There is no hotel or accommodation here. Google has it wrong. Sanctuary Lake Resort Services is the administration office for the Sanctuary Lakes Estate. It is not a hotel or resort. There are the Quest serviced apartments about 100m up the road a the Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club House, including a restaurant open the public, in the next building. In the same building as the admin office is the Waterstone cafe, again open to the public. Also in the same building as the admin office is the Sanctuary Lakes Recreation Club but this is only for the use of Sanctuary lakes residents. The 5 stars are for the excellent support the admin staff provide Sanctuary Lakes residents and owners.

While the place is not big, it's well maintained. A few kids jumping to the 1.2m pool and one of the staff quickly remind them of the rules. There are a good number of different fitness equipment. Locker storage are in good condition, size is just right.

The demand installing their app, but I can't download it as it's not available for my phone.

Gym staff and back too their usual appalling level of Customer service and general attitude. Remember who pays your wages.......

Wide open spaces, clean tree lined streets, friendly staff. The gym is clean but small, however big enough for the clientele. Classes suit working people (early starts) and has a choice from yoga to boxing and everything in between. Staff are friendly and spritely at 6am which is rare. Parks are well maintained, with a aray of bird life encouraged, but signs present to not feed them. Cafe is a bit average, but nice food.

Great location in Western Melboune; stunning facilities and golf course; plus great shopping centres, schooling options and entertainment venues.

Friendly staff and trainers at the gym centre and the swimming pool. Facilities are clean and easy to use. Access by membership only which is good.

Nice golf course. Monitors to make sure players run to time. Greens can be inconsistent.

Great view. Small but very comfortable recreation place.

Place not bad needs dusting. Carpets/upholstery needs cleaning every 3 months depends on occupancy if not 6 months. Carpet smells. Place needs airing before you could stay inside. Bath/shower products good quality. Bedrooms have no flyscreens. Rest of place was clean (not bad). In house Facilities good, cleaning servicesgood. Recreation facility standards low-med. Magnificient Surroundings. Quite.

Cannot get a hold of anyone for my membership - I had to email the receptionist Riley like 8 times? takes up to two weeks to respond. VERY SLOW to get back. Despite multiple follow ups and calls. Tbh very disappointed by the whole process. 👎👎👎

My husband and I spent the weekend here and the view was really beautiful. Nice golf course but the grass needs to be tidied. Their food is really delicious. Not a cheap place to eat, but not overly expensive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Meant to have access as a quest guest. Staff were rude and unhelpful. No signage for visitors

The lake is in a very bad condition. It is in a big mess all year long. Also the resort service is very bad. It is a place for asian people only. I am living here for 2 years now and the resort goes from bad to worse.

Ate some picnic food at a tiny sandy beach by the lake. Native birds were swimming around and a black swan had a good stretch.

Gym staff can be uptight with us owners. Given we pay them body corporate fees. Forcing us to go back home to bring the access pass , they could have looked up our name on their computers.

Good facilities but certain staff are rude and uptight.

Went there for the gym and swimming pool. Well maintained facilities but can get quite crowded sometimes. So far been good if I aim to visit during off peak period like early or late in the day on weekdays or non public holidays

They force to download their app in order to obtain access to their sport center and later on deny issuing a digital card as the explanation that "only EITHER owner or tenant can obtain a digital cards" even though they are paid for our membership.
