So
sad
that
I
have
to
leave
this
review
as
this
is
the
worst
experience
we
have
ever
had:(
my
partner
bought
me
a
Groupon
couple
massage
voucher
as
bday
gift.
When
we
tried
to
make
a
booking,
one
of
the
staff
mentioned
that
there
are
limited
booking
for
the
voucher
user
per
week.
We
are
fine
to
wait
until
the
next
available
date
and
time
to
book.
(We
have
provided
the
voucher
security
code
on
phone)
Also,
I
did
some
research
on
the
reviews
and
request
to
book
with
two
specific
staffs.
The
reception
lady
helped
us
to
book
in
two
weeks
after
the
phone
call.
And
we
also
received
the
confirmation
text
message
wirh
the
name
of
the
massue.
One
day
before
the
booking,
we
have
received
a
text
message
to
ask
if
the
booking
is
for
one
person??
and
ask
for
the
voucher
code
and
image
again
(second
time).
I
said
it’s
for
two
people
book
with
two
massues.
And
they
replied
´the
Groupon
voucher
couldn’t
specific
therapists’.
(??????
Sorry
what????
Why
you
didn’t
mention
at
the
first
phone
call
and
I
even
received
a
confirm
booking
with
the
therapist
‘s
name).
They
just
changed
both
therapists…
fine
…
the
worst
part
is
coming….
When
we
arrived,
we
have
been
told
to
provide
the
voucher
code
again
(total
three
times
:)
there
was
a
therapist
brought
us
upstairs.
It
was
freezing
cold
and
we
told
her
about
this.
She
didn’t
change
the
air
con
temperature.
JuSt
put
one
extra
towel
on
us
but
we
were
half
naked
during
the
scrub
massage.
And
the
facial
&
scrub
massage
done
by
two
untrained
staffs
:((((((
so
so
so
disappointed.
Wanted
to
end
the
massage
as
soon
as
possible.
I
was
even
thinking
about
how
to
write
this
review
during
the
treatment.
Facial
was
poor
,
the
scrub
and
massage
was
even
worse…
my
muscles
hurt
so
much
when
she
presse
a
lot
weight
on
me
and
even
though
the
real
massage
time
was
like
5-10
mins
as
most
of
the
time
was
scrubing
and
cleaning
🤔🤔I
can’t
call
it
as
a
treatment.
Not
enjoyable
at
all
:((((
Sad
and
won’t
recommend
to
anyone…
