Excellent Vegetarian hotel with plenty of North Indian Dishes in Rameswaram. Ambience and natural lighting are very pleasing. I would suggest trying "North Indian Thali (GDF special)" for lunch which costs ₹250 and is also my personal favourite here. Many types of fresh drinks are also available. One of the main comfort about this restaurant is that it has many tables and is always less crowded, so the dishes are delivered quickly. I have also attached images having the complete details of items in the menu .

Variety of food options especially north indian food. Very tasty and reasonable. You have to pay and obtain a token and they will call the token number on Mike. Jalebi was very tasty and a must have. Overall a very good experience.

Visited this restaurant during our visit to the Rameswaram. It is a pure veg restaurant and they have South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Juice and Ice cream options here. It is self service option over here. Food was average and they use lots of oil and food colour . Washroom facility is available over here

Food test good But If you require Ahmedabad test or Gujarat test not available Varieties of food options and services was fast to cater a large crowd. Management took great care Staffs name printed nice system helpful for the customers. Packaging can improve but speed of order delivery is good. Dinning area might be crowded. A food court concept for high traffic flow route. Food arrived quickly as they are prepared in different areas. Good portion meals. Fully vegetarian menu possibly to cater temple visitors. Most North Indian food tasted good. South Indian food were average. Chaat options were yummy. Service is by single staff allocated to the area. No other staff attend even if you can them few times. Ample parking available in front of store. Hit the thumbs-up button if my review helped 🙂. Thanks.

The best place in Rameshwaram for North Indian food. Be it breads, gravies, chats or desi chinese all the items are authentic and delicious. The restaurant is self serve and i believe cleanliness needs some improvement. Overall a must recommend for someone looking for North Indian style food.

It is fast food self service type pure veg food court with every conceivable dish from north (chole bhature, rajma chawal ) to south to western ( sandwich, pizza) to juices, milk shakes. Sadly it does not serve hot drinks like tea and coffe. The stress is on tasteful food without bothering about originallity and authenticity. A rajma chawal, we ordered tasted , more like butter paneer.

Food is mixed - there are a lot of hits and misses. But their variety is their USP, that too for a temple town which hardly offers a few options in most restaurants, this one standa out. What i liked Dahi papdi chat Singapore chowmein What I did not like Jeera rice and dal Bhel puri Overall, try if you need options or an exciting option for kids.

That's the best option in Rameshwaram you can choose to dine In. Specially if you are searching for North Indian taste and the best taste in south indian food also. If you are chat lover than also it's the best option. All food items are under budget. The staff is very helpful and humble in nature special Manager. If you are a sweets lover than you must have to try the Gulab Jamun here (the best I have ever eaten). In Rameshwaram there are a lot of Punjabi Dhaba's but most of are fraud . I already tried near the Rameswaram Temple a Punjabi Dhaba's food but the taste of that food is awful 😞. Than I try to find a new restaurant with the great taste and finally I found it on The Grand Delhi Food Plazas. 🙂😌😌🥰🥰. I love it.

Food plaza - Varieties of food options and services was fast to cater a large crowd. Management took great care in attending each customer.. i could visibly see the efforts they take in handling a customer order.. Staffs name printed gave easy identification to follow up your orders indeed a nice system helpful for the customers. Packaging can improve but speed of order delivery is good. Dinning area might be crowded. If u want to finish quickly.. you can check this food court.

This is a good stop for food. You can get variety of menus such as North Indian chhole bhature etc. Pizza. Dosa. Special South Indian meals. It was fine. Rice was ample. Rest of the menu was towards mid to high range.

Nice nom ac hotel just outside of rameshwaram, speed delivery of items. North Indian food, dal tadka and mix veg were good if not great, phulka and tandoori roti served were also good. Open airy restaurant and sitting below the fans will be okay.

Food was okay. North Indian varieties were not that good in my opinion. South Indian meals was good.but a decent place in the area. The ambience was good. They have many varieties from chats to Dosa however not many were up to the mark.

Good option for North Indian food. Hygiene is on the lower side. Service was really good and special shout out to me Suman for the prompt and cordial service. Food taste was okayish. Nothing stood out . If you are craving for some North Indian food in the southern part of India , then you can give this place a try.

We went there after visiting APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial. As we entered, it looked huge and a little shabby but it was fully packed. We took our chances and ordered gobi parantha and wow it was the best decision of our trip! I did not imagine finding such good paranthas down south 😍 You get everything there from Chinese to chaat to north and south Indian. But if in doubt and craving some north indian paranthas, this is definitely the place to go. We visited this twice. Even the service was good. Inspite of the crowd, food wasn’t delayed. You must visit this place whenever in Rameshwaram.

Good food near rameswaram.. Dont eat anything near from rameswaram temple.. Full of house flies and unhygienic atmosphere.. Best option is Grand delhi plaza.

Saw this restaurant while going to Rameshwaram so made a mental note to visit it and wasn’t disappointed in both taste and quality. It like a food court inside which has around 10 counters such as juice counter, lassi counter, pizza counter, chats counter etc. Had tried their special North Indian thali and chole bature. At a place like this, getting such wide varieties of food is a blessing. Has ample amount of parking space available too.

This is opposite to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial. The Grand Delhi Food Plaza is having great food. Here it is a self service hotel. You order and your order is ready in 5 minutes. You can order South Indian, snacks, coffee, tea, chhole bhature. This hotel is having a clean washroom as well. I loved eating idly sambar with tea. Good shakes and lassi options.

When I think about celebrations, GDF is always my first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything is outstanding with an endless menu. Service is delightful and the lighting is perfect for photography. 10/10
