Good variety of products but staff won't help you to get any products actually they'll get irritated when you ask for their help... Worst of all is before getting money from you you're allowed to use the escalator after getting your money you'll be forced to take the stairs as the lift is very small and will always be full... imagine climbing down 6 floors with a baby in your hand this is not how you treat customers

No hygienic products at all. There is an dead insect in a packed item and the girls who is doing packing doesn't even care about that when we tell that there is an insect. Worst customer service. Tokens is made only for our hand bags. With the billed items we are not all allowed to use the escalator, which is such a useless thing. In the stationary section 2 ladies who is standing out are checking even our purses, that's so insulting. I strongly hate the customer service. 👎

Go inside and see.. go inside and see... standard reply.. worst part is that after billing you cannot use the escalator to go down.. use only lift or staircase.. senior citizens and persons with disability cannot use staircase. Only one Lift for so much crowd and for 7 floors ..is always overloaded... Won't stop in any floor minimum 30 minutes wait for lift.. two ladies are posted in each floor only to prevent person from using escalator after billing. Forcing the customers to go to staircase. Useless management No manager to complain...even after making payment and taking the product you cannot go out your way.. No additional staff for billing.. if you purchase 100 plates of same price billing is done for each plate separately making the process tedious and time consuming.. worst billing process. Another customer has to wait for hours to get his billing done

This is a fraud company . The owners never respond to their suppliers. They never make payments on time to their suppliers. The company staff is inefficient and has poor knowledge of making correct decisions. They are looting the state government and have huge debts . Outsiders investors must Be careful if they have invested in it .
