A club/Bistro made more for familys with kids area and TV's around the venue so you can watch your kid's from your table. Good food with a great outdoor area.

Beautiful venue! The food was great and service was very friendly with wonderful wait staff. There’s a bit of a lengthy wait for food and drink, but you’ll soon forget that when you bite into their delicious food. I had the Nasi Goreng and it was a bit too spicy for my liking but still yummy and the Espresso Martini I had was average and could have used a bit of sweetness but other than that, everything else with our group was great. Also - the bathrooms alone were exceptional! I was amazed at how nice and fancy they were!

Beretta's hotel mothers day 2021. Nice to get out and about in these trying times. Food was fantastic and all the staff were great. Seafood paella was cooked to perfection , beef tacos looked great and my son told us the American platter was very tasty and filling. Once again another great dining experience for lunch..3/6/23 and another lovely night with great food oysters killpatrick for entrees and prawn stir fry for main...all was very good 👍.

We have been coming here for many years for family birthdays as our relative is a local. There is something for everyone on the menu and most dishes we've had, have been enjoyable. The kids play zone keeps them entertained and the interactive games underneath the playground is a popular fave amongst our kids. It can get very busy here so pro tip is to book for 4:30pm or 5pm dinner and order asap when you arrive. Even 10 or 15mins delay in ordering can have you waiting quite a while during peak times. The staff always try to work efficiently and they will bring out any extra condiments you ask for. 4 stars instead of 5 is due to pricing. It can be quite steep for pub type meals which easily add up for a family of 4+. The food portion is generous though, nicely presented and seasoned well.

Great place for a meal. Food is great, portion sizes are very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Little bit noisy probably because it's packed with people enjoying good food

My friend and I had a dinner here, these meals we ordered was literally heavy and delicious! We tried to finish it but it was too much 😅. What a feast for a cheat day. Will definitely go back here for another feast! 🖤❤️

Staff were rude and unwelcoming. Pork belly dish tasted absolutely awful. The rice was swimming in Asian dressing and the dressing tasted feral with an overwhelming fishy smell. The pork tasted like it was covered in icing sugar. Definitely stay away from this option. I had to order dessert because I was starving from not being able to eat my lunch, luckily dessert was OK. Dessert was pretentiously presented but tasted good.

The food here is very well priced and very nice, the lamb shanks were very tasty and the cheese bun was amazing… I also love a cold beer and they did not disappoint here either, a great overall experience.

This is great family friendly venue. We celebrated my son's 7th Birthday here and were very pleased with the food and overall service. The highlight though is the play room which is massive. Also a special mention to the reception who informed me of the kids club during booking and that we world get benefits including a complimentary ice cream cake for the birthday boy among other things. I order the American Platter (pictured) which was very decent!

The food is phenomenal- huge servings my beef cheek & cheese pie was well priced for the quality & quantity and the desserts are delicious, interesting (and instagram worthy). The service is warm & fast. I was there with a few locals on a lunch, i was told on a busy night with hundreds of people they stay at this high standards.

We were on table 20 on Sunday 25.2.24 and I think that was the best pumpkin gnocchi I'd ever had in my life. The onions were so tasty and sweet and gave it this little crunch. Absolutely loved it. Everybody else on the table loved their meal too.

First visit and if you have kids, the playground is amazing. Kids had an absolute blast and the area is huge. Definitely the best playground for a pub around! The food was also fantastic, every plate was finished. Garlic bread for entree was toasted just right, Chicken Parma was cooked to perfection and the seafood hotpot went down a treat as well. The food really was good. The only word of caution is it's a huge venue and as such can be very loud! Definitely a perfect place to go with kids and we were pelantly surprised with the quality of the food. Will be back in the future (as per the kids request).

Went here for a big group, family dinner (12 people). We had enough space at the table and the food was good. The kids play space is great.

Positives: - Great tasting food and good portion sizes. - Menu caters to a diverse range of different cuisines. - Pleasant, family focused atmosphere. - Kids playground is awesome and keeps them well entertained. Negatives: - Meal prices are a bit on the expensive side (meals start at around the $25 mark) - Service is a bit underwhelming. Staff don't attend to your table unless bringing food or taking away plates. Staff don't display much personality, when you do interact with them. - Food and drink orders have to be placed at the counter. This can lead to long wait times if there are a number of other people queued up. - Finding a parking space can be a nuisance during busy periods.

