DO NOT GO. Absolutely terrible service! I just purchased a new bag which was in a perfect condition and went there to make new holes on the leather strap. When I went to pick up my bag and took it back there was a new obvious cut on the strap that was not there before. Therefore I went straight back to them, and they were like "Maybe you just bought it like that. We do not take responsibility for that. We can repair for $28 but you have to wait for one week. " I asked them for the receipt and they were like "The receipt is in the bin. I can not reprint one for you. I can hand write one for you if you insist." BTW. the holes they created weren't even measured correctly as you can see the strap with the holes doesn't align with the original bag strap and now it sticks out when I wear it.

Wow... Terrible service. Came here to get a battery and was told to open the device and take out the battery to show him. When I asked if I could his tool (which was lying in the counter between us) to open the device, I was told by him "no, I pay a lot of rent to have a business here and you can't use my stuff".

I had a watch battery replaced, and it lasted less than 6 months. I then paid $120 to have a watch serviced, only to find that it is still losing time. The man behind the counter is rude and aggressive. When I came in with a receipt to enquire politely about the status of my repair, he said angrily : " how many watches do you think I work on ? " . He needs anger management classes. Will never go there again.

Gave to replace crown of my dz7399 watch which I am wearing since 4 years ..they damaged my watch inner dail ring . I asked them to fix but they says it's wear n tear and cost 40 bucks to remove....which they damaged really unprofessional and doggy place..never go...they will rip off your product rather than repair......

Anton clearly knows what he is doing in this store. He helped me with my car keys and I would recommend his service and store to anyone. To the negative reviews get a life. Cheers Anton for the great customer service experience. 👍😀

Expensive and rude owner I asked cut a key then he said costs me $10 The other shop they do usually less $5 so asked him make 2 for $10 but said NO then kick me off what a rip-off Just go other shop

The Owner was very mad at me and a few children. This place is NOT KID FRIENDLY. Owner was getting very angry for a few kids sittings on the chair which was placed outside of the shop. Why would you complain if someone sat down when it is not inside your shop. It’s your own fault for putting it outside. When I was looking at the things he sold he was yelling at me as if I was trying to steal something. Not only was there a large amount of space from me and the items he was selling but I was in his vision so he could clearly see me. If you’re so paranoid someone’s going to steal then put up camera’s.

Expensive hence the one star. $36 dollars to replace a watch battery....... Update: 1/10/2023: A week later and guess what, the battery has died. I would recommend STAY AWAY from this franchise. I always go to Mr Minit in Canberra and have never had a problem.

Friendly staff, quick and professional service. I visited here to punch a hole for my leather watch strap. The hole aligned perfectly and the staff didn't even charge me. Appreciate it 🙏

Absolutely pathetic and rude person to deal with. Went to get car and parking key batteries replaced. Charged $52 and when I got home the parking key wasn’t working. Went all the way back to him and he changed the cell again. He wasn’t sure about the car key as well so I asked him have you changed it he said yes. Throughout the dealing he was rude and did actions to let people know where to stand. Went home and the car key wasn’t working. Called him to tell him I’m on my way and going to be back asap otherwise I won’t be able to access my car. He said he doesn’t care he’s going home. I went inside and he later sent a text saying come in 5 mins. Got there as soon as I could and he wasn’t there. Wasted 2 hrs to get batteries replaced which is a 5 minute job and one of them didn’t even work. Didn’t get a refund either. Worst person. Plenty of master minits around which provide good service so avoid this as much as possible.

Words can not amount to how satisfied and amazed with the service I was provided with today. The level of skill, speed, & professionalism I just witnessed still has me in awe. I called and visited other engravers including other Mister Minits. I was either quoted triple of what I was charged here. Or I was told that it was a two to three day job when he got it done it litterly took less than two minutes. At some visits to other Mister Minits I was even out right denied service because they said the jobs was to hard/difficult. I highly and strongly recommend this Mister Minit. The owner is a true master of his craft and has rightfully earned a customer for life.

