Great place to shop on a budget, espesially if your diet is Plant / Vegan based, so cheap! Staff have always been super friendly and helpfull too.

Great prices on a large range of items, worth a visit to save some dollars, stock changes fairly regularly so it's a bit hit and miss on the same item being available on your next visit, still good value though. Snacks, chocolate, biscuits, and lots of other rotating stock, always worth a look see

Lots of "fun" food, great array of cheeses and some awesome bargains of impossible to find foods - the secret is too pop in every week of two for a walk through and check what else has arrived you haven't seen before. This only takes a few mins and can reap some amazing finds. Remember you may see something only once so if you like it, head back now! Friendly and helpful staff, the only negative is some of the ticketing is missing or not up to date with the current specials, I actually leave things behind if I'm not sure anymore - overall a minor annoyance. Definitely worth a visit - regularly.

Great place, even though I found nothing to buy on this visit. Well laid out, tidy and clean.

A great place to get discounts on snacks and other random groceries. It's a bit of 'the luck of the draw' here, but always worth a stop in to see what they've got!

If you've never been to NQR before you are missing out. Always find some good stuff there and if you hunt hard enough could feed yourself healthily and at a very competitive price. If you can, the trick is to go often as possible as they always have new stock coming in daily. Brand names dirt cheap, good range and helpful staff. Go now!

Good range of items. I love when they have organic, gluten free foods and organic or chemical free house and body products. Items can be cheap, essential to check dates as some items can be short or outdated. I'm a regards purchaser at these stores. I now have a at, a d sometimes they have good value cat products.

The young man that served me late on Saturday (23-9-23 @ Frankston Beach St) afternoon was so lovely, very polite and welcoming. I was rushing because I thought I was stopping him from closing up but he assured me it was fine, they were open for another 1/2 hr. I don't recall his name but he put me at ease, making what was a rushed and stressful day into a great experience. Thank you and hope your manager gets to see this and pass it onto you.

AVOID or double check the prices that have scanned up. Mangers awful refuse to honour the price of an item that scanned up at the wrong price because the item was out of date so you don't get the clearance price when things are out of date.

Great variety of different bits and pieces. But if you see something you like buy it all because you may not be able to get whatever it is again next time

A lot of the same products are available all the time with not a lot of variety and definitely not a lot of new products coming through.

Always worth a pop in as new things are coming and going , some real bargains lovely staff . They sometimes have a little trouble getting all the moving stock back on the shelves as the product turnover is rapid .

I was always in NQR, but it's not the same now, homewares and other non food oddities belong in the reject shop haha. Still some good deals to be found, just less often.

Days ago we saw the mature lady with long black hair treating a client so badly that we won't be back. The young guys are always very nice and helpful but that lady was too nasty and we felt very uncomfortable.

The worst NQR. This store needs a new manager, it is always a mess, there are always heaps of shelf labels missing and today there wasn't even any service at the checkout due to the cashier being underage and the person before me wanting to purchase alcohol. The cashier called for an 18+ staff member multiple times without reply while the rest of the customers stood there waiting. Meanwhile the other staff had disappeared after walking around aimlessly without wearing masks (as per usual). The manager was in the store, sitting on her arse out the back.

I enjoy nosing around the shop to find the latest bargains that suit me. Friendly staff.
