Great location and team on the front desk. Noticed a layer of chunky white particles gradually building on all surfaces throughout my stay and cleaners that appeared to be sending me a not too subtle message.

Room was great... Except warm! even with the A/C turned down as low as it would go you just couldn't get comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a corner room with 2 balconies so we just opened the doors & windows.

Location: excellent, very central Rooms: well supplied and comfortable. TVs are a bit old and could do with updating (at least have one with a TV guide!). Please install some coat hooks! Service: the cleaning is really inconsistent. Some days they come even when the privacy sign is up. They don't restock amenities like toilet roll and hand soap until literally empty and I had to ask at reception for someone to vacuum the floors. Some of the reception staff were great, others not so helpful (or friendly)

The Adina Apartment Hotel in Melbourne is disgusting and outdated. The photos are false advertising and this hotel is definitely not 4 stars. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony for 3 nights. It was overpriced, stains all over the carpet, small bathroom, poor quality and small bed that caused back pain, and unsafe shower. I fell and got a large bruise trying to get in the shower (while holding on to be safe). Definitely was a poor choice for part of our honeymoon. On the bright side, the hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

The Worst Hotel in Australia. They are cruel... almost killed me and I was keep on begging that I have a dust allergy and was asking for help to change the room. They literally did nothing and keep on lying that carpet was washed last week. Guess what there is no way that one take a shower without getting the whole bathroom flooded... water comes out from the shower screen. If a business is bad in my opinion, I usually don't review and only review good places. I really don't know what kind of hotel this was, shocked. Really have to review this one. So, neither me nor anyone from my company, family and friends going to stay at any Adina ever. Done.

I have spent about 5 weeks at the Adina over the past couple of months, I stayed in one of the Penthouse suites and it was like having home from home. The room was very spacious and having a kitchen was amazing as there is only so much eating out you can do. Only negatives, the room was not cleaned everyday and it took me to asking to be cleaned for it to happen, the kitchen could do with more pots and pans, one pot is not enough to cook with. Overall great place and I am looking forward to returning in a few weeks.

Clean apartments, especially bed and toilet area. Spacious kitchen where my parents could cook. Table was big enough for the 4 of us to have a family dinner. Kiosk staff were friendly. Delivery of food quick. Best hotel I have stayed in my life so far. Thank you Adina!

We stayed at the Adina for 6 nights and loved it. It was all good and would stay there again. I would recommend it to others. Great location, walk to Flinders Street, walk to the Mall Tram stop was just around the corner. Very clean. Rooms were a great size. It was all easy with nothing hard or unfavourable. A job well done, thank you team!

Excellent location, beautiful, clean & spacious accommodation with a great kitchen area. The pool is also heated which is great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any requests and generally there was a very peaceful atmosphere in the hotel Very centrally located, walking distance from all the restaurants in the area and the nearby DFO at Southern Cross Station. Would definitely recommend.

Apartments are very spacious and staff are friendly and willing to help. Great location, close to great restaurants and easy to get on trams. Only down side is the air-conditioning did not work and the room was very warm. Staff acknowledged Air con was not working and they gave us a pedestal fan ( obviously this happens regularly as they had the fans ready to go) which did not help as the room had heated up over the day. We shifted to another room and was reassured that the Air con in this room was working, which it wasn't. This room was just as warm. We weren't the only ones having trouble with the temperature of rooms. As I was asking at the front desk about temperature they received a call from another guest stating their AC was not working. It was as shame this happened as everything else at the apartments was excellent and the staff tried the best the could.

We were too cheap to book a balcony room, however that would have been a lot nicer. The non-balconies look straight out onto next door windows and have a cave-like ambience; not helped by lighting that doesn't extend to the wardrobe (bit of a challenge when most of your clothes are black). BUT - on the plus side it was well-priced, HUGE for 2 people, good bathroom, and reasonably well appointed everywhere else if you're eating out. Overall the Adina was a great choice for mooching around central Melbourne, GREAT location near the action in Little Bourke (nice and quiet despite that), comfy beds and friendly staff. Big shout out to Adrian for the warm welcome when I arrived at midnight, that was really nice.

We had a fantastic 9 night stay, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, we had some issues with noisy Neighbours and hotel staff promptly addressed the issue. Would return and stay again.

The location and staff are excellent! The car park is pretty awful if you have a medium-large car. It's a super narrow driveway where you scrape the bottom of your car if you don't angle yourself properly. We witnessed a ute with roof racks get stuck and they had to release air in their tyres and remove roof racks to get out, taking up half the driveway which took a some manoeuvring to get around. The TVs in the room were old, smaller models and half of the channels said 'image/video format not supported'.

Rooms are generally clean and well appointed. However maintenance can be improved, various items did not work properly in the two apartments that we occupied. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is great for business.

