I had an awful birthday party experience at Bounce Blackburn. I've attended Bounce Parties several times, and from my observations and my friends' experiences, you don't need to do much – just enjoy the party, and the host will take care of basically everything, as stated on their website. So, I made the decision to have my daughter's birthday party here. The first part of the experience was good, but after we went to the party room, usually, the host would help serve food, keep an eye on the time, clean the tables, organize the singing of the birthday song, and even cut the cake. However, our host didn't do anything of the sort. He acted like a superior that time was running out, and I should start cutting the cake. It felt like I was the host and had to do all the work. I asked him if he could cut the cake, and he responded with, 'I'm not good at it, but if you really want me to,' and then he just stood there, looking at me. Honestly, can't Bounce hire someone who can cut a cake to be a host? I ended up doing all the host's work – organizing the singing of the birthday song and cutting and serving the cake. While I was doing my 'host' job, my younger child fell from a chair and was crying hysterically. In fact, the service they delivered fell far short of my expectations and their commitment. I definitely won't recommend this place.

Overall my son had a great experience bouncing everywhere. There were plenty of staff monitoring the kids on the floor, I had a good coffee while waiting, and was able to see him from the seating available on the first floor. Well catered kitchen, and the shop was stocked with plenty of kids goodies and even 4 flavours' slushy machines! We will be back Thanks!

Large and many areas for the little ones (for a play date during a weekday) The place was clean (except from the parking to the first level) and the staff really amazing! Specially Leo - such a good fun with the kids!! Amazing !! I will be back! The playground area seems to be new-ish.

My 3 year old loves this place, this Bounce is particular is great for the under 5s with the extra space/playground they get.

We came here for our son’s friend’s 8th birthday party. Was a 2 hour party package. Needless to say the kids all loved it! They can go on jumping forever 😝🤸🤾🏻‍♀️🤾‍♂️ The venue is clean. The party host was very friendly and engages with the kids very well. I think her name was Julia (not 100% sure). The kids food they serve for the party package is tasty (and decent) - mini pies, pizza and potato gems. For a place with so many kids, I think the centre is very well organised with the rotation of activities for different party groups. So it keeps each party group separate and gets to explore different activities. Convenient basement parking with direct access to centre.

Took my 3yo daughter here to go to the mini bouncer section and she loved it! The area is basically an indoor play centre with some small trampolines to the side. Area is large and has the normal things like ball pit, slides, climbing frames etc. There isn't all that much space to sit as people tend to linger even if their session is up but there is space to sit downstairs next to the trampolines. Place gets busy so would recommend going early.

Great place. Free Underground parking, a cafe and tables n chairs, close to the Eastern Freeway. Is a bit pricey. Have deals at different days and times. Staff are great! Not harsh with kids. Teach them skills too. Very chilled fun! Has a youner kids. Ball pit and play space to climb in

A good place for kids to move their bodies. It’s essentially a large area with multiple types of trampolines. The tickets are usually for 1 hour (2hr is also available) and kids get a thorough workout during the 1hr. The place is clean, has a small restaurant, party rooms and an basement parking.

I am disappointed with my experience at Bounce and surprised by the good reviews. I brought my 2 year old son to a bounce session and when I booked the day before, it said there were plenty of spaces available. However, upon arriving I was told that 2 schools and 1 daycare was coming. As such, the entire place was taken up by the school kids and the minibounce area was taken up by the daycare. My son had nowhere to play as everywhere was busy. He was very overwhelmed by the amount of people around. If I had known that there would be 3 schools coming at the time I booked, I would not have booked the session. From the advertisements, it implied that the staff would play with your kid and involve them. This didn't really happen at all for me. So I decided to try to help him learn to jump on the trampoline because he was scared to do it on his own but was quickly told I'm not allowed to be on the trampoline with him. I don't understand this reasoning, it's not like I'm having fun bouncing and using the equipment myself. I'm simply holding his hands and helping him learn to bounce. As such, I had to stand there and watch my son have no idea what to do and be bored for the entire time I was allotted. Bounce is not accommodating for younger kids and is expensive for what you get. I could spend half the amount I spent on my son's ticket at Crocs or Lollipops and have unlimited time to play plus be able to play with him on the equipment. Would not come back to Bounce unless they change their policy about parents being allowed on the trampoline with younger kids.

