Once we were attended to service was good, but considering that we were returning a necklace for repair, dreadful wait time, bearing in mind we had been to the store on two previous occasions but were closed. We waited for almost an hour only to be told we had to leave the necklace and return once completed as they didn't have time, their were customers in the store that were there for almost the same time we were in the queue, not a good experience
