Was shown nothing but a very dismissive and rude attitude from the Asian sales person on the day. Nobody, but a woman on her phone, she called another customer. If I am going to spend money in a shop, and need assistance like most people, but it was like over there, in other words, can't be bothered. Looked closely at the products and could see they were not worth what they were asking, as as for sheepskin/lambswool, were fake inside. Don't know service, and they can keep them as went elsewhere with a better quality product and could not be nicer.

The store was really nice and had a bunch of comfy and stylish UGG products. But what made my day was Evelyn's awesome customer service! She was super friendly and helped me find the perfect pair of boots. She really knew her stuff and made me feel welcome and taken care of.

Large range of uggs and other sheep skin clothing and footwear. They are not competitive in pricing, though - eg. Identical Australian Shepherd brand ugg slipper we purchased here for $65 is $49 at Katie's and very similar Australian Made products at Myer, Millers, MyDeal, and many other stores are much cheaper. Bearing in mind that this is marketed as a 'factory outlet' prices a huge joke, though they are very strict on the return policy, like factory outlets. Caveat emptor. Shop around for fair prices and make sure you're getting an Australian-made product.

Excellent shopping experience with this UGG outlet. Staff was so helpful with size selection and design choices. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Been there for few times and purchased , they have a great variety of products, not only boots. And their staff are always friendly even if there was nothing fits me to buy.
