The
cinema
itself
is
pretty
good.
Though
staff
are
inconsistent
and
the
audiences
are
absolutely
disgraceful.
I
will
be
avoiding
any
Hoytz
venue
in
the
future
since
they
all
seem
to
attract
people
who
just
want
to
talk
or
watch
videos
on
their
phones.
A
few
weeks
ago
we
saw
some
teenagers
get
kicked
out
because
of
their
behaviour,
but
today
after
checking
on
the
disruptive
people
(multiple
groups
of
both
teens
and
adults)
once,
staff
did
nothing.
As
I
said,
they're
inconsistent.
We
also
went
to
the
counter
with
our
pre-purchased
tickets
and
were
told
to
just
get
it
scanned
as
we
go
through.
As
we
did
that,
we
were
told
we
had
to
go
to
the
counter
to
purchase
3D
glasses.
We
had
already
bought
them
(the
tickets
said
so),
but
this
guy
wasn't
going
to
give
us
any
until
another
staff
member
stepped
in,
overhearing
us
saying
what
we'd
been
told
by
the
girl
at
the
counter.
It'd
be
great
if
they
were
all
on
the
same
page.
Or
better
yet,
if
they
didn't
make
people
pay
for
3D
glasses
on
top
of
the
ticket.
Sure,
the
seats
are
comfy,
the
screen
is
great,
and
the
audio
is
mixed
well,
but
the
price
is
just
not
worth
missing
the
movie
due
to
constantly
having
to
shush
people
and
leave
to
find
a
staff
member
to
deal
with
(or
not
deal
with)
the
horrible
people
who
frequent
the
place