Well equipped, good location. Don’t like that wifi above 100 MH chargeable. Keycard had multiple issues but worked out. Despite that, worth staying again if I needed space for family in cbd.

Nice hotel, bed was comfy, spacious room, although the tv is tiny and looks like a toy. Parking easy. Excellent location.

2 br apt was perfect for our family of 4. Clean and comfy in central location. Only complaint is that the kitchen wasn't well stocked with utensils.

Prob give this place a 1. I left a few items in the room. Called up two days later and they claimed nothing was in lost property under my pent house room no and the items exceeded $150. I left items at crown towers in the past and they have always held in lost property and contacted me!! When I raised my disappointment with adina, he said nothing and hung up. Give this place a miss folks… u pay for what u get I guess… thieving cleaning staff not ideal.

Rooms are large and pleasantly designed, although some of the features were very out of date and need to be updated. The room keys (or scanners within the doors and elevators) are extremely unreliable and it regularly took 3-5 attempts to actually unlock my room or get to my level. The televisions also couldn't actually display certain standard channels (7mate, 7two) as the picture format wasn't supported. Other than this, service was good and the hotel is located relatively close to a tram stop and the main shopping precinct on Bourke Street

Rooms alittle on the small side, but shower is the best in Melbourne apartments. Located 2 mins from hardware lane...good location

Untrustworthy staff and filthy rooms. Stayed here at the start of September, checked out and had accidentally left an item of clothing in my room. Called later that day to ask when I could retrieve it- I was told nothing was found in my room. Asked if they could double check as the piece of clothing was absolutely left there, and I wanted it back. Again was told nothing was found, and there was nothing they could do. No solution offered. Pretty pathetic that your housekeepers are desperate enough to steal clothing that’s been left behind. Carpets were also filthy- balls of hair all over it, hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Would never stay here again.

Sadly disappointed after 15 years coming here. Room was not repaired after forced access to a bathroom, door handles did not work. Room was being fumigated for vaping , drugs?? Not fully free of vapours until open windows overnight, Tv did not give internet access to movies and was not fixed . Left on hold 10 minutes in the hope I would go away ,, had to ring again to get any action. BAD service. Kitchen not fully supplied with oven racks and trays. Sad that Adina does not care about customers any more and staff don't care .

To be made to feel welcome by a genuinely helpful and effortlessly courteous receptionist / night manager, Josh was his name if I recall, makes a great deal of difference. Five stars for him alone.

I stayed here for a couple nights prior to an event in the Melbourne city. The CBD location was perfect for access to anything going on in the city. The room was very comfortable and great to come back to at the end of the day. Had great nights sleep.

We stayed at the Adina for a family trip with our toddler in a one bedroom corner apartment. The hotel is in a central location, within walking distance to major attractions and great restaurants on Hardware Lane. It is also very close to tram and bus stops. The service was excellent and the staff removed the glass coffee table at our request, as our toddler was climbing on it. The hotel even provided us with a portacot for our toddler at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was very handy for our breakfasts which we bought from nearby locations. The only negative is that the shower pressure was weak.

Pros: clean, overall most of the time quiet, lots of space, good shower, nice people, aircon not too cold. Nice output and temp for sleeping. Cons: wrong advice from front desk, not in the know of good places to eat; moths in my room, washer dryer from upstairs could be heard when sleeping, nowhere near anything, somewhere left of the middle. Shampoo have SLS in them. Beds were re made, sheets not changed out for entire week.

Overall a good stay - location is hard to beat located at Queen St and just within walking distance to the CBD and shopping district. QV, Brooke St etc are all accessible. Rooms are quiet and large. Room temperature is just right. Shower works well with running warm water. Kitchen is equipped with induction stove, microwave, kettle and fridge. Service is acceptable in general. Parking is on the pricier side at AUD25 per day with unlimited entry and exit, but do drive with care as its steep and narrow. Will recommend this place to stay for first timers to Melbourne especially with large families.

For the price paid the room was clean, bed was reasonably comfortable, bathroom was clean and decent. Staff at check in and out were polite and easy to work with. Late check out was granted and parking explained. The parking garage was not user friendly however. If you have a large vehicle stay away and park somewhere else.

Poor service. Requested a receipt on call for my stay twice. Was promised that I’ll be emailed within the same day both the times, it’s been more than a week haven’t received my receipt. Had to incur a late claim fee from my side for their poor service.

Perfect location. Spotless one bedroom apartment. Easy to book and all our requests were met with no hassles at all. Thanks to the lovely Kate. Parking was also easy, the reviews had us worried, but was no trouble at all. Definitely recommend this hotel 😁 Enjoyed our short city stay

Love these apartments. My secret Melbourne hideaway. The penthouse apartments are large with soaring ceilings. Love them. Staff are always wonderful. Apartment is spotless. Second time staying here and will be back.

