Sri Lanka cuisine. The flavor suits me and the crispy chili (side) should not be missed. Up until now, they still doing take away only and don't miss out on their special and breads!

The place lives up to it’s name as it’s truly a fusion and a twist to Sri Lankan flavours. We enjoyed the food very much and decided to take home several meals for the next day. The portions are very generous. I tried the home brewed Ale and it does have all the taste which it says it should. But I personally prefer the lion strong 💪 to go with this type of food. We tried about 7 dishes including the take away and we enjoy them all. Critic would say there’s a bit too much Kan Kun since I felt it was there in most of our dishes but it’s no big deal for a Kan Kun lover. I enjoyed the tunes of piano guys playing in the background and the rustic atmosphere. Thumbs up to the chef and the team for a job well executed! Keep it up and we will be back.

The food is just so delicious… The serving is very generous and good value too! Highly recommend this place, whether you’re after authentic Sri Lankan food or some yummy pastry (I recommend the bacon and egg pastry and the chicken biryani). Thank you Chef 👍

Brought foods from here twice by looking after the pictures they usually share. As a sri lankan, I am hurt and really disappointed for these food and for these people who's running the place. Please don't buy this food ever. It's really oily and not healthy at all. I'm really disappointed 😞

Update October 2023: The food is fast gaining legendary status for me... The flavours are so different from anything else I've ever had and trust me I've had a lot! Never ever did I remotely imagine a simple takeaway served in an aluminium container would ever blow my mind like this. T H E F O O D I S I N S A N E L Y D E L I C I O U S!!!! Update June 2023: Takeaway is still amazing! Check them out... Org Review: Very, very, very delicious food! My first time having SriLankan food out, highly recommended, we will definitely go back and try all the other menu items. The people behind the counter were very friendly and although the place is primarily take away we decided to dine in and had our food (in takeaway container) there, checkout pics. Just a small heads-up... with my chicken dish (which tasted amazing) there were a few pieces of broken bone mixed in with the dish which could be dangerous if you are not careful and you swallow it.

I have never eaten Sri Lankan food, so when my daughter suggested we try Fusion Ceylon, I was ok with it, but not quite sure what it would be like. Let's start with the staff. They are very friendly, attentive and willing to help in any way they can. We were greeted with a friendly smile, and nothing seemed too difficult for them. The food arrived in a timely fashion, and when I saw the four dishes my wife had ordered I thought it was way too much food. But it tasted so GOOD!!! We smashed it. It was difficult to pick a favorite out of what we had, I think I would eat each of them again. Such incredible dishes, with all of them tasting too good to leave anything behind. Do yourselves a favor and try this place. The only negative for some (not us) is that everything is served on/in take away type containers - but if that is a negative for you, the food, the staff, the incredibly reasonable prices will more than make up for it!

Delicious food. Love the spices and the generous portions. Our family favourite food is the devilish pork, Ceylon fried rice, tiramisu, Special seafood fried rice, banana split. Love to dine in in weekend and takeaway in weekdays. Worth for the money.

Tried Chilli Chicken Fried rice and Chicken Kothu Roti, both the items tasted good. Only negative was that that Chicken pieces were bit hard and dry.

A tiny little bundle of joy hiding between big restaurants in the famous Watton Street in Werribee. Super friendly staff, mouth watering and amazing food, prompt service and quite reasonably priced. Must go if you love Sri Lankan food!

Wonderful food with authentic taste. Place was little cramped up but the taste, the price and quantity makes up for it. Customer service was good and food came relatively quick for a busy weekend. Will go back for more delicious meals. They had tea for sale near the counter and we ended up buying masala tea which was awesome.

I had a highly positive experience at this restaurant. It has a variety of food you can enjoy. They had a lot of good beverage options as well. Short eats, Egg Rottie and Parata with dhal curry was very delicious. Also, the spicy chicken was my favourite. Fusion Ceylon prepares food for mass events too. I am from Geelong. A bunch of my friends organized a religious event in Geelong and I came all the way down to Werribee to collect the pre-order we made from Fusion Ceylon. I received all the necessary instruction about transporting food, how to store and how to serve them. They were sealed properly in order to make it easy for the transport. The quality of the food is superb. The staff is efficient, super friendly and kind. I really enjoyed Sri Lankan cuisine here and I would try it again. Keep up the good work!