I should first say that the star rating I have given is for seniors. At full price I would score this as two stars. They have a seniors menu for $15 for a main course, the pick of which is chicken Aleisha with chips and/or veg, or lamb shank with loads of gravy, mash and peas. Yummy. On weekdays , and for everyone (not just seniors) is a $19 light lunch menu with a main course, plus a drink of your choice, being a schooner, a wine, or a soft drink. These change weekly, but are usually quite good. Last time I had a lamb salad and one time a roast beef and gravy roll with chips from that menu. During school holidays the vibe is local working families, outside of holidays the vibe is retirees who lunch. Recommended.

Wonderful customer service and quick food to table even at peak times (the kids meal was out in less than 5mins!). A great kids play area too. Food was really yummy & portions were excellent. Takeaway for unfinished food even had a day/time sticker for food safety - super impressed! Would absolutely revisit & recommend 🙌🏼

Meal was good, decent size and taste was nice and fresh. Atmosphere is good for people with young kids that need to run round and be a bit noisy. Great for that because most of the customers were with young children and were very noisy but it was a good safe space for that and a no judgement space for young chaotic families at meal time. Not a place for me personally I prefer a window seat and less chaos. Meal good. ( Note: if you can't finish your meal you can take it away, love that.) Atmosphere definitely not for me personally but good for the above. Service ok I didnt have enough interaction to make bold statements. Except a special mention to a young lady named Maddison. She only came to assist us at the end of our meal when we were getting some Leftovers to be taken away. But her manner and energy was very good and what I'd expect from someone working in customer service. 5 stars for her.

Celebrated my nephews birthday here recently. Great venue for family gatherings. there is a big play area for kids. Food is above average however is expensive. 2 Entrees and 2 mains cost us over $100. Service was friendly, although the bar staff were super slow and not organised.

Great food. Good service. Only three stars because of the ridiculously high cost of many meals. Simple fish and chips were $36. My mum got the seniors fnc for $15, and what she got would have been plenty for me. The cost is making eating out a luxury we cant afford...

Betetta's Langwarrin Hotel is really amazing. Well designed interior & even caters for adults, who don't want children around them. Yes, that is what I wrote. Then is a small private area with no children allowed. The staff are marvellous & the food is amazing. You have got to see the menu. There is a lot to choose from. And the servings are big. Go give it a try.

Great kids playground, tucked away in the back. You can't really see what they are doing but they have some cameras on the entry where the 3yr old area is. My vegan pizza was underdone so had to go back and be cooked for longer, but the other meals were great tasting and huge.

We went here for a birthday dinner the day after valentines day and soon as we got there the lady at the front said to us a couple of things were off the menu due to the massive power outages all over melbourne because of the storm we had about 8 people at the table (which they crammed together because they stuffed our booking up) anyway the food tasted alright at first until the next day coming back up because atleast 4 of us had food poisoning im guessing they should have thrown more stuff out instead of trying to save $$$$ and put peoples lives at risk so anyway one of us called up for a refund on the meals that caused the people who got sick and were refused cause we had no “proof” .. well one of us had a medical certificate and it was a 8+ hour power outage the biggest in the history of victoria that day and more than half the people at our table had food poisoned and some others had upset stomachs all around the same time because one of the group was calling up everyone else too see if they were having the same symptoms and these are all people that dont see eachother frequently.. really sucks because it was my birthday the previous day and somebody elses on the next day (friday15th) kinda ruined the whole weekend but anyway thanks for choosing to save that tasty salmonella chicken for our table The management is horrible and owner clearly dont care about there customers if you look at the reviews and the service of this plce they dont even respond to emails or phone calls

My Thai Beef Salad was delicious. I felt the food was a little overpriced for the portion sizes, especially that they don't have a Senior's menu, they only give seniors 10% off. It's obviously a popular venu for kids so it was extremely loud on a Saturday night.

I have been to Berettas with whanau(family) a handful of times now and didn't have much to say about the food before. Last night, Father's Day, I tried the Seafood Hot pot. It was delicious. So good 👍 Cheers to the chef who made that dish. Well worth the wait.

Absolutely disgusting service and treatment by the 'manager' and receptionist. Received an email from the kids club and booked to have dinner because of the kids club deal on only to be told when we got there that because we don't have the physical card we couldn't use the kids club special even though we could prove we were receiving the emails - so would obviously be part of it. The emails also did not say that you needed the physical card with you to redeem. Was met with rudeness by both the receptionist and 'manager' when I asked if an exception could be made given we had ordered replacement cards and could show we were receiving the emails. Extremely disappointing given that we were going to buy a number of adult main meals and that would have covered the price of two kids meals anyway. You'd think in a digital world that they would have better processes than a physical card.