The apartments are clean and have balconies. I stayed in a studio queen that had a kitchenette (sink, microwave, Kettle, cutlery, cups, bowls), a small balcony and laundry outside the front door. When I arrived at 2pm to check in however I was told my room wasn't ready and official check in is at 3pm. I was a bit disappointed as previously I've been able to check in early. There was an office desk at the reception to do my office work from which I found to be super thoughtful of Adina Apartments.

We had a three bedroom two bathroom apartment on the 18 floor. Great size, well furnished, fully functional kitchen, modern and very convenient location. Highly recommend.

Skinny old white guy at the reception was so rude to my kids and I. Staff were not helpful in any way shape or form. Was made to feel like my kids and I didn't belong there. Never ever would I recommend this chain of hotels ever again. Your staff are rude Un helpful and not trained in customer service. We are considering some firm of legal action after the way my 11 year old daughter was screamed at by a staff member

Room had a Expresso machine but no pods, coffee and tea but no kettle and only Samsung phones (not google or apple) connect to the tv - other than that it was a perfect experience, great value and great staff!

This hotel is so disorganised and disregards personal space with people ignoring do not disturb signs on Christmas Day. Front of house staff with an Spaulding attitude to guests on multiple occasions as well as kitchen not properly equipped. Paid for an upgrade and I would have rather sent it straight down the drain. Will never allow someone that I know stay in this disorganised appalling company’s hotel. Never again.

Regular customer at the various Adina hotels throughout Australia. Almost always a great stay, this time was no different. Rooms at Adina Melbourne are clean, modern and tidy. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Kitchenette comes with basic coffee and tea facilities, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a small sink and basic crockery and cutlery. Complementary laundry powder as well (though no washing machine in the studio rooms). Plenty of towels in the bathroom as well. No complaints whatsoever about this property.

After fleeing a terrible experience at Quest on William coming to Adina was like a breath of fresh air. Staff were professional and courteous. Amenities were provided at no extra cost (cot and high chair). Room was clean and well maintained and quite sizeable. Gym was good (didn't try the pool). Parking was a little tricky at times, but very good value at $25 a night. Overall couldn't have been happier with our stay! Thank you Adina!

Adina on Queen St Melbourne is so well located, central, rooms, staff, quality, all are excellent. Easy to walk to all railway stations, trams and shops. We will be staying here again.

Stayed here for over a month, and while the rooms are well equipped, the wifi is decent, and the appliances are all functional; the entire operation is let down woefully by the staff. Housekeeping regularly does not come, and when they do they rarely do a proper service - failing to replace provisions, leaving a bathroom untouched, I even had a staff member leave their vape in my room which they presumably were using. Even requesting housekeeping is hit and miss. Was informed I could check out late at midday, received a call at 11 asking why I hadn’t checked out, and then informed them of my late checkout, then another staff member OPENED MY DOOR without knocking to ask why I hadnt left. Avoid, avoid, avoid. In ten years of staying long term in serviced apartments this was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

The shower water in this hotel is either hot or cold. It is really hard to find the warm spot. Also the bath tub is really slippery and really high so coming out of the shower is challenging. They also have mounted soap bottles that we asked to refill frame 1 but they never refilled. They did give us little soap bottles though. There was housekeeping everyday to replace towels and fix beds but the room was still a bit dusty. I'd wake up early because of time difference and see random specks of dust/lint flying through the air with the sunlight reflection. They don't really deep clean the carpet floor either cause they're still dark stains in the carpet.

Rooms resonable priced but tv could have been better. Was small and could not get any HD channels. Good location and friendly staff.

  • 5/5 Yoss3l 1 year ago on Google
Great day use room, amazing price. Only thing that needs to be improved is the TVs in the rooms; they could only play and support the video of certain channels as they were so old. Pool and gym are a nice size.

  • 5/5 Ben K. 1 year ago on Google
Great rooms and location Only issue was late check in. It was meant to be 3pm (which is pretty late anyway) and I had to wait in the lobby until 3:50 which sort of ruined some of our plans

  • 4/5 My Food R. 1 year ago on Google
Great inner city hotel. Central and walking distance to coffee shops and malls. The rooms were clean and sparkly. The bedroom felt stuffy needed more fresh air, we had to sleep with windows open.

  • 2/5 Craig J. 1 year ago on Google
The maintenance of the hotel was non existence. Door handles falling off, broken single bed wheel, filthy A/C ducts, shower leaking, lights out, fridge frozen, leaking toilet. 2 bedroom. We stayed in a 3 bedroom before and it was excellent as it had been refurbished. If you stay at this apartment make sure you get a renovated room. I was informed by staff that most rooms are over 15years since renovated. Carpet and furniture were filthy.
