Just divine with lots of parking around the area! The Yarra River walk is always intriguing throughout the seasons! Cyclists trying to manoeuvre across the narrow bridge got to be quite skilful!! The trails go on and on! City on one end and up to the Warburton and beyond the other!! Lovely surroundings!

Nice walk after passing the Yarra river on a suspended foot-bridge. Free kangoroos, close to the path, can be found after 1/2 hour walking.

Beautiful off leash environment by the rushing Yarra river. It's not as busy as I would have thought considering what a gorgeous spot it is. Playground suitable for under 7s, toilets with hand wash, bike repair station and water fountain for dogs and humans. Delightful suspension bridge to cross over or just so you can throw leaves and sticks over the side and watch it go down stream.

Just so beautiful. Wombats bend play ground is great and fenced... The surrounding park and trail is just beautiful. I highly recommend a bike or scooter ride here as well as a great place to bring kids and just walk, explore and play. The bridge is very cool.

Such a lovely, thoughtful and nice maintained park, the kids play area is so well thought and planned for. The Main Yarra Trail is a good easy walk for people of all ages! There are ample benches for people to rest in between the way as well as the park has well maintained restrooms too!

Great place to take your dog, there's a lot of running space for them. The trail part is very nice and allows you to escape a bit of the city life. The Yarra is nice there and quiet. Only suggestion would be to have a separate trail for bikes, as you have to be careful when walking.

Beautiful, tranquil and off the main road. It has an off leash area, benches, and a paved walk path amongst the trees. 10/10 recommend!

Lots of easy walking tracks , great for bikes too . Plenty of room and playgrounds to keep the kids active and engaged . And , to top it all off , when we were crossing this brilliant bridge , we saw a couple of platypuses diving for food in the fast flowing Yarra River. A first for me , and definitely worth the trip . Will bring the bike next time.

I love Finns Reserve. I run a dog walking company and I have been talking my fur clients walking here for years. I have also found all the other local dog owners super friendly.

Toilet block. Good, wide shared pathways. Excellent, nearby, suspension-bridge spanning the Yarra River. Nearby, there is a good set of constructed riverside steps & handrails down to the river's edge.

Great local park with a fun suspension bridge over the river. Apparently a platypus lives around here - very popular. Next to Wombat Bend playground.

Popular with young kids birthday parties, best to turn up early to get a spot. With the yarra river and bike trail near by a beautiful part of Templestowe (but busy !)

Finns Reserve is a blissful piece of paradise amongst suburbia with the Yarra River running along side and gently rolling hill for playing on. There's plenty of seating dotted around to sit and take in the smells of the wattle and admire the numerous activities with dogs, children and adults.

Playground is enclosed in all sides with a fence and a child proof gate, which gives parents some time to relax and just enjoy watching their child play, without having to worry.

Gr8 spot 2 bring the family. The old very old swing bridge . Area's 4 picnics . And play areas 4 little kids. Big kids can get out on there bikes on both sides of the bridge . Early & Late 2 try & catch a glimpse of the "Platypus". On the north side the bike track connects with Westerfolds Park bike track . Enjoy the Yarra River . It does flow upside down unfortunately.

We go here to see the river. What a great bridge to view the Yarra flowing underneath. Easy parking and access right next to it. You'll no doubt say hi to joggers and people on their walks as they cross.

You could be 300kms from the City rather than 30kms. Great views of the Yarra river in a rural environment.
