Just had Tuesday lunch special. For $25 250gm Steak with chips and vegetables and mushroom sauce, with a choice of tap beer, house wine or soft drink. Staff are very welcoming, venue is spotless and well presented. The meal was very tasty, the steak cooked to perfection, not sure what salt on the chips, but also very tasty. We didn't have dessert, the meal was very filling, but they do have a variety of different types. Not technically a family place, no kids play area, but , for value for money and a pleasant atmosphere, 100 percent!!

What a great place to eat, the menu is quite extensive and very reasonably priced. Very efficient with seating customers with friendly greetings and prompt food service as well. The chef cooks your steak exactly as you like it. Loved watching the yellow belly parrot's eating just outside the dining room window. Definately going back there again

I was fortunate to recently attend this fantastic venue when providing support to a social group lunch via Kingston City Council, and I wish to extend my appreciation and praise for the exceptional customer service and great facilities that we all experienced. The bistro staff were so friendly, in particular Jessie, who was efficient and extremely accomodating in providing assistance to the group with their table service and processing payments. Meals were delivered in a timely manner, were well presented and all thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you for hosting the social group and I will highly recommend Seaford RSL Club!

Really good meals and portions sizes. Chilli chips had a decent kick to it. Sauce with prawns was amazing. Venue has a small museum section to walk through which has war memorabilia.

Thoroughly enjoyed my steak & chips. Price was excellent as it was part of the daily special including a beer all for $25. (I think I paid extra for the veggies) but was cooked to perfection. Finished off with a delicious Black Forest cake. All the family were happy with their meals. Venue lacks a decent parking space however the train station nearby is great for public transport and parking spaces.

Really good food, efficient time on the food being brought out and lovely customer service , I really enjoyed the beautiful outside view and you get an option to have the blind up or down depending on your liking . Nice atmosphere, does get very busy though and the line to order can be busy so best to order ahead of time before everyone else lines up . My friend and I had a lovely time there .

I hadn't been to this RSL for years and was pleasantly surprised to find delicious food at a reasonable price, with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. I went for dinner last week (I had the Mexican parma) and again today for lunch (grilled calamari) and was just as impressed. Not only that, you have a great view of colourful parrots in some trees outside the windows, eating and having parrot meetings that looked most joyful! I'll be back again very soon. Value for money in an enjoyable ambience.

Want to commend Anita who took my call a couple of days ago. I was making a booking for Christmas Eve. I have not been there yet & it was very important to get it right as its "Our family" Christmas Dinner this year...not the 25th. She could not have been more helpful went out of her way to explain everything thanks again Anita 😘 I'm confident we will have a great experience.

Great meals and service

Love the meals I come here often with my family I have tried quite a few different things on the menu, haven't had a bad meal yet. Fresh and tasty food reasonably priced. I often ask to add things to my meals and there always happy to put extras through for me at an additional cost.

The meals and atmosphere are exceptional. However nearly every time I order sweets they don't come and I have to prompt someone. I am considering not ordering sweets any more. The night becomes too long and people have to wait for me. This has been a problem for years.

For the 1st time I did not like the food. Roast Pork with scrapings of carrot and no idea. Just swamped in watery gravy ?

This is an almost weekly visit for a few of us, whilst it's a little small and therefore you're packed into the meals area a bit it's well worth it for the food and prices. I also like that every week just about there's a different variety of a locally brewed non mainstream beer on tap. If you're just after a chat and drink there's a nice place just beside the meals area or if the weather is fine outside. If pokies are your thing they're well separated with room to move and their volume is down low enough to not disturb others. Parking inside the RSL is often full but just across the road is always available.

Asked when ordering the oysters where they came from? Was told Sydney rock oysters??? They were no bigger than a 5cent piece??? Bacon was in large chunks, no sign of wostershire sauce, absolutely disgusting!! Chef should be sacked!!!! They were definitely not Sydney rock oysters!!!! Lied to, probably cheap frozen oysters The Seaford RSL is going down hill rapidly!! Even after complaining to staff was not even offered a refund or replacement! The food there used to be sensational, can only guess new chef's???????

