Can’t fault this place: great location, service and finished product is fantastic as expected. Love the layout. Only annoying thing I can identify would have been free available water. I highly recommend the zucchini chips, the sweet potato option is also great. But other than that, great burger joint.

I ordered the Lamb Bam Basil with heavy sauce. It was made perfectly. The lamb was tender and juicy, with perfectly balanced flavours and crispy bacon. I was genuinely impressed with how delicious it was – one of the best Grill'd meals I've ever had, Compliments to the cooks! Easy going staff and plenty of tables too.

The staff were courteous. The baa baa burger and Sweet potato chips were delicious. I must admit the patty was not as fresh as the Southbank and Moonee Ponds outlets.

Garden goodness is always delicious. I often get takeaway, and they are plenty of good deals like meat free Mondays and birthday specials. For a no fuss burger and consistency Grill’d is always a go to.

A great location with a generous amount of seating options inside. Service is always relatively prompt and well delivered. Sometimes food is served a little bit cold and sometimes Grill’d as a chain feels a little ungenerous - not offering free sauces with meals (not even a basic tomato sauce), or things like the Simply Grill’d burger being an extra $2 for cheese. Definitely not the fault of any of the Grill’d staff and more a symptom of Grill’d as a profit motivated corporation.

The burgers were great and really tasty. I liked it al lot because you can build your own burger with plenty of options to include sauces. The ordered the zucchini fries, really yummy. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff was very friendly and outgoing. Definitely I recommend it.

Not sure if it was a bad night, the staff were nice. The burgers were pretty awful. The bird and brie was dry but ok. But the let down was the wagyu barbeque blast thing. It was a patty drowned in condiments. Could not taste the burger at all as I hit pockets of cheese and mayo and mustard. Pretty ordinary for a burger.

We order a Mighty Melbourne and Baa Baa Burger. Sharing a small classic grill’d chips with chipotle sauce. Sooo good, and never disappoints. I had the Baa Baa Burger and the lettuce was crunchy just the way I like it. My partner had the Mighty Melbourne and found the layering of the ingredients perfect. Minimal falling out. I think that is the challenge with stacked burgers. The team at Grill’d Melbourne Central did an excellent job with presentation and layering of the ingredients. The venue was clean, and it cleaned quickly allowing others to sit comfortably. The only criticism would be how loud the music was. We understand it’s part of the entertainment level at Melbourne Central, but it did make it a little hard to hear our conversation and almost uncomfortable to sit for too long.

Not bad for first impressions. Ordered standard beef burger with greens, tomato, etc. With chips. Burger was ok, however had somewhat of a garlicky taste and the chips had some kinda of spice on them that was unique but wasnt expecting it. Probably would order again if looking for something boutique. But if your just after a decent burger and nothing fancy give this a miss.

Always a pleasure earing here. It has now become my favourite place to get a burger. Staff are lovely. Last time I went it was busier than normal and my fried egg was forgotten from my burger. But it was soon rectified and was lovely. I will be going back.

Way to expensive, for mince paddy, I thought I was getting actual steak, won't be coming back unfortunately. Rather go to a pub and get a real steak burger and pay the same price.

The low carb bun is AMAZING. Vegan burger was awesome - I didn't even realize it was vegan when I tried it, and was blown away when my friend said so. Truffle beef burger was yums, a little on the oily side but still pretty good.

Honestly one the worst burgers and experiences I’ve had in Melbourne. Service was absolutely terrible. The menus were dirty and falling apart and QR codes weren’t working. The table and water glasses were dirty too. They got our order wrong and gave us a dip covered in grease after we had to ask for it twice. The chicken burger tasted like a McDonalds burger and the chips were just covered in salt and barely edible.

