I went there with a couple of other colleagues to have kebabs. The food was good although a bit dry. However, when taking orders, the staff pushed us to order too fast and not gave enough time to decide. As if they were trying to move to the next customer too quickly without considering previous customers haven't given enough time they need to decide about their orders. Also, the owner of the shop became concerned when taking photos and wondered what pictures were were going to be used for.

The kebab itself was really good. But the bald man (who I suspect is the owner or manager) has been telling off his staff BOTH (2 for 2!) times I have come here. Ironically, about customer service, meanwhile I am waiting for my food feeling really bad for the staff as he berates them. The way he talks so them is not constructive, and he shouldn’t do it out the front. Super inappropriate and I will avoid ordering here again now I know this isn’t a once off problem. I hope the staff quit and stop getting treated that way.

Lamb was good quality. Customer service not so much. As some of these reviews say. They need to wrap their kebabs properly. It seems they are trying to save money by getting smaller bread wraps but I absolutely couldn't enjoy the meal because of how awkward it was and half my fillings fell out! No serviettes... Consider getting their kebab plates.

We are Visiting from SA for a few days and can honestly say I have never had a kebab as good as I had today from kebab world. Taste was amazing, services friendly. Great price. Well presented shop. If in Melbourne and on Burk st would highly recommend stopping here for lunch. If visiting Melbourne again will come back for sure

Consistently good with fresh lamb rather than the fake donor sausage meat. Decent size and service is always quick and efficient.

One of the worst kebabs i have ever eaten. Tough chewy meat. Not wrapped on foil and placed in the sandwich press so the wrap itself is also chewy. $16.90 for possibly the smallest kebab I've ever seen. Go somewhere else this place ain't worth the money.

Been going here for lunch for a few years now and never disappointed! The food is always fresh, tasty and priced well considering its right in the city! The chips are always cooked well and in clean oil. I've found the owner to always be polite and caring to his staff. Ive been dragging my workmates here as well and they love it too. Thank you! 🥙

I had very bad experience at the kabab world last week. Order Chicken kabab whose chicken was stale smelly and tasteless. The texture of chicken was dry. They can surely work on their flavors and sauces to make it taste better. I got a bad aftermath eating it. It upset my stomach. Won't recommend chicken kabab to anyone. Totally unsatisfied with food quality and taste.

I've had an increadibly pleasant and smooth experience at the "Kebab World". The owner did welcomed me warmly providing rich of flavour Lamb/Chicken Kebabs, which was packed full of flavours. It was the most delicious kebab I've had in a long time. Together with my family we enjoyed every bite. I would highly recommend "Kebab World" to the community as your next choice, so you can experience some part of heaven satisfaction in your mouth.

The platter is a good choice for lunch.

Not too bad, although the HSP with cheese often doesn't melt the cheese properly. Still quite tasty though

the man was so nice and gave us a special deal and had so much energy. the food did not disappoint would highly recommend
