast. The burgers were ready in no time. The burgers were super tasty and quality of meat is amazing with the mix of all other components like the bread, carmelized onions, bacon and sauce. I was enjoying every bite really. They take care of other details like the napkins, gloves and the quality of materials they use. Amazing place!

from uber eats: i ordered a classic burger that was buy one, get one free! but they gave me the WRONG burger AND fries!!!!!! i tried contacting but they don't want to give me a refund.
