Came with our extended family in a 2 bed plus sofa bed apartment. The whole resort is a bit tired. Staff were helpful. Our apartment had a strange odour. So kept opening windows. No bedside lamps which is odd. Swimming pool is really good as are the tennis courts. Bring your own racquet! The aqua cafe has great snacks and the owner is very cheerful. DO NOT go to the Chinese on the resort. Overpriced, not much choice and very rude staff

One of the best holiday resorts that I have ever been to. The pool is so great with a chalkie place for kids. The games room has some amazing games like pool and table tennis. Many different facilities on site make it so easy to have fun within a walking distance. A great and cost efficient place to stay.

Impressive, well planned resort. Lots of facilities for young and old including swimming pool, on-site cafe, table tennis, mini golf, billiards, gym, tennis and spa. Lovely two level accommodation with 2 generous sized bedrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully landscaped. Have been guests since 1988 - love it. Highly recommend.

Lovely apartment and surrounds, with plenty to keep our grand children amused and active. So unfortunate that we had to depart earlier than expected, but we hope to return in the future.

Our first visit so still finding our way around. Enjoying all the activities. I gave 3 stars because they still supply small PLASTIC bottles/pouches for shampoo, washing soap etc etc, please upgrade to large refillable containers eg in the shower on the wall near the basin/sink etc.

The resort has wonderful grounds and does accommodate all the activities you can choose from. The staff are lovely. However, the resort needs a cafe/bar that operates into the evening. If you wanted to spend time as adults on the resort, it would be great to go and relax having a meal or a drink with tapas. The rooms need a freshy coat of paint, needs updating with wine glasses t and some champagne flutes. The glasses look like what you used in the 70s at a BBQ. Also the lighting needs to be brighter. The air-conditioning in thr downstairs apartment didn't have warm air so quite cold during the cooler days. They should update their soap, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion. They should install large pump bottles that are installed on the wall of the shower and at the basin. So much more economical and convenient. Little details such as these need to be made to really make this the resort is advertises to be.

Well appointed one-bedroom apartment upstairs. Heaps of living space with all the conveniences you would need. The amenities such as the pool and hot tub are quite good and heated. The staff are friendly. There is plenty to do onsite including golf, tennis, gym, heated pool and outdoor cold pool, hot tub, cafe, Chinese Restaurant 5 nights a week. The resort is situated in Rosbud making it central enough to all the attractions of the Mornington Peninsula. Thanks for the mini shampoos and soaps. From a hygiene perspective it is much better to get these sealed like this then in large pump bottles as suggested by others. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful family resort, well maintained amenities. BYO pingpong rackets. Cafe was a pleasant surprize with delicious welcoming food, priced reasonably. For anyone with kids get the babychino and definately opt in for Tues Pancake breaky, we loved it.

Absolutely stunning place to stay, beautiful golf course with electric golf carts, swimming pools inside and out, spa, tennis courts, mini golf and magnificently kept Surrounds. Ate at the Chinese restaurant and that was amazing. Highly recommend this place

Spacious, well designed units, some on ground floor, some up stairs. Excellent small gym room. Children and adult pools, plus sheltered, outside spa. Various play areas and equipment. Short drive into Rosebud. Pity the management has yet to arrange some Wifi repeaters so there's a consistent signal to all units.

Great place to relax and spend time with family who live in Melbourne. Mandy at front counter was very helpful and accommodating. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean. Lots to do. Continually improving rooms. Brand new TV's etc. Only real negative was the outside facilities such as mini golf and other activities. Some equipment needs replacing. Although no cost which is usually how resorts sting you. Overall, I would recommend as a clean and fun place to stay with a good level of facilities especially if you have kids. If you are a beach person/ family it may be to far away. However if you just wanna hangout great place to do that.

Clean and pleant of stuff to do. Rooms are getting a bit dated but still very serviceable clean and tidy. Not far from Rosebud or Arthur's seat.

I have now checked it out. You are NOT allowed to use the gym. So I walked up and down the driveway but it can be a bit slippery if you got caught in the rain. If you want to do stairs, go out the room where the squash court is and climb the stairs and then come down. And why do they promote Parkrun from Hastings and not the one from Rosebud it self. The pool looks like it has not been cleaned. The little hot water pool was cleaned. Some of my photos are panoramic, so zoom in and look around. No wifi had to put my phone in Window and create a hotspot. 20gig used in a week. Click helpful if you like my photos.