The food was very flavourful and reasonably priced. The place is very catered to takeaways so eat-in seating is limited.

We went here for lunch. They have Halal freindly options! Food was excellent! There were 10 of us, everyone had something different and it was all really good. Most of us also tried the chicken roll for a snack and it was awesome! The portions were really big as well, a lot of us took extras home. The only issue is the seating and service. The seating is limited and it was mostly outside. The service was a little slow, maybe because they make everything fresh, took some time for the food to arrive.

The kottu rotti is to die for. Soo yum.. food is fabulous and have never disappointed. In the midst of so many orders, the staff were so gracious and flexible to take my order and have it ready the next day.

I had 'fried rice with devil chicken' and it was just fantastic & classic though chicken was little sweet and i was expecting it to be very hot (devil). This was my first time in this restaurant and it blew my mind. Will try different. Really nice food and nice service and inexpensive.

These guys know how to cook. Every ingredient in their dishes is cooked with care and detail. It's hard to explain, all Iknow is whatever dish I choose I want to put more of it in my mouth. This place is a gem to have in Werribee. Can't wait for summer to eat it on the street with some beer and some mates.

I was looking for a new place to try for lunch and chose this place solely on the google reviews. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the reviews on this place. The chicken biryani rice was dry, barely even warm and the fried chicken on the side was overcooked and dry. The chicken fried rice was okay but also dry and lukewarm. My daughter had a bakery item which looked delicious but was stodgy and not great. My husband had a chicken pie and this also looked delicious in the window, it was average, and again it was lukewarm. Had it been hot I’m sure that would have improved the flavour but also decreased the chance of food poisoning. On the upside, you get a decent amount of food for your money, it’s a pity that it just wasn’t great. The inside of the restaurant looked lovely and cosy, presentation was great and the staff were lovely. The outside seating was lovely on a sunny day.

We order from here quite frequently and generally a good experience. I especially love their paan rolls and biryani wrapped in roti special! Wish they’d add that as a permanent addition to their menu! :)

Huge serves of delicious food !! Had a goat kotthu and it defeated me. The 625ml (8.8%) Lion beer was a treat too. I'm definitely going back to try the rest of their menu 😋

Had a gastronomic Sri Lankan dinner and a lunch at the Fusion Ceylon when we suddenly came to Preston. Came with high expectations as our Sri Lankan mates recommended us here and our verdict - 5/5 ⭐️ on food, service, and value for money. The well qualified and friendly staff including the owner was very hospitable and the wide range of foods and the drinks were superb specially the evening rotti pack ,Chicken biriyani, Nasi goreng, kottu and the Falooda along with ginger tea and cardamon tea was awesome. 🔥🔥 Definitely keep coming to this awesome place and looking foward to see "Fusion Ceylon" get expanded in the up coming future. Reccomend this resturant to everyone whos looking for an amazing food experience.👌

Excellent Sri Lankan Cuisine meticulously prepared and cooked. So impressed to take away their food repeatedly and every order fascinated my family. Also, their pack size of food is so generous.

Perfect chicken biryani with fried egg. Very authentic Sri Lankan flavors. The best is the rice wrapped with banana leaf. It is freshly made on order. Full of herbs flavors. The chilli sauce with fried roti is very good. The rose drink is just nice. The coconut pudding is the best of the best. Tables are very limited. Staff are friendly. Price is very standard. The only problem is the restaurant inside is very smokey. Plenty of parking nearby. Next to public transport.

This is one of my greatest ever discoveries so far. I'm so happy I found this place. Affordable but A-level deliciousness. I'm going to keep coming back here. Will add more debut will just enjoy the food here.

Loved the food, was tasty. Well packed and thanks for the wooden Cutlery instead of usual plastic ones. Overall a great place. Few note are this is not a dine in place, there are few outdoor benches and tables but not for a windy day. Hardly any place inside to sit. Also served in takeaway containers so not a a dine in. The quantity for rice vs curry is disproportionate. Ordered fried rice with devilled beef and beef was only a few spoons but there was heaps of rice. Either increase the price to give more portion size as for that reason meal wasn't enjoyable. Keep up the good menu and pleasant chef
