The service from Aledin was impeccable. In fact, as I told him on the evening we picked up our Octavia wagon, my wife and I appreciated his patience, his calmness, and his warm sales approach. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our purchase smooth and as we wanted it without being pushy. The same can be said for Jodie who was extremely helpful in talking us through the numbers for our finance options and securing a finance for us. Nicole was also helpful in having the dash cam installed and ready for us on pickup of the vehicle and gave us a great price. Could not be happier with the service from the first enquiry to handover of keys.

At sales service was great but now I'm finished contract( not sure exactly when) and trying to upgrade. I have tried ringing, email and text many times over the last 6 months. 4times this morning.There are several phone numbers all ring out or don't reply. Its an easy enquiry but poor after service puts me off upgrading my car

Blair at Peninsula Skoda was fantastic to deal with, ordering parts in last minute which arrived on the day, minimising time without my Octavia. The car was returned was and with parts replaced under warranty. a loan car (demo model) was provided for the duration of my service.

From the moment my partner and I walked in, the whole sales experience was second to none. Went in to check out a Kamiq as Skoda was the first on our list. Was greeted by Cole who not only made us feel at ease (as buying cars is nervous as hell) but you started to get the feeling nothing will be too much trouble. We saw this awesome blue Fabia Monte Carlo and instantly fell for it even though we never thought we would want a hatch and had our minds set on the Kamiq. Cole organised a test drive on the spot and was not pushy at all through the process and let us take our time. I think he knew we just got thrown a curve ball with the Fabia, as we thought we wanted the Kamiq. Ended up purchasing the Fabia on return. Cole organised delivery and made the whole pick up process easy. Not only was the service friendly and personable, but we felt treated with respect the whole time. Highly recommended, and if you’re in the city it is well worth the trip down to this large modern dealership.

Recently bought a polo GTI from this dealership and the experience from when I picked up the car hasn’t been great at all. I noticed the head rest at the back was missing. Not sure how you could miss this but upon questioning them they had no idea why it wasn’t there. There was no apology or ownership from them to atleast say, yes it’s our fault we apologise. I would like to think a duty of care comes into play when the car is ready for pick up. Also, buyer beware! Zach and Sam are both useless. No contact, no follow up calls. GTI I had purchased wasn’t even fully serviced! Would never buy from this place again. Will be contacting the ombudsman to take further action.

Fantastic experience at Peninsula Skoda, With the help of Josh (Love ya my man!) i secured myself a beautiful black Superb sportline. The service was friendly, fast and i had plenty of help learning the features of my new vehicle. The environment was welcoming and everyone was very willing and sociable. A special thank you to Jodie in the finance department for helping me secure the vehicle and even the service department that replaced a defective window trim for me without question that we noticed. Was an easy experience finding a new car. No dramas and helpful staff. Steve was great to deal with. We over paid them 500 as forgot about the deposit and they gave it back to us. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Zak Issa, who was super upfront, honest and easygoing throughout the process. I was super keen on a used car I saw on Carsales, and even though the price was later raised, Zak honoured the original price that had been listed when we had first made the appointment and patiently answered other questions I had as it was my first car purchase. I eventually didn't take the car because of personal reasons, but Zak was polite, communicative and easygoing throughout without any pressure, which I really appreciated. (The one star off was more because of another colleague's rather less calm response to my decision.)

I dealt with Cole, and the service and communication from when I put down my deposit to picking up the keys was first rate. They really did bend over backwards to help, fixing little dents and scratches on the vehicle, and were very accommodating in me getting a pre purchase inspection. Would buy from them again.

We live in Sydney and Josh was able to secure the car we wanted that the Sydney dealers could not offer due to limited stocks. Despite not having to met Josh in person, he was still able to provide us with a seamless purchasing experience (via email and phone). Poor customer service experience from the saleman. I was serious about buying a car, he couldn't be bothered assisting. To make matters worse this was during a bike advertised sales event.

Josh and Hamdy (in fact the whole crew) are absolute champions! Bought a 2nd hand VW Passat and can’t complain about a single thing. Josh was approachable, upfront with info about the car and very easy to chat with. See this man if you need a car! Hamdy was a legend getting the finance sorted over a busy xmas period and having everything ready to collect before new years. Josh gave me a direct line to contact him if anything needed sorting (he answered my texts while on holidays!). Car had a very slight wheel imbalance upon driving it home, true to his word, Josh had it sorted with the brilliant service team within the hour, when I went back two days later. Would happily send friends and fam into see this wonderful crew!
