When this dealer sells second hand bikes listed as in "EXCELLENT CONDITION" don't believe it! Well concealed photos of a torn seat and the full of rust. Should have mentioned this over the phone. Ended up wasting a lot of time driving there.

Bought my son a new klx110 a while ago now and returned recently to buy another bike. Didn't have what I wanted in stock, but were happy to help me out anyway. Great customer service both back then and now, years later. Thanks again fellas.

I’m down here now to pick up my bike tire since the shop shuts at 2 and it’s 1:28 and now I can’t even get my tire till Monday is a joke Like you even rang me that morning to come get it, could of rang the same number to say you’re shutting early lol so you wasted my day coming to Frankston when I didn’t have too

Rang this afternoon from Perth, looking for a specific part, knowing it was a pretty long shot given it was limited to a couple of bike models. Or so I thought. Paul answered the phone, and was effortlessly knowledgeable. Told me about where the part number was superseded by another number, and what other bikes that part was put on, massively opening up my capacity to find it. It's purely thanks to him that I was not waiting for 3 months or spending hundreds I didn't need to. No other Kawasaki dealership had the capacity for that.
