I have previously been under the care of Dr. Ken at another practice, and he is easily the best GP I have ever received treatment from. Dr. Ken is extremely courteous, patient and caring. He is always thorough during consultations and his extensive medical knowledge means that he always gives the best advice possible. During consults he takes the time to ensure you understand any recommendations given or test results received, which makes a huge difference as well. I honestly cannot speak of Dr. Ken highly enough, he is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him for anybody seeking GP care. It's wonderful to see him leading a new practice and I wish him and his team every success.

When I discovered Dr Ken had moved on from my local medical Centre, I was so bitterly disappointed. He had proven himself to be the only Doctor there who truly cared for his patients and his level of service was way beyond his peers. After a year or so, I was thrilled to discover he hadn't moved too far and I recently had a catch up appointment with him. Without me forwarding any medical records, he not only remembered me but also remembered my condition and was again, as always, only too eager to help me and I couldn't be more thankful. I thoroughly recommend you book an appointment and see for yourself how truly good he is. 😊

Dr Ken leaves no stone unturned. He is very empathetic, careful and incredibly efficient with patient care. I've gotten to the root of multiple problems the last few years thanks to his help and have a better quality of life now. It is great that fees are bulk-billing by default at this clinic for people who may be struggling financially in these hard times. The optional co-pay method at this clinic is one of the best things I've come across that aims to bridge the widening gap between the cost of actual medical services and what Medicare will actually fund. What goes around comes around, and I hope this clinic will continue delivering great services for the community.

Dr Ken is propably the best GP you will ever meet! He's highly knowledgeable, caring, patient, with amazing energy as a person as well (which my 2y old understands and won't accept another doctor to examine her). We are so happy he continues practise in the area and I highly recommend him.

Dr Ken is wonderful, I was his patient from his previous practice and then changed practices when he opened his own as he is an excellent GP and one I have felt the most comfortable with. I then moved interstate but carried on accessing appointments through telehealth. He is very empathic and has a calming manner. He is also very through in trying to find the best course of treatment. I am moving back to Melbourne and am very pleased I will be able to see him personally for any appointments.

Dr Ken is the best GP I have ever seen. Thoughtful, genuinely cares, incredibly knowledgeable. Very nice consulting suites as well. Highly recommend. Staff there are lovely too.

I've seen many doctors over my life and Ken is the best. Of course he knows his stuff, with a depth of incredible general and specialist knowledge. He also knows his limits and appropriately refers to his excellent network of specialist medical contacts where needed. But beyond that and perhaps more importantly, he is a lovely man. He has incredible values that resonate with me. And this translates to me in feeling deeply cared for by him and his whole team.

Dr.Ken Leong is the best GP I have experienced. He is compassionate, listens attentively, has amazing knowledge on a range of conditions and offers up to date interventions. You couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

I have been under Dr Ken’s care for years. I followed him to this clinic. Today I called seeking an appointment for my seven week old son, who was born outside of Australia, has only been home for two weeks and received his immunisations from Dr Ken a few days ago. My son had become unwell in the past 24 hours and I was looking to get an appointment for him. When the receptionist advised that there was no appointments available for several days, I asked her to speak with Dr Ken directly and explain the circumstances to see if he would be interested/willing to assist. She refused to do so. She then put me through the practice manager (who advised that she was Dr Ken’s wife). I reiterated the same request and said I don’t understand why everybody is incapable of having a conversation with Dr Ken?!? The woman on the phone then advised that I had been offensive, and therefore she was terminating the call. She hung up. I called back and they ended up putting me on hold for so long that I hung up. I find it concerning that someone who administered my son’s vaccinations can flatly refuse to see him when he later becomes unwell. Do not use this clinic as they have zero care or compassion for their patients, in particular newborn babies. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
