Poor customer service. I went in with my mum, sis-in-law and her kids. When my sis-in-law went to buy for the items, my nephew just touched the glass at the front and the lady who was about to serve as nearly went to hit my nephew's hand. I don't understand who the hell gave her the audacity to do that. His a little kid. Thw lady was also rolling eyes at us. Don't understand why hire people like her who doesn't even know how to serve customer. Lack of communication skills and literally zero in providing the service to the customers. Hopeless to be honest. I always use to visit India at home at Dandenong Plaza but now i don't think I will.😡🤬

Don't want to give any stars. One of the team meamber(a girl with knee length hairs, i don't k ow the name)was very rude and showing some kind of attitude, when I was looking at some pooja stuff placed on outside, she was constantly looking at me as if was trying to theft them or will not pay them, then when I asked for the pooja ghanti(bell) she find o e and give me, but when I asked her if they have the smaller size, she pretend to find and then said ap appe hi dekh lo (means search yourself, which we all generally do when go to buy something) in a very rude manner(which can be in good tone as I don't want her to leave her other work and stand beside me, but I don't like the tone ), also she kept on looking at me. She might be new to the country, but should know how to talk politely and not to show some kind of attitude. Notes: if the staff is very curious about their stuff placed on the hallway outside of the shop, then please place that items inside. And please learn to speak to others. I have been shopping from there from last 4,5 years but what happened yesterday on a quiet day was very rude. Thanks

They sell expired items - by cutting off the crimp of the products, putting stickers on them. Things purchased from here are mostly expired. Waste of money - and risking health . They should be reported

All the products are expensive comparatively to other stores,the staff runs the shop like it is india,rude staff with worse costumer service.

Bought bag of basmati rice. Opened it that evening. Full of weevils. If they can't keep on top of such a basic staple, there is no hope for them.

Everything here is expensive as Compare to other places because of prime location
