The wait here is absolutely horrendous. Just to pee in a cup they took 3 hours. So I left and went to the one on Babcock and they got me in right away. Never again. Also everyone in there who actually had an appointment had been waiting over an hour over their appointment time. So many people walked out and yet they were still behind. They need to either hire more people or train better.

I suggest finding another lab. Quest has become so impersonal. I had problems with scheduling online so I tried scheduling with the phone robot and that didn't work either. After about 6 phone attempts and 20 online attempts it finally worked online. The worst part was that there was no way possible to talk to a real person to schedule an appointment. Once I arrived at quest I noticed that some people were confused about how to check in at the automated kiosk but there was still no one there to help. My appointment was delayed by about 15 minutes which gave me time to write this review. Finally when my name was called there was a real person at the door who was very nice and professional.

Don’t say you accept walk-ins if you are going to refuse the walk-in because of appointments…. Husband works in construction and got there at 6:30AM to wait in line so he could go straight to work afterwards. 7 AM hit and they wouldn’t let him in because he “didn’t have an appointment”. F this place.

I am giving 5 stars to Ryan, he was so kind and patient with my teenager daughter, my daughter was first seen by someone else a very RUDE woman who doesn’t know how to treat people very well, I had to requested for someone else to do my daughters blood work, Ryan went above and beyond and he deserves not just 5 starts but the whole constellation 🌌, moms always wants what’s best for their children’s, and that woman before Ryan actually was so rude that she scared my daughter and made her 😢 to her I give 1 ⭐️ , I am sorry, but you are in the wrong job, be like Ryan patient, loving and kind. Thanks again Ryan.

Quick and easy once I got called but waiting in lobby over 2 and a half hrs in Melbourne and Palm bays I waited 3 hrs and left but other one near movie theater in Melbourne in and out less than 15 mins great service thou in Melbourne area

We got blood work for my one year old done with Ryan. He was spectacular. He was so good with my son and gave me tools to help distract him while he was taking blood. If I need blood drawn for him in the future, I’ll be coming here!

Went in today 6/13/2023 for the first time and we will now forever go here. The person who did my blood work was AMAZING. The waiting room was full and you could tell they were running a little behind, not ideal for a room full of people that haven't eaten all day but we understand things happen and they seemed to have a lot of walk ins, and this poor gal kinda got chewed out a couple times. When she got to us she was upbeat and super friendly! It was very refreshing, she made friendly conversation, answered our billing questions efficiently, and by golly that was the easiest round of bloodwork I have ever experienced. As someone who struggles with chronic illness I get poked a LOT. I am a difficult stick and constantly covered in bruises from blood work. I barely felt the needle!. I can't remember her name, just know that she was working in room 4 at around 10:45 this morning and that she deserves a raise!

AVOID if possible. There is nobody to receive you, there is a self check-in kiosk. I knocked on the door to make sure I was in the right place and got attitude from this lady that looked like she hasn't slept in two days