My first visit to Seaford RSL and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and choice of food. I had a mixed seafood platter and must say it was one of the best I've had. Everything was cooked to perfection, plated like it came out of a 5⭐ restaurant and it tasted delicious. I will definitely come back and try other foods from the menu. And let's not forget the entertainment on a Friday night, I totally enjoyed it.

Nice clean exterior and nice clean interior. We had a booking for 9 and the meals were seated quite quickly. The children were provided with a colouring and puzzle pack to help.pass the time. The service was great and the children's meals were served first, brilliant idea. More than enough food for any diner large or small. Anything not consumed was offered as a doggie bag. They were holding raffles on this occasion and for $5 you bought 20 tickets. A great way to raise funds and it keeps you there a little longer to see what the raffles were. We were fortunate to win a BBQ Meal Pack, which consisted of: 2 Steaks, 4 Sausages, 6 Hamburgers and 2 Pork Chops. Overall a great venue, well done. Highly recommend to anyone no matter what age limit.

Great food. Great staff. Kids meals though are 15 a pop no drink included no dessert. Just a little drawing pack. So if you wanna add drink and dessert your looking at 20+ a meal for kids. Will find a more kids friendly venue.

We love this place we eat here regularly the 400grm rib eye, scotch fillet, open lamb souvlaki, and calamari is among our favorites. Great atmosphere, friendly efficient service is all excellent quality but the chefs & quality of the food is really top class & is what keeps us coming back. Highly recommend

Best food. Terrible parking! Jamaican Loaded Fries shared as an entree for 2 would have been enough ... and left room for cake and coffee!

How was the Seaford RSL, you ask? As it always is - outstanding. A restaurant where medium rare means exactly that, every single time. I cannot recall ever getting a bad cut of meat (FYI, I'm usually porterhouse, so it's easy to find fault - nowhere to hide chunks of fat or gristle). Service staff are always, and I honestly mean always, friendly and upbeat, the table staff take time at each table to make sure meals are going well, any kids are happy, anything they can do gets done. Meal sizes are generous, table spacing works so no table is in any other tables' conversation. If I can find one fault, it's Dan Andrews - remove the adjacent level crossing, will you please? Other than that - always a great dining experience.

Great war memorabilia and great spaces inside and out

It's been a few years since we last visited Seaford RSL. Tonight we went and had my birthday dinner there. OMG so SOOOO much better than the last time we were there. Had the steak chips salad and gravy with a side of garlic prawns. The steak was Cooked PERFECTLY, so juicy and tender. The chips were chrispy light crunchy and full of fluffy potato. The salad (we all know I'm not really a fan of salad) I couldn't stop eating it, so full of flavour and the dressing was light but tangy. And toke a slice of black Forest cake to take home for later. Mad MAD PROPS to the chef's and the sous chefs for an absolutely wonderful birthday dinner.

The chicken Parma was ok but the pizza was awful. It was sent back after 2 bites. It was like a frozen store bought. Doughy & not cooked enough. First time visit & won't be going back. Good that they refunded the cost of the pizza though.

First time here, the atmosphere is very casual, but the meals were outstanding. Have to say of all the restaurant meals I've had this would be the best. Pity what I had was on the special board.. grilled chicken, prawns, vegetables on mash, as loved it. Sweets were also so delicious 😋 We will definitely be back.

Love the food but the new paper take away packaging is awful and makes the whole meal really unenjoyable. It's impossible to eat out of the paper thin flimsy boxes, not to mention they also leak.

Extensive menu to suit all tastes. Even great variety and choice in the seniors menu! Nice outlook onto the river, hanging baskets and lorikeets feeding. A delicious array of desserts($4 for seniors!!) and coffee finished off the meal.

The food looks good, but is was a bit bland. The risotto is what is pictured.

Catch up today with friends for lunch. Great menu selection and service and pricing. Never fails. Lucky me it's my local.

We love the RSL. Best pub food, great atmosphere and beautiful birds to look at on the feeders. Will always be back as long as we live locally 👍
