Toooo costly. Less quantity. In my pot only 5 mutton pieces, lot of fat. Service is not satisfactory.Our sankarankovil sultan biryani is more delicious than thalapakatti biryani.It contains more meat.

It's a nice place to have thalappakkatti biriyani. It was the first time I ate the dish. So im not sure about the authenticity. But it tasted good. Especially the one with chicken 65. Ambience offered by this place is lit and the prices 😵‍💫. They charge ₹79 for a lemon soda and ₹69 for a lemon juice. If you are ok to spend that much, it would be a nice place to have food.

Customer Service Very Poor. Take approximately 45mints for just one soup and pepper chicken. Pepper Chicken not so good. Quantity also very less. Price also very high.

Visited the authentic Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant 's Tirunelveli branch for lunch and the quality & taste matched the expectations and justified the brand name! ❤️ The starter mutton bone soup is good. Tried mutton Kola Urundai. Tasted good but was very smaller in size for the price. The size can be improved. The biriyani was delicious. Both the mutton boneless biriyani and chicken biriyani tasted good. 🤩 Wanted to order their signature dish Gunfire chicken but it was out of stock. Ordered Pepper Barbecue Chicken and Peri Peri Chicken - both were spicy and yummiest 😍👌🏼 Highly recommended! The ambience is very nice and traditional. Crowded. The service is good. Located in the prime location opposite to new bus stand. Limited parking is available hence parking in peak hours is a challenge. Overall good choice for authentic biriyani treats!!!

Too much waiting period. Small space for dine in. Not recommended for families. Even getting the seat getting your orders very late. You can easily pass 2-3 hours for lunch. Asked mutton soup and the waiter comes back after 30 minutes and saying that it was not available. You will get a glass of water & empty banana leaves for sure. Recommended for couples/lovers who would find a right place to pass the time.

It's okay not so bad. But there are very few items for vegetarians. They should add more items in vegetarian options. Hope they use a separate kitchen for making veg dishes. If not please practice it. Other than all good. Prices are okay. Clean and neat. The staff are friendly and helpful. All kinds of payments are accepted here i.e UPI, cash, Cards etc.

I've just placed my first order at this place. Due to Covid19, haven't been able to experience dine in. The looks and layout resembles other outlets of the chain. Their menu is very similar to the other places. I'm glad they have opened up in Tirunelveli - at a prime spot opposite to the new busstand.

One of the busiest briyani outlets in Tirunelveli. The taste of the briyani was good but the quantity was slightly less for a normal/ good to eat person. Two pots will serve one well eating person. The starters were decent. Paneer tikka was okay with less marination. The briyani usually is over by 02:30 PM on weekdays and earlier on weekends. The price is decent for taste but too much for the quantity offered.

Food taste was ok but what was disappointing is they didn't have any tandoori items or even mutton biryani at 7.30pm on Sunday. Peri peri chicken, gun fried chicken all of their signature dishes were not available. Reason - Given to online demands... I am surprised who took away all the food so early?

I have been a fan of Dindigul Thalappakatti briyani for years and their food has never disappointed me. I recently visited one of their restaurants and tried their famous biryani again. The biryani was cooked to perfection, with each grain of rice having the right texture and the meat being juicy and flavorful. The biryani had a distinct aroma that left me wanting more. The raita and brinjal curry served along with the biryani were the perfect accompaniments and added to the overall taste of the dish. The restaurant had a great ambiance and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was served hot and fresh. Overall, I would highly recommend Dindigul Thalappakatti to anyone who loves biryani or South Indian cuisine

The way we were looked after and the food while we were eating there was very good. They interacted with our children happily and lovingly. The way of serving food made us more happy.

Briyani😋 was totally awesome, but I try a chicken moru moru starters was not good. Improve the hygiene factors like floors and restrooms

Last week we ordered three party bucket mutton briyani the taste is compromised in bucket briyani comparing dinning, slight disappointment from thalappakatti never expected.

The biriyani is good but there is more crowd and you need to wait a very long time for serving.

I tried Special Mutton Biryani from here and it was good. Costs around 340 incl. of taxes. Mutton pieces are well cooked and had sufficient quantity of rice.

I have ordered chicken fried rice and scehzwan f.rice,dragon chicken worst decision I have made. Simply waste.plz don't try these three. Waste of money 💰

Try aroma hyderabadi biryani or royal seema or some other good biryani shops to understand real taste of biryani. Price match with metropolitan cities but taste not even match with roadside shop. Ambiance 7/10 Taste 1/10

Loved the food and ambience here, food is tasty and loved the mutton items, black pepper chicken is yum. particularly the ambiance is best in town, world class maintenance of kitchen and neat washrooms.