Superbly impressed, personable staff and prompt service. The food was fantastic, well cooked (taste) and good portion sizes. If I'm to be picky I gave 4 stars for atmosphere only because the tables are super close to one another and trying to keep conversations private is a challenge. I'll be going back soon enough, we'll done crew!!

Very busy on weekends. Be prepared to queue to order your meal. Very loud, lots of kids running around. They do have a great play area for kids and I think this may be the draw card. Meals good 👍

Excellent. Wednesday night, Incredibly busy but hubby's seafood hot pot and my roasted pumpkin gnocchi were on the table in less than 20 minutes we argued over who's meal was nicest! This is my gnocchi..

A very friendly greeting upon entry and an extremely helpful welcome at the bistro entry.. An extensive range of tasty meals was served promptly and with a smile.. We were very impressed by all of the staff working the evening that we celebrated a family birthday.. Our own birthday cake was served by staff just as we had requested.. I firmly believe that all staff at Beretta's enjoy working there and they want to make all of their customers happy.. I am a genuine customer and not related to any one at the Langwarren hotel.. Your best reference is a happy customer and our family all appreciated the outstanding staff and their friendly service... Five stars + highly recommended, i nearly forgot about the awesome kids playground.. If you have nippers you will be happy...

Adults can enjoy some time together while the kids run around and play. Our daughter loves the playground.

  • 3/5 Paige S. 1 year ago on Google
The food was okay, although the service was great despite none of the staff being able to recommend any dishes as they had not tried the food there. I suggest giving your staff members samples of the dishes you serve, so they can give customers suggestions on what to order when asked what they think is good. This is an amazing place to bring the kids, with a great play area.

It's been a few years since we last visited Beretta's and were pleasantly surprised with the venue, service & quality of food on our last two visits. One of these visits was a walk-in where the staff were very accommodating in seating us within the preferred 'Adults' section. This section affords a quieter dining experience as the children's play area is literally 4 stories of vertical theme park - amazing. As far as the extensive menu, you'd be hard pressed not to find a favourite. As we're mindful of intolerances such as dairy, meat etc... for one of us, we were able to swap out for vegan cheese & the like. Whereas the old 'Bangers & Mash' with Fennel sausages, bacon, tomatoes, gravy & rich mash had me at, '... take a seat ..'. Remember it's still a pub, so expect some ambient noise.

Food is great and the kids area is fantastic for families. However the staff are rude and they are not interested in going above and beyond. If you loose your kids club pass forget about any assistance in replacing it. It’s a $50 fee. We couldn’t show our email as proof we are a member. A very strange set up!

This place was packed, and for good reason. Good food, great place to hang out for the kids, staff were friendly and constantly on the go. It deserves to be as popular as it is. Would go again.

Had a great birthday party there. We had about 40 people, adults, kids and infants. We ordered party food (pizzas, garlic bread and chips) and all came out hot and crispy! Staff were great and very patient, special mention to Jana and Samantha!

I love the Adult area, very busy but meals came out quite quickly. Delicious food 😋 good service and friendly staff. Amenities were clean and hand sanitising provided. Kid friendly, very busy place.

Your typical family bistro. It was extremely busy and very loud (Friday night). Meals are overpriced but were served quickly. I had the Miso Barramundi. For $32 l was expecting a larger portion of fish and more greens in my plate. Would only return if l had to.

Food was fantastic, much better then the usual pub fair. The kids had a ball in the play room and all the staff were very friendly and efficient. It felt a little rushed but that's the world we live in now I suppose. Overall great and I'm looking forward to going back.

  • 2/5 R.M. 9 months ago on Google
Have come here for years but the food has lost it’s appeal & quality recently. We had a large group and were not overly impressed. The playground is absolutely fabulous for the kids, although, we won’t be rushing back.

Beautiful food. Timely service with food reaching the table. Some staff had a slight attitude but it was busy so perhaps that contributed. Park is great for kids. Very family friendly. I'd return and probably recommended this place to my family since we're a large family.

Friendly staff who went out of their way to find us a table without a booking. Lovely food. A very busy place with lots of noise and children. Not the place to go if you're looking for a quiet romantic dinner. But great for families with kids.

This place is awesome, the kids loved it.. There is a huge vortex that the kids play in, the staff were friendly. It's very busy...
