I love shopping at Adairs and have often found the staff to be very helpful and kind at other stores. When I was browsing Adairs at their Preston Homemaker location I was completely ignored and did not receive help looking for an item. I attempted to call over a team member and they walked away and continued their conversation. I decided to leave the store empty handed and was appalled by the attitude of the staff there. This store needs to reconsider keeping the unhelpful and rude staff I dealt with on that day. I am not the first person to come across their bad attitude it seems after reading other reviews here. I will go somewhere else from now on.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at this store, was served by Georgia, who was incredibly helpful and nothing was to much to ask of her, will definitely be shopping here again because of her!

The staff members are always very helpful and friendly. They actually listen to what your needs are and do there best to try and help.

I was served by Adriana and she was an amazing help. I knew I needed a more supportive pillow for my aching neck and she helped me find the perfect one within budget. She let me test a few in store and knew exactly what type of pillow I needed for how I slept. I cannot recommend her and this store enough. Thank you so much for you help!

Amazing friendly professional service. The team seemed to be enjoying their day both times I went in. The staff member who served me on the first day remembered my name when I walked in the next day. It is always a warm welcome at Adairs in Preston. Such a fabulous place. Thank you for going the extra mile :D

Went into Adair’s on Saturday afternoon and had a very unpleasant experience with one salesperson the mature lady with black hair was very rude and not friendly you would think someone in sales would have customer service won’t be visiting that store ever again they have lost a loyal customer I spoke to the manager Tamara about my experience but will still not be returning Georgia was very nice and a young sales lady you would thnk a mature lady would be more respectful with how she treats customers clearly not very disappointed left the store crying

Got served by a wonderful lovely woman yesterday! I wish I could remember her name I think she said Tam. What a legend! We also signed up for membership and she helped us with an ottoman.

Had a great shopping experience during a sale, the staff were all working very hard to get around to helping everyone.