I recently visited Bounceinc Blackburn, and the kids and I loved it! As an adventure seeker and a fan of all things active, the kids & I were eager to try out their trampoline park, and it did not disappoint. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and energetic staff who made me feel welcome right away. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a vibrant atmosphere. The trampolines covered the floor, walls, and even extended up to create bouncy surfaces at varying heights, providing endless opportunities for fun and creativity. The range of activities available at Bounceinc Blackburn was impressive. There were different sections dedicated to free jumping, dodgeball, basketball slam dunks, and a big air pillow for those daring flips and tricks. I particularly enjoyed the dodgeball area, where I could challenge the kids & get them burning their energy. The basketball hoops were a great addition, allowing us to practice our slam dunk skills and feel like NBA stars.

Best place to visit . My boy went with his friends and he has a blast over there . Booked for 2 hours and they never felt bored at all . Also staff were very friendly . They assist children to play many games . Thank you Bounce for such an amazing experience .

Excellent place to spend the day, for kids as well as adult who are looking to get some movement in. If not, the lovely area for parents and adults is pretty nice to chill and get some work done while your little ones break a sweat. Wonderful staff, polite and they really look after the kids. Props to Grace at cliff jump who made the experience even better!

Gerald, the guy who hosted my daughter's birthday party, was absolutely wonderful. He interacted with the kids in a playful and kind manner, maintaining his pleasant attitude from beginning to end. Thank you so much to him, the birthday party turned out to be absolutely perfect! 👍🏻

The staff were friendly and fantastic with my 3 year old. They took time to engage her, explained things really well. Staff at the front counter were helpful. Staff did well in coming back to us as the parents after the class and giving feedback on our kids and information about ongoing classes. Kids had a great time!

The facilities in the mini bounce area were spacious, allowing me to easily play with my toddler. Also plenty for her to explore. The team were friendly and booking was easy.

My kids love Bounce and we have been visiting Bounce for many years. I’ve seen Bounce in other areas but I only visited Bounce Blackburn and it has been a great experience. Bounce has a good birthday package but it can get really busy at times but seems like they usually keep the kids under control. I like the party room setting and their food is pretty okay - pretty average. They give a 1+1 voucher to any party participants. Only thing is we sometimes have to rush and empty the party room. It gets really crazy sometimes. For the little ones I’m always bit worried as they can fall and get themselves injured. So we need supervise really carefully. I like the small area that is for little ones. I see a lot of gymnastics going on and some kids are really impressive doing jumping and doing their gymnastic skills👍. I find staff generally really friendly and well-trained. I can see smiles and happy vibes. Weekends are really busy with parties and things and week days are reasonable.parking is free and some street parking available around Bounce for free. Good place for a party and play🍭🎈🎁🎉

Great for kids birthday party, lots of things to try on for all age kids. Got a voucher from my daughter’s birthday party and the staff give her 2 hours play instead of one, which is great!

I joined my 2 year old up to Mini Bounce for a regular weekly activity. He absolutly loved it. a great structured class, friendly staff, heaps of parking.

Had a wonderful visit to Bounce Blackburn. Easy online bookings, staff were wonderful and happy to help, actively supervising on the floor. Plenty of room to watch kids from the floor, or up near reception - where you can also enjoy a coffee, toastie or ice cream - amongst other things. We will definitely be back, my son & his friend (9 & 10yrs) had a ball. Keep up the great work Bounce Blackburn team!

