    Very bad service, the guy manager was very rude and arrogant did not want to sell us a light so we walked out to go else where. I was a very good customer a year ago until new company has taken over this facility. They offer no discounts for regular customers and out of stock on most lights.

    Worst experience ever. Rang 8 times, phone never answered or answered and hung up. No customer service at all. If I could give no stars this store would get it. Don't care if you are busy, answer the phone at least. Lost out on over $800 worth of sales. Take a good hard look at your staffing levels. Pathetic.

    Great range. Had everything we wanted in stock except for a couple of items which they ordered in. Helpful knowledgeable staff who answered our questions and even showed how some of the fittings and cables are assembled.

    Had to wait months for an order the was supposed to take two weeks. Called every week to check in and kept being told wait a week. Called one Day and was lucky enough to have Hayley-i think her name was- (she is/was new employee), help me out and she went above and beyond. Managed to get it in store in the time frame she promised and just in time for my electrician to not charge me an extra day call out.

    Customer experience was not good. We bought light fittings including fans from Watergardens, Vic store.Faced some issues with the fans as they did not work after installation. We contacted the store and were finally able to get them working through warranty service after waiting for 10 days. The experience with support staff at Beacon store was bad, specially with Mohammed as this person kept on arguing on point that were never discussed while choosing the fans instead of helping resolve the problem. Other folks at store were better.

    Great service in store. I had no idea where to start with ceiling fans and the store clerk (possibly Hayley?) was very patient and helpful. Installation was organised on site and the fans were installed within 2 business days. Price was great too, very reasonable.

    Purchased 5 lights spent approx $800. On the day of installed we noticed one box was re tapped just on top, when we opened it we found that it had missing screws and parts and in addition we had instructions for led strip lighting with a used glue stick which had nothing to do with it. Rang store told that must to been a return (used). I had to drive back to store and re arranged electrician to come back. Live chat also told me someone will ring me back maybe arrange delivery. Nobody rang me. Shocking service. CHECK anything you buy there before you leave store. Their returns items become your issue not theirs, what a joke.

    Didn't like the attitude of floor staff. Wasn't willing to help us with pendant light selection. In comparison when we visited Hoppers Crossing store staff was willing to help us with any way possible

    Bought a pendant lighting from the watergarden store and sales rep sold me the wrong light bulb. Lady who exchaged the stock was rude and didn't apologise for their mistake. I made further purchases that day and the lady refused to take amex payment. I told her I paid with Amex in few weeks ago, the store owner intervened and told her to take the amex payment. while she was taking my credit card information she kept hassling me for a Visa or Mastercard. I purchased $1000 worth of lights from the store, Visa charges 0.9% and Amex chages 2.8%.. for the sake of saving $1.80 in costs, do youself a favour and shop at Beacon lighting Sunshine.. much better customer service. At least they lie and don't make up store policies on the spot. FYI, you calling the customer 'SIR' does not consitute as good customer service.

    Before you invest time making decisions based on the display stock MAKE SURE you ask which items are in stock else you could find yourself wasting time like we did. Company policy prioritises display stock over selling to customers. For example I was told I could not purchase a display stock item - still in the box - because it had to be installed! (...and that they had no more stock coming for weeks) The staff did ring around their other stores to check for stock - but same answer "Can't sell it - for display" We went to a different retailer after that.

    Visited the store last weekend and were helped by Zoe. She was very helpful, provided excellent suggestions and advice, and everything we purchased was delivered exactly when she advised us that it would be.

    I went there and found the service very good. I went to Sunshine to see if there were more choices. They were also very helpful, but had less LED lighting, which was what I wanted, so I went back to Watergardens and got what I wanted. Once again the service was fine.

😠 Niamh, the serving girl there is so rude and behave like you are culprit, in 8 years first time I feels that! Only thing she had problem with me that I am scanning flybuys on my phone. Bad really service.
