I had a perfect and awesome birthday party in Partyworld. They do the room decoration for free !! The drinks are nice and staff are friendly. The song in the system is quite updated. I will come back again!!!!!!!!!!

Had an awesome experience here, greatest Karaoke I have ever been so far in the CBD. Drinks are amazing and they have so many songs (inclyding some newest songs!). Totally a good place for people to hang out with friends, like the price rate(the minimal spending is so reasonable!!) Definitely gonna go here next time with more friends！

Right off the bat, this place has too many fake reviews, so that should be a red flag. Look at how many of them mention the awesome security, as if that's a crucial feature anyone is looking for in a karaoke place. The price and the lobby would have you believe this is a high-end karaoke place-- that's why so many of the fake reviews have a photo of the lobby. It isn't. It's no better than the many cheaper places in the city, and in many ways it's worse. First, the room is basic. Only wired mics are available, so get ready to spill at least one drink as you pass them around. A tragedy, because the drinks are very meager. Additionally, the employee who served us was miserable. He really really hates his job, so that was fun for our party atmosphere. Also the room was hot and stuffy. We asked if the temperature could be adjusted, but they said it was controlled by Melbourne Central. Yet as soon as you step out of the room and indeed anywhere else in Melbourne Central, the temperature was cool and comfortable. Perhaps they should install fans in the rooms if they truly have no control over the comfort of their customers. There was only one screen to choose and control the song choices, and the choices were weird. They didn't have a lot of popular stuff and the search function wasn't efficient. They had really random, unexpected songs for some artists without any of the obvious choices. Some of the videos were incredibly low quality. I'm talking YouTube videos with automated closed captions. Plus the TV screens had constant random stuff popping up, like the 5 Asian men literally every 30 seconds, or random stickers of dancing animals. As several have mentioned, the toilets are outside the establishment, in the shopping center. Hooray, you get to go through the highly-reviewed security again, but you better hope you remembered to bring your ID with you if they don't remember you. I would absolutely not return when there are better options throughout the city.

The security staff were so ill-mannered and rude, we informed them and called up the reception that we had a minor with us however their guardian was present, he stated "that's okay you can still come", then continued to ask him for ID and stated that "no minors were welcomed" we then continued to ask him why he had said that the minor was allowed, he had no plausible reasoning only stated, "I don't make the rules the government does", which we had never disputed just rather confused as to why he contradicted his statement prior to that. When viewing my ID he continued to shake his head and said: "your not drinking are you?" (I am over the age of 18). Whilst the other security guard there appeared to be on his phone the whole time. Overall the communication between the security guards and vendors appears to be poor. The security guards are attempting to uphold a "tough" image however it is coming across as extremely rude.

Dismal. Rooms were too warm with little air flow, waiters had no idea about anything on the menu which sucks if you have allergies, massively overpriced and drinks tasted diluted. Might be cheaper and funner to have a karaoke night at a friends place. Still laughing about a $9,000 bottle of alcohol being on the menu.

Absolute rip off. Food is overpriced and horrible. Music selection was extremely limited. No access to a bathroom apart from what was open in the centre still. Will not be going back, no one had any idea what was going on. Staff were nice but essentially clueless…

We were given a room with blown speakers that distorted even half way up. A rude pseudo manager who refused to acknowledge a problem let alone help saying “it’s only the bass that distorts”. Combined with watered down drinks and advertising that appears on the screen a couple of times PER SONG and you have Melbourne’s worst karaoke experience.

The service at the front counter was SO bad it was ridiculous. The whole system of drinks included in the price of the package was completely confused & to be honest it felt like no one really had a clue what was going on. The worker on the front desk (described by another reviewer) is a terrible choice for customer interactions. It is good fun spending time with a couple of friends using the Groupon voucher. There were plenty of songs to choose from however the selection pad was a bit difficult to navigate and choose songs from. The room we had was clean and the microphones were working. The food included in the choice was good value but the only negatives were the lack of English song choice and navigation on the tablet was a bit difficult.

The security made me and my group of girlfriends feel so welcome. They were absolutely amazing with service. They catered to every need and helped with any problems we had. Shout out to Mir and Waleed they made us feel so comfortable.

They thought it was funny at the end of the $180 session when we asked for the recording and there wasn't one. They denied saying there would be a recording, but we definitely asked and clarified. We broke a glass during our session, reported it (citing WHS) and the staff member just looked at it and left it. On arrival to the room the floors were incredibly sticky, and cups from a previous group were still on the table. Definitely not COVID compliant. Very limited selection of songs. Would not recommend.

The prices for food and drinks are borderline robbery. $58 for a bottle of wine that costs $8. $66 for a fried chicken platter barely enough for one person. These prices are in house and were far more expensive than the menu provided to us at the time of booking the room. Had to use my own mobile data to spend the whole night using karaoke on YouTube as the song selection is quite poor. Staff were friendly, and room was clean. We will not be returning though.
