The food and service is always amazing at Fresh Chilli. If you dont like crowds or a VERY noisy dinner atmosphere (its so loud when crowded) you come as soon as its open, no booking required. I rocked up at 4:30 pm on the dot and they asked us to be out by 6 pm. That is when the booked diners are due to come in. No worries. You have to scan a QR code and register your details, for Covid Tracing requirements. Being the only people here in the restaurant at 4:30 pm, the food was served very quickly and its as tasty, fresh and hot as always. Ive been coming here for years, so good 😍 We couldnt finish the food, so we got 2 x takeaway containers at .50c each. If you pay cash for your meal, you get a 2% discount. When you get your bill, you also get 1 Kopiko coffee candy per person *This is for Dine In only* The meal consisted of; Mixed Entree, Beef Pad Thai, Chicken Pad See Ewe and Pork Fried Rice. Drinks; Coke, Coconut Juice (with coconut meat) and water. Total bill of $71.10c

Our first visit to Fresh Chilli Thai and it did not disappoint. We went at 6pm on a Thursday night without a booking and it was busy but we did get a table. We ordered some roti bread with peanut sauce (6 pieces) delicious. My Pad Thai with chicken was very good and very large, as were the other main dishes we ordered. I reckon two people could easily share one main.

We are regulars here and it is one of our favourite places to eat. But today was different. The satay was under cooked. They did give us a new batch though, so not complaining. The service has gone down a bit, they seemed to just want us out, clearing plates with quite an urgency. The place was not crowded either. Hope things pick up soon, including the service. Reduced a star from the last review. Will go back again sometime and see if things are better, hopefully it is.

I recently tried the Pad Thai and Pad bai kra proa dishes at Fresh Chilli Thai Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. Both dishes were made with fresh vegetables and tofu and were bursting with flavor. The Pad Thai had the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors, and the noodles were cooked just right. A complete thai reastaurent serving the local for a while. It has been a handsome years they are operating their business along with maintaining the quality.Food quality is good and the price is very reasonable also. Better to be take reservations on special holidays to avpid queue. Staffs are friendly and work hard to get the job done.

💋 lipstick on my champagne glass, Hmm. Food was pretty average, watery sauces, greasy rice, lots of fried entrees on the menu .i see why this place is busy, $30/35 for set menu.!! All the dishes looked the same in Main meals, same vegtable's. Etc etc. No unquie dishes. Staff need to smile more, doing a great job and loved them in uniform. The noisy place, can't hear myself talk. Not a relaxing experience at all. Won't be visiting again. 😬

Absolutely fantastic! A friend and I went for the first time and it was Devine. The service was fantastic and the food just great! Amazing taste. We enjoyed an entree and main course. Really good and we’re going to be back soon. C

Just ordered pad Thai and Tom yum soup. Soup was flavoured and tasty. I added prawns in the soup for an extra $3 and all I received were two small prawns…. Pad Thai was disappointing. Was full of peanut flavour and bland. Will not purchase again.

Tasty food and good customer service

What amazing service! They even gave my toddler a interactive singing book to cheer her up, her own bowl and utensils and were so friendly towards my family. Amazing food we ordered was the banquet and everything was sooo flavourful and fresh. Truly perfect experience, I recommend to all!

Disappointed. Booked but on arrival was l told we only had an hour. Food also disappointing. I had stir fried chicken and vegetables which had been pre cooked. The vegetables were cold as they had not be heated through. Chicken was dry. Will not be going back. Entre was OK.

This is the Best Thai in the west. We always get it from there on our way home from visiting family nearby! The consistency of the food is amazing!!!

The food was yummy. Service was slow. 4 at dinner and we had to ask for one of the meals and then for one of the drink. Asked for the menu to order dessert, but he didn't come back for the dessert order

The spring roll was really good. The food was quite good. The main setback was that they closed at 9 pm. Could be the suburb. Plan ahead as it gets quite busy. Note: The meat is halal, but they have pork in their menu as well.

Very impressed with the food and service. Every dish we ate was fantastic. Every person who was working there gave a warm smile. Highly recommend.

We had a great meal, I had the fried snapper, hubby had the red duck curry, daughter had the pad thai and omgosh those roti's with the peanut dipping sauce was yummy. Service was 10/10 big smiles and friendly, welcoming staff. Meals were fast to come out of the kitchen nice and hot. Highly recommend. Rest room were very clean.

