We enjoyed a one night stay at Quest Moonee Valley en route to Kyneton. Very impressed with the cleanliness, location and view from our apartment in the Phar Lap wing. The bed was super comfortable. Although we had a kitchen and dining table in the apartment we chose to eat in one of the many eating places in the Puckle St area as it is literally 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend Quest Moonee Valley - convenient to so many places and good transport options. The staff are also really lovely and so helpful.

Lots of fun. I enjoy the effort of punters in dressing for the occasion. Bathrooms can be an issue in busy times. Well run and managed venue. Fast food needs improvement on quality and speed of delivery.

I stayed in a one bed Unit in Quest Moonee Valley for more than one year during the covid times. The duration of my stay in itself speaks volumes about the wonderful one year I had. Vincent and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, serviced weekly and very well furnished with all the essentials provided. Plenty of parking space, a barbecue and a pool add to the overall experience. Since I was working from home, without my asking I was provided with a office desk (I was touched with the concern for the guests) The location is great, close to shops, public transport and very quiet. I would definitely be returning here to stay, highly recommend.

A nice place to stay, close to the city

Clean, large rooms and great service.

We had a studio room. Spacious with kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom including washing and drying machine. Clean, comfortable bed and in a great location. Only thing to be aware of if you have any mobility issues is that there are no elevators and rooms can be up to 2 floors.

Great spot to stay if your going to the valley races

Room is clean, have small pantry for light cooking or breakfast. I stayed at the top floor, the challenge will be the stairs as there's no lift here.

Stayed few days for work, location is excellent quick access to trams, short walk to trains varied retail offerings and restaurants nearby. Staff are excellent, going above and beyond. Apartments are spacious that was a bonus as I did need to spend some time indoors working, apartments are spotless and well equipped for cooking. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Thanks to the management team, our stay at Quest felt like we staying over a relatives house for the weekend. I stayed with my late father in the disability access room and it was very easy to maneuver around the room for him including the spacious bathroom. It is also close to public transport and the shopping center for all your food and supply needs. There is the onsite car park and on street parking to choose from too. Definitely would recommend for special needs stay and all other guest alike. I personally would choose to stay here at Quest Moonee Ponds in the future for either business or leisure. I chose this accommodation from their website as their studio apartment, look spacious. But the room I was given was nothing like the photo on their website, the bed just fitted in the room, there was no power point in the bathroom so I couldn't use my hairdryer in there and there were towel rails in the bathroom. I couldn't bring myself to shower in there this morning before I left as there was mould everywhere in the shower. The room absolutely stunk as well. The only good thing about staying here was the staff were really friendly and polite.

Terrible mattresses. Impossible to get a decent sleep. Just awful, dated and small.

Room could do with a bit of an update. Comfy bed and good shower.

Took 9 days to get my deposit back when told 2-5. EDIT: To respond to the reply from the hotel - I was told 2-5 business days in person, and even if it was 5-7 business days, it still took 9 business days. I didn't realise I would need to explain "business days". If you want to include weekends, it took 13 days, but that wouldn't be fair on my part. Most hotels in Melbourne that I have been to - including other Quest hotels - get released either the same day, or the day after I stay depending on the day of the week. Some hotels release same day even on the weekend. This response from the hotel is absolute garbage.

I had a two day stay at the hotel in their two bedroom apartment and I loved it. The rooms and common areas were huge; very pleasantly spacious, clean and well organised and the front door staff were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of on-site parking at an extra fee. The train station into the city is only a few minutes walk and it takes roughly 35 minutes to get there. There is a large shopping mall within 5 minutes and many restaurants and bars around the same area. The accommodation is a tard expensive but that was fair for value and it was a last minute booking. The only negative experience was to do with the ongoing road construction around the hotel which made access using Google maps a nightmare. I had to ring the hotel who informed me to use coats street. It also led to frustrating uber trips and food deliveries because the drivers got fed up trying to access the establishment. It did not help telling them to use coat street because I think their app only uses adresses not streets. I ended up walking to the road to get my food deliveries and to catch my ubers, this was not safe. To relieve visitor stress the hotel needs to warn their guests on what to expect and provide the alternative route beforehand to make navigation easier. Also, the hotel should provide a small tub of toothpaste just incase a guest forgets to pack some. It was a little odd that that wasn't provided. Overall, I loved my stay to bits and I would definitely stay here over and over again.

I stayed here for more than 2 months. This place is so clean, tidy and good services. I like it so much !

For large gatherings and private events this venue is very accommodating and very welcoming.

All staff very friendly & helpful. Great position right across the road from the racecourse. Clean rooms although a little dated
