I was looking forward to having eggs Benedict. I don't like giving a bad review and I always give places a second chance. This is my third time having bad food from here. Unfortunately, the eggs Benedict I had was rather unpleasant. There was far too much hollandaise which is bought, the bacon was uncooked, the bread was only warmed and not toasted. The hollandaise you can see on the plate was left over. I will say the eggs were poached well.

Good coffee and food. The staff treated my wife very well but ignored me completely. So three stars instead of 5. Low score for atmosphere because the area is quite noisy and the place is definitely not cozy.

I ordered an Avo smash on gluten free toast and was left feeling disappointed at what I got. I don’t feel that I got value for my money as I was charged $20 for this and things were left out such as the feta cheese, which was listed in the menu.

I was asked to visit Jamaica Blue and purchase coffee as part of a Social Soup Campaign, and was asked for my honest opinion. The store had a lovely, quiet and cozy vibe despite being in a busy shopping centre, and lovely decor. The staff were generally very good! An apparent menu misprint led to some unpleasantness with the cashier but the staffperson who brought the coffees over was lovely. The coffees themselves were very good, served at a perfect temperature, and you could definitely taste the notes described in the menu.

Girl on coffee machine has been talking to her friend and being interrupted to serve! I ordered a half strength caramel lattè in a mug...got a strong lattè in a glass. Also ordered a savoury croissant, heated please. I got a cold half filled croissant...$17.10 for an unsatisfactory experience.

I've been to Jamaica Blue many times, and it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently excellent, and the food is delicious. What sets this place apart is the friendly service.

The chilli scramble was literally a normal scramble with a pinch of chilli powder on top, but somehow managed to charge me $18 for it

Customer service is really bad and inconsiderate. The waiting staff doesn't give eye contact and when taking my order the girl dissociated I tried to confirm my order I could see she was not listening. I got a "yeah yeah" .my order was given to another customer by that girl then she gave me a wrong quantity of food accusing me that I told her if something else. She was not present at her position and job. Not going back there again.

Breakfast most Sundays here, reason being, best coffee and great chef (Jayden) king of the poached egg and now a new offering, porridge topped with rhubarb etc.,he mastered this treat for the first time today. Cannot fault the customer service from all staff involved… very pleasant ambience for a shopping complex eatery. Everyone should take the time to try it out!!!! 👌

Service is getting slow.. waited 25min for 2 coffee’s… at 9.30 am on a Sunday morning… will be looking for another place for our sit down coffee and chat from now on.. have been going here for the last 6 months.. but the lady on the coffee machine in so slow..coffee is great thou.. when you get it

Our expectation was more than what we got, everything seemed too bland and no flavour at all, maple syrup on Avo smash was a bit put off and tartar sauce was not how it should be. Overall was average, could have been better.

Use to love this place , especially its coffee. But since covid, food taste has dropped, meal and sizes have shrunk and prices have gone up. And coffee isn't as good as it was.

Terrible service. One guy there spoke highly of their chicken crepe and I walked in, took a seat. I was forgotten for the next 25 minutes and when I enquired from a waitress passing by she expressed ignorance about my order. I walked out telling her I am in a hurry and her response was a shrug and "ok"... There were maybe 5 patrons there and yet they forgot my order after asking me to come in and taste their "popular" crepe. Never again.

$19.for a flat white in a mug and a small toasted sandwich! Next time I'll pass thank you very much! Don't get me wrong, the sandwich and coffee didn't taste bad and the service was great.......but $19 for a very small sandwich and a cup of coffee! Ouch!!!! I'm all for supporting small businesses but not ones where you get blatantly ripped off and certainly don't get your money's worth.

I ordered my breakfast an hour before and we had to ask twice during that one hour. When we got it it was tasting rubbish. Will never come back to this place again. Elsewhere they could make that meal in 5 minutes with a lot better quality.

The staff at jamacia blue were great they didn't keep you waiting & were helpful and polite and the food was good so was the latte that I had. This was located inside Westfield fountain gate shopping centre top level near the bottle shop. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Love this place very much. Such delishious food. Yummy in my tummy!
