Some
years
ago
we
bought
our
first
car
.
It’s
started
getting
old
at
that
time
we
started
thinking
about
the
service
of
the
car
which
must
be
standard
and
also
affordable
as
same,
we
are
totally
confused
where
to
service
our
car
.
One
of
my
friend
suggested
me
Anamalais
Toyata
(he
was
25years
customer
for
Anamalais
Toyata).
The
first
day
I
step
into
the
showroom
,
I
think
the
cost
of
the
service
must
be
high
and
I
thought
not
to
come
back
hereafter
But
Anamalais
Toyata
intact
my
trust
totally
in
their
service
from
the
very
first
step
of
job
sheet
for
the
car,
till
the
checkout
at
the
end
of
the
gate
they
are
taking
hyper
care
on
their
service
also
so
cost
efficient
compared
to
other
garage
and
service
centre’s.
I
would
like
to
appreciate
Mr.Ramanathan
&
Mr.Immanuel
for
their
presence
of
the
entire
part
of
my
service
all
the
time
from
the
day
one
until
today.
They
let
me
know
the
availability
and
intimate
me
for
on
time
for
the
service.
Also
special
thanks
to
Mr.Barnabas
Moses,
he
looked
upon
my
specific
issue
for
an
hour
and
finally
he
fixed
but
the
time
was
6:30
,
like
I
asked
him
‘It
was
late
for
you
to
go
home’
.
He
said
with
smile
’That’s
my
job
and
I
was
interest
to
fix
this
out’
his
positive
approach
towards
this
problem
was
really
good.
I
would
like
to
value
all
the
other
technicians
,
staffs
and
managers
to
making
this
strong
faith
on
your
service.
It’s
been
6years
for
me
with
Anamalais
toyata
today
.
They
haven’t
disappoint
me
in
their
service
and
the
hospitality.
Also
l’m
getting
the
same
feedback
from
my
family
and
friends
who
I
suggested
to
service
here.
