Incredibly poor service to customers. Ignored the customer to update a poster and straighten newspapers. The owner and manager does not appreciate that their business relies on people walking in the front door. You have earnt 1 less customer for life. Store to be avoided with great alternatives nearby.

Went in today to purchase a few magazines and a lottery ticket. Totalled to about 15 dollars. Lady at the counter charged me over $16. When asked her why she said I had to pay additional taxes on the lottery ticket. The tax is included in the price I always buy tickets online amd in stores. If a ticket says 12 dollars that I cludes tax already. I didn't want to argue it as it was only a dollar. But the owners should know because it might come off as ripping people off or she may not be aware of how taxes in Australia work

Reliable business over a long time. Has supported local clubs at times. May still. Very consistent and reliable business whether I could get tickets there through the outlet or not when they had it. Definitely a business very important to the local community.

Important and essential shop. They still have a wide range of magazines when others have cut right down on them. This keeps me coming. Also all the kinds of stationary you'll ever need.

Always have the mags I want and need, team always friendly!
