👍👍 It was my first Flat White in Australia! I highly recommend both Flat White and Long Black! I spent fantastic time here enjoying the view outside. The bagels are amazing with coffee and the staff are super friendly! People often mention coffee, staff, friendly, good, latte, Kilda,

Perfect. The Mexican muffin was delicious, perfect portion size. Prana chai was exactly what I needed. There was a constant stream of visitors picking up coffees and smoothies. The staff knew everyone with kind, caring words for all of them. It was lovely to observe. I definitely felt more grounded and refreshed after my visit. This cafe is just inside the door of Acland Court.

Fabulously healthy food sourced ethically and with minimal processing. Great coffee and my friends almond latte was good and the chai latte of my other friend was excellent. Do take up their royalty card if you’re going to visit regularly. My vegetarian friends had a good meal and were grateful for the very helpful staff in making a choice. Good wifi. Nice place to come and do a little work. Dietaries catered for, just let staff know. Takeaway available. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Pram and stroller accessible. Parking is okay.

This café is my secret sanctuary. I love the decor within and the area itself definitely radiates relaxation and positive vibes. The owner and staff are very friendly and receptive to boot. Very fast with the orders. My go to here is the Dragon Fruit Smoothie which boasts a vibrant texture, tasting as refreshing as water from a desert oasis. There are some really nice vegan and GF treats within too that are house made. They're a lovely touch and are the perfect portion for treating even the most health conscious. Additionally, there are some awesome crystals on sale and cute keep cups on the go. They are reasonably priced for a botique café shop. Overall I recommend stopping by if you are along Acland, you will not regret checking this place out.

Beautiful coffee! I almost passed by this unassuming little cafe, but after a previous disappointing coffee at a "local favourite" I stopped for a takeaway. The coffee was great--strong and flavourful without being bitter. I would like to come try a sweet another day. The staff were lovely, making small talk asking about my day, and the barista commenting on the latte art ("if I knew you were going to take a photo I would have done something a bit more than that!"). If you are in need of a coffee, I would recommend Ground Yourself Cafe for sure!

Mexican Savoury Muffin is $7 takeaway, $11 to have it in with the salad (rocket, tomato, onion and dressing) - Quite tasty. Spiced Chickpea Sandwich is $10 - pretty tasty. Cool music. Happy to give us ice with our tap water. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of boxes and packages, not much natural light, affects the ambience. Large Soy Matcha latte takeaway is $8 (extra dollar for soy milk) - pretty tasty. Matcha powder is vegan friendly. All items felt a bit expensive for what we got.

One of the best coffees I've had in Melbourne. They have an excellent selection of toasties, bagels, and savoury muffins. Definitely coming back again for more coffee!

If you have to go easy on the caffeine for a while don’t despair, the crew at Ground Yourself in St Kilda pull a wicked decaf long black. Tucked inside Acland Court it’s a great little pit stop and their baked treats look the goods.

I discovered this cafe when I was inspecting apartments in and around St Kilda in late 2022. It has a cosy atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious bagels, toasted sandwiches and cakes, and the best coffee I've tasted, since returning to Melbourne after 5 years!!! I loved the coffee so much after the first visit, that I came back for a takeaway later in the afternoon! I visit this cafe everytime I'm in St Kilda, now, have recommended it to friends, and highly recommend you try it next time you're in Acland St Street, St Kilda!

Used to be good for a great coffee without missing a tram 9 minutes later. Must have changed hands. The coffee un drinkable and the service really slow.

Maybe its good as a sit down cafe but do not get your commuter coffee here. I missed the morning tram so I thought, no worries I'll get a coffee and catch the next one. Tried this place for the first time as it wasnt busy. The barista took so long, I missed the following tram and had to wait again for the next one. Coffee is okay, experience was a fail.

I can't give a calculated review of the food or coffee because I was kicked off the seat before I even got a chance to order. I then made my way to the window and asked the grumpy grey gentleman "are you not serving coffee anymore, why can't I order" he proceeded just to grunt NO as he continued to make coffee for other patrons.. not sure who, but it wasnt me who crapped in your conflakes this morning buddy..

It was one of the only places in St Kilda open at 8:30am on a weekday between Christmas and New Year, and we really enjoyed our time here! Good coffee and hot chocolate, and some yummy breakfast bagels. The staff were nice and helpful.

Best coffee in Melbourne and the most delicious healthy food. Stopping at ground yourself is a holistic experience and the energy and experience is just positively uplifting. Dennis (the owner) is a champion of men and Ground Yourself is the embodiment of his energy. Thanks for the quality experience over the many years!

Visited Acland Court Plaza this afternoon and grabbed a takeaway coffee here and was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was excellent and the customer service perfect. They also have a great range of yummies to enjoy with your coffee. Highly recommended.

Very good coffee. Friendly staff. Delicious and colourful range of acai bowls with their own homemade granola - gluten free and vegan. Enjoyed the Mexican muffin also homemade and gluten free - just the right amount of jalapeno bite. If we were locals, this would be my regular spot. Highly recommend!