Just made a return trip to Blackburn Bounce with my 2 grandsons - 7 & 8 years old. They LOVE this activity, and did NOT want to leave! Such great fun, exercise, education in balance & co-ordination. The supervising staff are wonderful - friendly and professional. Great activity for wet weather, OR a day out of the hot sun! Will definitely be back again :) P.S. Also, good coffee at their cafe! ;)

Absolutely love this place! We have been twice now and my girls keep asking to go again! The staff are super friendly, and the 2 girls from this week were great, they were jumping and interacting with the kiddies! We go weekdays and it’s nice and quiet, and just a great play space! It’s definitely a regular stop for us now! ❤️

I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday 29/11 and I must say, the staff are the best around. Everyone was so helpful. We never had to wait for service, everyone greets you with a smile and the kitchen staff were so accomodating. It’s clear the team here have a great rapport and enjoy their job. Thanks all.

We just had a party at Bounce for our son! We even kids loved it from the start to the end. Good service, so helpful and organised, super kids friendly staff, a great cake and food. So good! So happy!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I like the online booking system. It allows me to be able to attend the venue without disappointment. My kids like to be there with their friends. I also like how staff supervise the safety of the kids.

There’s lots of options for all age groups. I took kids ranging between age 4 to 12 years old and they all had a great time and could play together or on their own. It was a really hot day and the water fans were very helpful to keep cool.

Had a great time at Bounce, a fun and safe environment for the little ones. Would highly recommmend going first thing with little kids as it's nice and quiet. Overall a great experience :)

Great space for toddlers that was also accessible for parents. The staff do a great job of keeping older kids out of the toddler zone, so it feels spacious and safe. Would love to come back for a toddler bday party

Such a fun place to go with friends and for events! There are so many trampolines to jump on and even team battles that you can play with friends. The staff are friendly too and there’s enough parking in front. Definitely worth checking out!

Great place for a kids party. We just bought a 10 pass n used it for all the kids. There pizzas are great n the coffee's pretty good! Slurpee machine as well! Will definitely be back

It was the first time my kids and I had been to Bounce and we received a bunch of help from Ellen who was amazing with my kids. Definitely not what I was expecting but pleasantly surprised. She made the experience a whole lot more enjoyable for them.

So…the place is relaxed. It’s not over staffed. Nobody is insisting on masks. Nobody insists on hyper safety. We don’t feel judged or policed or suffocated or forced or anything. It’s free space to develop your own skills. The booking system works. The place is clean. It’s beautiful and neat. It’s seriously top of the range as far as facilities and activity centres are concerned and the staff are just perfect. This is a rare business. Kudos and much love and respect to you in a time when everyone else is going crazy. You guys simply rock.

My son’s 6th birthday party was at Bounce. The party was very well coordinated by Bounce. And a special shout-out to Freddy who guided the little crowd of friends through all the activities and made the birthday boy feel VERY special. Thanks for a great experience all round Bounce.

We spent a fabulous 2 hours at the Blackburn North venue on NYE. The staff are excellent! very helpful and understanding as it was our first time. One young man in particular was so good with our grandchildren, we have a very shy 3 year old and (to our amazement) he coaxed her into doing what her brothers were doing. The kids loved it.....and him! Will definitely visit again.

Spending quality fun time bouncing with my Granddaughter Ari .Staff were encouraging and engaging and the facilities were very clean and colourful. Had a ball I felt like I was 5 again. Highly recommended

Great time jumping around. The only thing my teenagers said that was negative was some little kids kept jumping across them & wouldn't move from the area. They moved to different areas & the little kids followed & were annoying. Booked online & got wrist bands easily but we were there early for our session. The line got busy closer to the time.

Customer service from young man at desk when we arrived was second to none. Such a friendly young man who made rules very clear to the kids but in such a friendly and engaging way. What a gem! Our first time there and it was a lovely welcome!

Our party was a group of ten 20-something year old girls running amok and we had the pleasure of being looked after by Connor who kept up with our antics and was very personable. What a great addition to your bounce team. Any party would be lucky to have him guiding them around and interacting with them. Good job Connor 😊

Wonderful staff, kept venue clean and organized, pleasant and friendly to kids and adults alike. Pizzas were as good as homemade wood fired and the staff doing tricks while the kids looked on was a highlight. We live way out of area but would definitely travel there again for the experience.