Batteries DON'T last, they're overpriced, $30 a pop! The guy is extremely unprofessional, no accountability and then wants to charge you another $30 each and said the watch needs to be tested for more $. I went to another watch place, got batteries much cheaper and the other shop didn't try to blame the watches!

I went earlier to get a bracelet adjusted on a new watch I just purchased. Really positive experience overall. Very affordable price too. I will definitely be recommending this location to all. 5 stars.

I had 2 batteries for car remotes changed. It was quick and inexpensive. There was no wait time.

"Babe, you're always so happy whenever you leave there" my girlfriend said. I don't know the guy's name, but Mr Singlet Man (who we call The Blacksmith) is friendly, to-the-point, knowledgeable, speedy with his work, and VERY resourceful. The QV store is an absolute nightmare, and his store in the Kmart centre is a breath of fresh air.

Anton has been resoling and reheeling my (expensive) shoes for many years. He always does a great job quickly and at a fair price. I went back recently for the first time since the lockdowns and was so pleased to see that Anton was still there. I didn't fancy trying to find someone else I could trust with my shoes. I hope he stays put for many years to come!

Long story to short . Worst shop ever, paid $30 for nothing also they made mistakes on my watch.they did not repair my watch return the watch back to me is the issues they made for and ask me to paid extra $40 end up paid $70 for nothing. Dodgy shop. useless. update: one weeks ago i went to my local watch shop to repair my watch again which is the mister minit target centre was not did a good job. (and force me to paid extra otherwise i can not got my watch back.) The manager told me the watch of components was not right in what i had before. the mister minit target centre use the poor quality components replace and took away the one i had. shame .thats why my watch was not waterproof and have to ask to clean the glass and glue what they done.

Any way the shop that makes the best keys ever. not over 8 bux .locations everything and he's in China town in our lovely ever changing cbd!!. Helpful,old school and cool,he's giving us that old smell of leather polished boots, as once upon an orb, these things would be done in little arcade shops. Ok enough hints get in there. I don't think he polishes leather but ask!. No smokes sold. I got two keys for eight bux, on sale ,look below...there's all patterns.

Very poor after sales customer service , did not wanted to honour his guarantee of battery replacement. Was not professional. Will not recommend using him if u need ur watch battery changed .

I came to this place today during lunch time based on another stores recommendation. I asked the guy working there, a Caucasian male in fifties in a blue singlet, if he could change a battery for me. He said no and what would give me that idea. He was unnecessarily rude and aggressive straight away. I said I don’t need to be patronised if he can’t do it that’s fine and started to walk away. He then proceeded to scream at me ‘You’re stupid! Get back here and I’ll tell you why!’ The battery can be replaced. I just couldn’t be bothered finding one online and waiting for it to be delivered.

Best workmanship by Anton. He is well experienced, friendly and fairly priced! He has been fixing my shoes, repairing soles for me for years and I always entrust him with all my shoes including adding rubber soles to my Hermes Oran sandals, Dior heels, and shoes with leather soles to protect the condition of my shoes! Highly recommended!!!

Anton provided exceptional service while helping me engrave brass plaques for three separate gifts. He dedicated over an hour, doing numerous trials and samples to ensure perfection. Despite the rush-hour lunch period in the city, he still managed to get it done in a reasonable time while. The price was reasonable, considering the time and effort invested. Visited the store for a simple key cut, was informed this key is very difficult to copy but he can modify it a little to ensure that it does work. Highly recommend going there if you enjoy friendly service and staff with years of expertise!

I went to get watch resized and the guy kept the spare parts as well as lost the pin collar so the pins were loose. Had to go to another store and pay more money and get it fixed.

I visited this morning to have a tool box engraved, and the work I received was fantastic! The man that served me was upfront and honest about what was doable with my product, and ensured it looked great, for a great price. Would highly recommend.
