The mall is feel like never ending, i thought that is the end on the corner but it is still keep going , more and more shops & food court I found. I honestly impressed with it. It is nice shopping centre for a suburb. We had nice coffee.. at blax cafe

The shopping centre itself is fine, it is clean and shiny, good shops but why does the outside always look like a landfill? There is so much rubbish and plastics everywhere around Woodgrove shopping centre. Part of it blows away to fields and streets across it. It looks highly unprofessional and I feel sorry for the poor birds that live around Woodgrove. Woodgrove has a duty of care, and I can imagine the owners make plenty of money. Surely they can hire some litter pickers to ensure that the area around is cleaned on a regular basis?

Beautiful shopping centre set in the west with lots of shops to to choose from anything from kids to adults there is a move theater where the parents can take the kids while the parents can go shopping and can have a few hours to themselves the food court has plenty to offer with a great range to choose from which will fill the whole in your stomach and satisfy your appetite and the prices and moderate there is even a play area for the kids they have thought of everything in this shopping centre

This place is big and just meanders along like a creek, not straight like other shopping centres a really great experience.

Huge Shopping Center with Multiple Clothing Brands and Eating Options at the same place, along with a Cinema Hall Very similar mall layout, as compared to Pacific Epping. Ample Parking space and we'll connected. Pro Tip: There's a nice kids play area next to Foodcourt, right next to SanChurros, and has a door towards the Car Park

Shopping mall is okay due to its size it just need more shops. All Sushi shop in mall so good and fresh I recommend it. Coffee shops and doughnuts are the best as well. Kmart & Best and less has alot of good stuff with suitable price. Places clean and tidy. Services friendly and fast on some days. You can expect to be very busy during Christmas season and public holidays. Shopping Mall need to do more decorations around shops in mall. Over all 8/10.

The largest close shopping centre to my town, it has what you need and a little bit more. The usual suspects when it comes to stores. I’ve been let down by a few of them though whilst shopping, who really only have a small amount of products in stock, referring you to purchase from their online retailers instead - not ideal when you’re shopping that day because you need it ASAP. It’s kept clean, there’s always centre staff and security buzzing around. The food court is lacking. But like I said in the beginning, it does the job.

Sad, To much trouble with youth, plus thay took mobility scooters away from the the olderly okay im 56 and have trouble going from one end of Woodgrove to the other ,I can't make it have to sit down on cushion. But there not my age I sat to wait for my script because there are no chairs in the pharmacy so I sat on one and fall of and hurt my every thing, and still are suffering,I made a report to security, but back on. But will have new premises soon all well come , WILL be fabricating cusstom extractors, panels if we can we do it,

I arrived at the carpark and was unsure where to park in close proximity to the actual couple of shops that I needed to visit. Fortunately the carpark was not too busy so was able to get near an entrance. I used the store directory at the entrance and found the shops I needed. Good service at the shops in question and able to have a quick exit for home . Great place to get what you want and then get out for home.

It's a decent shopping centre, gave it 4 stars because it has a variety of stores and services it offers, has a decent size food court, plenty of parking, no major bustling for spots. This one's got bakery, cafe, standard stores such as coles, woollies aldi, JB, EB, banks etc, and a mini theatre too...and it is not as newly built but decently maintained and managed. Kmart here is open till 12, which is good if u realise late in the day u wanted something for the kids' school the next morning!

Good place for shopping for just about anything. Love the dining area and outside alfresco eating area which is new. Need more center staff assistance as I was lost and couldn't find anyone to help. Toilets are always clean and the place is kept rather tidy.

I find it a much better shopping experience than Watergardens. It's not as crowded as Watergardens, and the choice of shops at Woodgrove are the same. The only thing it hasn't got is a fresh food market section. I do miss that when I'm at Woodgrove.

There are some things they could finish but still stays undone. The car park has so few trolley bays. That is not finished in my opinion. Section at coles entrance not under cover so in the rain you get wet. The bus terminal was moved. Poor design has individual shelters when it should have been done with one shelter with allocated bus bays. Other than that it's a great shopping centre for Melton

Great variety of shops and places to eat. My only issue is the lack of parents rooms. We went on Sunday and their parents room was closed and we couldn't find another one. Highly inconvenient when you have a diaper baby.

Woodgrove caters for every budget. You've got a variety of vendors to choose from. The shopping centre is always clean. With the growing population in Melton and surrounds, management of the mall should look at expanding to offer consumers more choice and to remain competitive with the likes of Pacific Werribee.

I love this shopping centre as I haven't experienced any negative ones.. well, I'm hoping I won't 😁😁😁 I have always lived in the Northern suburbs and very skeptic in living in the West but to my surprise, I am actually loving it! I've only been here for a year but people have been lovely.. I am hoping that this experience will last for as long as I live here... Woodgrove shopping centre has the outlets that I usually go to and more than anything, the customer service so far in the shops I've been in has been excellent!!!

It's a bit of a hit and miss at Woodgrove depending on the time of day. I tend to go during school hours if possible because you can walk into the shopping centre without navigating through the high school students who take up residence outside most of the entry points after 3pm. Also I'm not sure if I am just getting picky but you can pick when the regular cleaning people are not working as there is a visible lack of pride in the job being done.

  • 4/5 Jess 8 months ago on Google
A pretty good variety of shops but they don’t have toilets down the Aldi end. You need to walk up to Big W for the closest toilets so I usually avoid this end because I have toilet training kids

  • 3/5 James N. 8 months ago on Google
It was ok . But the shopping centre definitely needs some security guards roaming around. There were groups of male dark youths walking around watching what shoppers were doing . Very uncomfortable walking around the centre .

  • 1/5 Sarchi A. 9 months ago on Google
I am so disappointed in security. Today I witnessed a man being extremely aggressive towards his partner, shouting at her and walking off with their young baby. The wife was asking for help and my sister and I stepped in. The husband become intimidating and aggressive towards us also. When I found security, she just stood there frozen in her tracks. We asked her to call for back up and she disappeared. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Overall, it was a good experience with the exception of Cotton on Body. The young girl behind the counter didn't acknowledge or greet us. Just kept talking with her friend. Multi-task and simply say "Hello", not too much to ask for.

Woodgrove is meltons major shopping centre it's the heart of melton, there is 2 woolworths Coles aldi big w best and less even jb hifi to name some of the bigger companies and then there surrounded by lots of fashion shops and jewellery stores with plenty of barbers around to give you that fresh feeling.

The toilets are disgusting in this center all the time, cleaners arnt cleaning them enough it is not clean enough to even go to most of the time. The entrance of the shops smell of Poo.

  • 5/5 Sharmaine P. 1 month ago on Google • 1 review New
Woodgrove can give you a different experience each time you go depending on the day and time you choose to go there, sometimes you can get anxious due to it feeling overcrowded due to how many other shoppers are there when other times you can feel calm and relaxed as there aren't that many other shoppers there, somedays customer service can be really really good and other days can be very very poor, I would say that there are a handful of shops in the complex that have good customer service always and on every visit no matter what day it is, security are normally pretty good and are always very quick to respond if and when they are needed and you can always find them just walking around the complex keeping an eye on things!!