My daughter and her friends had awesome time at Bounce celebrating her 12th Birthday. And she had little Accident hurt her ankle and Josh one of lovely staff bring ice pack and make her feel better. Even though so busy with many people was there that time the Staff delivered best care and best customer service. My Husband said they choose the Best Staff to work for. Keep it the good work guys! A wonderful party for my 7 year old birthday girl. The party leader was amazing and kept the kids engaged for the full two hours. All the kids had the best time. As parents, it was a super easy party, hardly having to lift a finger!

The staff were exceptional. They were interactive and helpful. They played with my four year old and provided the courage she needed to jump off the high jump into the pillows. Cannot rate the staff high enough !

Went here for a kids birthday party and it was a great experience. The young man Jarrod who looked after our group was delightful, such a helpful and friendly attitude. The kids really responded well to him. The facilities are clean and inviting. There is a cafe to buy food and drink and a seating area that parents can hang out in whilst their children play. We will be back.

My daughter and I love bounce and we've been to 4 of the venues in Vic. Bounce is by far the best of the trampoline parks and full of fun. They have great facilities, a great atmosphere and the staff are positive, energised and add to a great all-round experience. Bounce Blackburn has a few unique features that bring me back including some differences in design which I appreciate. They also have great trampolines with very good bounce. They have air bags which are much easier to get out of than foam pits. The variety of trampoline areas make for great fun and entertainment. We'll be back for sure!

We signed up for a Mini bounce class and my 5yo was not a happy kid at the first session. It was all too much for him - the new place, the noise, the new instructor... The Bounce staff (Bella specifically) were amazing!! They offered to lower the sound on the music, they said it was absolutely fine if he wanted to do his own thing and that he could join the class whenever he wanted to. We now go to Bounce about 3x a week and my boy loooooves it. The instructors are all so friendly and willing to help him with any new skills that he's trying to master, or just there to play with him if he needs it. Highly recommend Bounce (Blackburn). Tip* signing up for the weekly class gives you free access 9am - 4pm, Mon - Fri (excluding school holidays etc)*

Went to Bounce for my daughters birthday party. Staff were a bit disorganised, but overall, the kids had a great time. The party host was great, full of energy, and really engaged the kids. Also the coffee was really good 👍

The facilities are great from the bounce area back to reception. The staff are friendly and informative yet are firm in reinforcing the rules. We experienced a fun family atmosphere feeling safe within the venue.

My daughter loves coming here. And I can't wait to take my smallest daughter here when she's old enough. The price is quite good. Waiting time for your pre paid tickets takes a while. But apart from that a really good place to take the kids. There are healthy snacks and drinks available too which is always a good idea.

The center was very clean and safe and staff were very helpful. Our son loved the center and enjoyed a lot and next morning he asked to go there again and most importantly, when we came back home , he had got so tired and fell asleep straight away.

My four grandchildren did not stop smiling and laughing the whole time they there. They enjoyed all the different activities. My visually impaired grandson was safe and secure and gave everything a go. Staff were all very pleasant and efficient both in reception and on the floor. I was impressed by the organisation on the floor. It ran really smoothly. We will be back.

My son had his 6th birthday here with 13 other friends and family! The party was easy and straightforward Staff were easy going and handled everything perfectly and everything ran smoothly. It was great value and definitely can see us having more parties in the future! A huge thank you to our party host mandon who was accomodating and interacted with all the kids and made sure my son mason had the best birthday. Thank you again bounce 🥰

My 4 year old loves taking to people and making friends. We come here every 2 weeks and every time the floor staff have so much time for him. They play, watch him run fast, give him high fives and generally make my son so happy and feel so liked. I’m so appreciative of the energy and enthusiasm of all the floor staff. You all make my little boy have such a great time!

I had my daughter’s birthday there two days ago with almost 40 kids ! “Best decision I made regarding the venue!!no doubt!” Very friendly and organised staff. Caring and supportive. Good communications with parents and lovely leadership and friendship for kids. Safe environment. Nice, neat and organised rooms. Well managed timing. Can’t comment more on how great and amazing the staff were as well as the venue.

The best fun! Kids can go absolutely wild & develop their skills. Always clean with friendly staff! Amazing place!
