I did not know they stock size 13 & 14 shoes. I've been struggling to find shoes for my 13 year old. Staff are also quick to approach you if help is needed. Also needed some boxing gloves today, and I got some really good assistance.

The teenagers staff who worked at fast food place has better communication and good manners as compared to yours. Went there to collect my order kind a felt I have been picking up my aus post parcel did not say hi or hello not even asked for bag seriously, check out your team sorry but your staff lack of basic manners.

Nice place I got a pair of Nike lebron witness air 3’s and a fair price for it but I was confused when they didn’t give a discount for membership.

Went yesterday to purchase a cross trainer, Just wanted a bit more information about the cross trainer that was on display. So walked into the store it was very quite, so I got onto the crosstrainer for about 5 minutes looking and trying it out. Noticed two staff members just talking to each other. So I went to the front counter and asked one of the ladies there could someone help regarding the cross trainer. She did not seem interested one bit in what I said, She said the guy at the back of the store can he can help, I said which guy, She said the guy wearing the black top. Im thinking to myself don't all rebel employees wear wear black tops. So we just walked out and went to the point cook store which they very helpfull. Went to the front desk and they called someone straight away. Unfortunately the episode we had at WERRIBEE plaza put me off Rebel sport. We have been shopping there for a very long time. We ended up going to another retailer and purchased a cross trainer there.

Please dont trust their price match policy if the product is cheaper elsewhere they add delivery fee as well to make the total price What a rubbish policy

Top marks for my click and collect purchase yesterday. From the lady on the phone helping direct me to the right pickup spot, to the two dudes who helped load it into my car, I can’t fault them. Hope they get the recognition from Rebel for their good work.

I had the easiest and greatest customer service experience today while being helped by Lance at the counter. This young man is a credit to your business. He was a great help to me when I was the one who had stuffed up!

Excellent customer service provided by Andrea M at Pacific Werribee store. I bought a pair of walking shoes today. Was really confused which one to pick and Andrea helped me understand the different types of shoes and provided guidance in selecting the best fit. The way she attends multiple customers at the same time is commendable. The store usually gets very busy from mid day onwards. If you want to leverage Andrea’s expertise to the utmost, visit the store early as soon as it opens when there is less crowd.

Well priced for the quality of the goods. There is plenty of stock available with the goods being sold. Generally more expensive than Kmart or Big W. Wish they had 15c bags in store if you forgot your bags or if your bags are full from the full on shopping done at the plaza. If 15c is not ideal for the company to sell a bag, maybe introduce a paper bag at like 30c. $1 is a bit much for a levy, however if you have no reusable bags, $1 is fine. But I have too many shopping bags. Staff are friendly

Really happy with Andrea service picking the best training shoes for my mom. She was very patient, helpful and had a big smile on her face the whole time. Thank you Rebel sports for having such great employees and Andrea for looking after us.

Went today (Black Friday), I didn’t catch the ladies name but she was working in the shoe section. She probably had about 3 or 4 other people wanting to try on shoes of all different sizes and, while it was busy and probably a lot, she was great - super friendly and helpful. She provided great and quick customer service. The team at the front area were also super friendly :) would definitely return.

Seems fairly well kept up. Prices are average for a variety of items. Worth a look at for the sport conscious person.

I am happy with the variety of shoes and stuff they have at rebel sports werribee. But what is frustrating is they never have people to help. You choose a shoe style and then wait for ages for someone to help you with your size and not only that when you go for payment their is only 1 or 2 counter opened for payment. I went last weekend had to wait 23- 25 min in queue for payment as only 1 counter was opened.

Great place for all your sporting needs and good price's

This is a really good store especially when you want to by all the sports equipment.

Bought a football and soccer ball today for my grandsons, the girl that helped me in the football section was great, she then took me to the soccer balls and went searching out tge back for what I was looking for. Was a great help considering I was time poor.

Don't expect any customer service here. We have left many times to go to other stores in Pacific Werribee where you will receive great service. Last week a man was wanting to buy a treadmill and because he didn't know exactly what he wanted the staff member told him to look online. No offer to explain the various differences of the treadmills Rebel offer.
