Fine French patisserie in humble Mentone. My favourite is the eclair which they change up quite often.

Had the lemon tart, vanilla slice and almond croissant from here and both were amazing. One of the best I’ve ever had. The vanilla slice pastry was unique and delicate, the lemon tart had a perfect mix of meringue and tart and the almond croissant had a perfect amount of almond paste inside. Highly recommend and would definitely come back if I was in the area.

Wonderful little french pattiserie at Mentone parade. The cakes and pastries are amazing and tasty. Friendly staff and decent coffee to accompany the cakes. No seating area, only grab and go and few tables outside. Will come and try other varieties of cakes

What a fantastic store! Probably the best sausage roll l have ever tasted, that of the pork and fennel. The Mille-feuille was equally as good, backed up by very friendly customer service. Just a great experience and highly recommend.

Best cakes and pastries around! These are not only tastes great but also looks stunning! We also got a birthday cake here for my daughter and kids loved it!

Very dissatisfied with the amount of fillings in both the almond and chocolate croissant. I don’t expect over the top full, but this was a bit ridiculous. The almond cream was nice but sparse. The pastry was nice but nothing out of the ordinary these days. That was my first time here and I think I’ll be going back to my regular French patisserie in Beaumaris concourse.

Great friendly experience when picking up an online order whole cake! I purchased the Princess cake which was delicious. Picked up a nice coffee too :) Excited to come back to try other cakes and pastries!!!

Best morning break in Mentone! The french bakery items are superb and the coffee, particularly the genuine chocolate used in their mocha's, is excellent. This cafe is no longer a secret in the area either - it's getting a regular crowd lining up for their goodies.

The best local spot for breaky/brunch in Mentone! Such a lovely spot, great service with lovely staff. My partner and I are regulars here and we always get treated with such care by all the staff. Deserts are to die for and the pastries will keep you coming back.

Absolutely delicious *chef's kiss* pies and cakes and the service from Lulu and co. is always warm, efficient, and friendly. Our Sunday's wouldn't be complete without a visit to Gateaux! Highly recommend.
