I haven't stepped inside a library for years. This place is orderly and clean. Staff are helpful too. I'd love to see it become more available, the hours aren't ideal, can't catch them in the mornings before work, can't catch them in the evenings after work, means a very short period of opportunity on the weekend. Wednesdays they open at 1pm for example and close at 8pm, this would be great if one work day a week they opened 8am to 8pm to allow more flexibility in using the service.

Quiet, polite, little desks with privacy and a place to plug in a charger, free WiFi, though a shame you can't use the computers without a library card and you can't get one of those without and ID which I'm in a long process of trying to get my ID despite being 18 since January of this year

Great Library with great facilities. Librarians are very knowledgeable and great with kids 👏 imtroducing them to Library services and encouraging knowledge of their interests through reading 📚 I would highly recommend to all!

One of the best libraries in Kingston lga Melbourne. I visit frequently. Staff is amazing. Very courteous and eager to assist. They have a great collection of books, digital media, movies and TV shows. Many thanks to council for a wonderful work.

Very noisy - staff talking unnecessarily loud. No quiet area to sit comfortable and read.

Great light filled rooms and plentiful parking. Librarians are always helpful and have great knowledge of books and fantastic with kids. They always go above and beyond. Clean toilets and change rooms are in the foyer which are always kept clean. Adjacent park next to the library is great for kids and has a couple of picnic tables.

Bonus points for the staff there. Have always received great service from them. The library itself does get noisy sometimes. An upgrade would be nice. More privacy for desktop users and more seating overall. The opening hours aren't the best 10am to 6pm, not ideal for those who have to work at 9am and finish at 5pm.
