First off couldn’t put zero stars, but anyway worst school out. They care about the uniform more than the education. I was like 10 seconds late and they gave me a detention. Also the teachers have 0 understanding, they don’t care about the students.

I am coming to you as a parent. please do not send your child here, they don’t teach anything here and will make your child sit a room all day if they are wearing the wrong hair tie. they have no respect for anyone’s opinion and will do anything to prove they are right even if there not. my child has told me numerous times that the teachers look at kids and honestly i didn’t believe it at first until they showed me a video of a teacher looking and touching a year 11 girl.

What to say , both daughters have been students at Kolbe since year seven , although it hasn't always been smooth sailing . As for staff and facilities that have been adequate , fees are reasonable for a private Catholic school

I have enrolled my daughter at this school and the things she has saw are unbelievably disgusting. My daughter has experienced year 8's vaping in the girls bathroom and doing innopropiate stuff on their phones in the stalls! There has also been a kangeroo on loose that has accidentally broken in the school, and since the poor thing couldn't escape, they killed it! Its so horrible to see a school representing a saint while they murder a poor animal just for getting into a school. The new rule for putting a blazer on is so unnecessary too, my daughter got a detention for not wearing a blazer on very hot day. Trust me, the world wont end if the poor students wear a blazer. its not like they will do such miracles outside of schools and people will come to Kolbe to tell them 'how great they are'. My daughter was overheating, she felt so dizzy and oh lord did they force her to wear a jacket. About the teachers, they dont even use there manners. It is illegal to not send a student to the bathroom wether or not they went during breaks. My daughter started shaking of anxiety that she wont be able to hold it anymore, and since this day, the only thing teachers care about is money and uniform and yet dont care much about your education. The school should also make a RTC for teachers, it isnt fair to send students who 'dont act their age' to a overheated room and expect them to behave after that. 5000$ a year isnt worth it, do not enrol your student here. Any other school is better. Paying such a big amount of money for USING a laptop is very wasteful. I could have bought a fresh new Mac book to keep out of an Apple store instead of wasting almost 1000$ just to use a laptop for A YEAR. You even have to pay a lot more money to keep the laptop. Students aren't even allowed to get into innocent websites. My daughter was researching and half the websites said "blocked website" since Kolbe blocked all of the websites including the innocent websites! Unbelievably disgusting, ill never change my mind. If there was a 0 star, i would give it a 0. Besides all this, the only good thing i can say is that some teachers are nice, but there aren't enough nice teachers.

Amazing school! My son goes here we are so happy with it. They have amazing teachers and tailored curriculum for kids on different levels to meet their needs, great facilities but what is amazing is they do teach them discipline to be ready for future. We received great care for our son and could not be happier. I highly recommend the school.

As a former graduate of this school, there are many flaws. If you are thinking about sending your kid here please consider the following: Way too expensive for mediocre education provided by teachers who needs to be Re-assessed by VIT. The schools main focus is actually uniform and appearance rather than student educational progress and support. Lastly, maybe 2 in 10 teachers actually care about student wellbeing and student education.

This is a great school. I don't know what most of the people are talking about but this school gives children a great education, great learning tools and great experiences. The food here is amazing and the dance program don't even get me started.

The behaviour of the receptionist ladies at the student office is DISGUSTING. I was picking up my daughter from school early due to an emergency and I was yelled out, treated with disrespect and they weren't allowing me to pick up my daughter regards of an emergency. I didn't give my daughter a note because I had no idea I was going to be picking her up early but that doesn't mean they can be rude. This is not the first time that has happened and has been happening to other parents. I also felt ashamed as english isn't my first language and felt horrible the way they were talking to me.

Kolbe catholic collage is a terrible place, the teachers suck Once my journey teacher gave an all day RTC, 3 after school detentions and 2 lunch times to a kid just because he was talking over the teacher by mistake. Pretty good school but some teachers are mean: For example. The Teacher said it was fine to bring our science project on Tuesday and u will get half a mark but instead he gave like half the class afterschools.

Why do you force children to shave their moustache and then take 5k a year just to be shouted swear words by the teacher? Is this school teaching boys to be in the feminist side? Not really an example of a catholic school and st kolbe.

I recently toured this school and was thoroughly impressed. The staff's dedication and warmth, the students and the facilities all stood out. It's evident that this is a school focussed on excellence and creating a supportive community. Highly recommend having a look!