We had dinner in this place. I have been here for dinner twice so far. On weekend night the place is very busy and you have to book it earlier to get the table. Weekday night is not too busy, not all tables are occupied and less waiters/waitresses. Make sure you order it asap after you get your table as the waiting time is quite long. We ordered Pla muak tod - fried calamari and Seafood platter for entree. It’s not too pleasant to eat since a bit too oily. The portion is ok for entree. Then we ordered Tom yum soup with chicken, it’s too sweet for our tastes, would love if it could be a bit more sour and spicy. The Stir fried garlic and pepper pork is superb, balance flavour, the glaze of the meat looks appetising, tasted very good compare the other food. Massaman curry beef, flavour wise was nice too, it has pineapple, potatoes, peanuts, tender beef meat. The portion is a bit small and the meat is small chunk. Gai yang - grilled chicken, not too dry, still juicy, taste good, big portion. Kao pad - fried rice with beef, a bit oily, big slice of beef, taste good. Overall the food is good, the service is good but a bit long waiting time for food serving after ordered.

For me my whole experience there was fantastic. From walking through the door to my departure. The food was absolutely AMAZEBALLS. I have dietary requirements and the young lady" Pinky"took care of me and my issues. She knew her menu very well and knew exactly what would suite. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in a heartbeat. I am from Brissie and will definitely visit this restaurant the next time i am in town. Ask for Pinky. She is a fantastic host.

Amazing dining experience. Did reservations in advance and service was very quick. Happy with the quality of food and customer service. Definitely a good place to go for a nice dinner with entire family. Meat is not Halal though but a lot of vegetarian food on menu.

Food was very good and affordable. Had the set but a bit too much for our Asian stomachs. The only thing was the ambience. It was a little crowded and the waiting time was rather long....

The service is extremely fast, customer service very friendly and efficient, spotlessly clean. My partner had the green curry, l had the rice dish called Kao Pad which was a Thai fried rice dish with chicken. Both meals were delicious. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

If you haven't eaten there yet, why the heck not?? Ur missing out. Ordered number 54 on the menu with the beef... NO REGRETS!!!! except that I regret not having a big enough tummy to finish the massive portion.

Been a few years since I tried this joint. Should change the name to Sweet Thai. Servers are very attentive and helpful. The food is too sweet, unlike proper Thai food. Wouldnt return.

Very friendly,helpfull and polite staff,food was exellent,it was the first time my elderly mother had ever had Thai food. She was a bit worried she may not like it but by the end of our meal she couldn't stop raving on about how much she liked her meal,there where six of us allgether that went out there for a meal and we all ordered something different so we she could try a veriaty of different dish's,and is looking forward to eating there again.

The best Thai food in the western suburbs. Service is always amazing, they can get really busy and take a while for takeaway orders on special occasions however we always get banquets when we dine in and they come out super fast with fabulous service! And must try

Our first visit, we went without a booking however the staff was so nice to get us a place. Foos is really nice and fresh. If you are looking for authentic thai food this is the place to be. Highly recommend.

Customer service is good. Atmosphere and decorations are nice. Prices are ok but some plates needs to have more in them like the massaman curry . Also I got 2 kinds of stir fry beef and vegetables, the beef was not tender at all and was a waste. I am sure this can be fixed so we can enjoy this delicious food.

Food was amazing, and the dessert was so yummy recommended everyone should eat here at least once or twice.

Every single one of their meals is doused in sugar. Everything is way too sweet there was not 1 single thing that they didn't put loads and loads of sugar in. Portion sizes were too small but maybe for the best considering all thr sugar they put. My order was also wrong. I ordered chicken curry puffs and got the vegetarian ones. So paid more only to get the wrong stuff. Had to throw away all the food away and make myself a peanut sandwich cause it was that inedible. All in all very disappointing.

This is an amazing place to visit. The food was scrumptious and the quality was good too. The indoor ambience sets a mood to spend time in talking with loved ones and enjoy the food that are available. Great service too! Kudos to the management and staffs. This has become one of the top in my Go to Place in the western suburbs of Melbourne.

You know it’s a good Thai restaurant when the coconut rice is to die for! Fresh Chilli has been my go-to for years. I recommend dining in to experience just how great their fresh food is. Yum. Drooling at the thought xD