The host team at this Grill'd restaurant in Melbourne Central is just awesome. The host lady on the night made me feel very comfortable and very welcomed. I went in to have dinner. I ordered a zen chick burger and sweet potato chips. Both were very well prepared and tasted marvellous. The battery on my phone was running flat. When I asked the host lady for a power point, she nicely offered to move me at a table close to a set of powerpoints. I managed to keep my phone alive for my trip on the train going back home. So i would like to say a special thank to the host lady on the night. Thank you also to the Grill'd team for bringing up such great healthy food.

On the 14 of June 2023 me and my friends ordered at the store 20 mins before they shut, we spend 10 mins trying to order online but it didn’t work and when we where trying to pay it said it was shut and then an employee came up to us and said they where shutting and that we actually need to order in a sassy way so we said we will and while we where ordering she didn’t stop looking at us and made us really uncomfortable. When the food came out she didn’t even read our order correctly and dropped our food on the table harshly when we said what was ours and then proceeded to aggressively walk off. Thought out the whole time of us eating she wouldn’t stop looking at us with hatred and then when we where about to leave and I asked for a takeaway container from another employee, when I did she slammed what she was doing into the table and didn’t stop staring at us the whole time untill we left making us more and more uncomfortable to the point we thought she spat in our food. When we left we said thank you and goodnight and again she just stared at us aggressively. This was the cool to let you know. Edit: she also put the bare minimum of the ingredients in the burgers and even less of what we paid extra for

Fantastic huge burgers, my wife and I went to several locations around Melbourne and the quality and service was always the same. They are a little pricey but was worth it every time.

We figured we would go to a fave and unfortunately 15 min after we arrived a giant school group came in. The food was great, as always... However the noise was insane. Absolutely insane. Its not the staffs fault at all but I seriously wish I had been warned before we ordered as we would have gone elsewhere. The staff had set tables aside and brought out bins of burgers obviously ready for the school so they knew there would be dozens of children screaming the night away. Seriously disappointed we wasted our night out listening to that.

With ingredients that you only expect to find in a typical Aussie burger such as beetroot, bacon and a nice amount of fresh salad, you can't go past Grill'd. Not only do the burgers look great, they also taste great and they come at a decent price. Grill'd also has a range of chicken and lamb burgers as well as sliders if beef burgers are not your thing.

Wanted to try griil'd for the first time, standing at the front near sign that says wait to be seated. Hardly anyone in there. Girl was disinfecting tables, came right past me, didn't acknowledge me, and then went further in after a few minutes still no one coming to see me. Left and went to TGIF's. Even the chefs there greeted me while I was waiting. Guess won't be trying grill'd anytime soon

Tried the beyond vegan cheeseburger and it was AMAZING. It literally tastes like meat, looks like meat, smells like meat.Such good flavours too. I could not get my head around how delicious the burger was. Such great options , I switched my buns to low carb buns and there was a perfect macro friendly lunch. Will be having this from now on.

Great food, great service. I ordered with my face mask on which may have been why I ordered the wrong thing. The person taking my order gave me a beef burger and the Grill'd team happily replaced it with a meatless burger at no cost. They looked over my personal belongings while I had to go run a quick errand and they asked me how I was going a few times which was very nice. 100% reccomend, more people need to come here and experience the wonderful customer service. I would have happily tipped them but there was no tipping facility. Also, other people around me looked like they were enjoying the service and food too.

You can't go wrong with grill'd, seriously. The food is fresh, service is delightful, chips are ON POINT! I definitely do miss the sweet potato chips but the avocado is just as good (with their new and improved recipe).

Hate to complain as I love to leave positive comments, I just personally find it annoying that the staff won’t let you sit in the restaurant for a take away order, and then also won’t call out your order or bring it out when it’s ready. I understand businesses need to adhere to Covid safe rules, but it all feels a bit heavy handed with no real benefit the way that it’s setup at this Grill’d, you can’t pick a table if you dine in and will be taken to a seat, these things takes away from the casual environment I used to enjoy

I have tried veggie cheeseburger and what came was a disaster... see these picture - it’s enough..I was very disappointed for 20AUD... there even was not tomatoe, lettuce in the burger... too much ketchup and mayo inside...
