BEWARE Very dodgy car park operator. Cheated of $80 for entering on Friday 10pm and exit at 9am on Saturday. Advertised Friday evening rate is $10 and weekend rate is $10. New rate starts at 5.30am everyday Clearly stated) therefore commonsense would tell us that the weekend rate starts to apply from 5.30am onwards. But no, I was charged a whopping $80 just for an overnight parking. Intercom attendant was not helpful and cut off conversation when I asked who to complain to. Turns out the weekend rate doesn't apply because I entered on Friday night, what sort of excuse is this? Will be writing to consumer/ ombudsman service to review this company and ask for a refund, unless this can be settled privately.

Terrific experience, go if you want to call the police to get out of it . i was driving through the gate at the exit and the thing went down. cannot get another ticket at the entry because no car is detected. i got stuck inside the car park for 1 hour, no one answer my telephone, have to use the intercom, and the person is unwilling to help, finally after 20 minutes of continuous calling and arguing able to use the entry to get out.

Very poor intercom support. Couldn't exit and got stuck in this car park for 20 minutes! I paid for the ticket but the gate wouldn't open. The intercom was useless and nobody was responding! I had to call the phone support which I was placed on hold and wasted 20 minutes of my time. When my call was finally answered they can see from their system that I had already paid and they just opened the gate for me and was finally able to get out. This could have been resolved quickly if someone actually responded on the intercom! This seems to be a common issue based on the previous reviews with issues about the intercom one way or another!

Your parking allocation IS Not CLEAR. Also Extremely painful that your ticket machines do not accept cash or Tap and Go - Physical Card Only... The assistance operator voice is piercing and muffled. Trying to call a mobile number when a person is inside underground carpark is FUTILE. $25 Later for not even 45 minutes parking - Criminal. I had to be released from the parking without paying, leaving my contact number and registration. 20mins later away from concrete and reception blockers I called your Sydney parking assistance number and pay for my ticket. Bank confirms service paid. Your systems are outdated, 10 minutes later your call centre called me to pay. UPDATE YOUR SYSTEMS!!! PAIN PAIN PAIN PAIN PAIN

Worst parking experience I've ever had in Melbourne CBD. The ticket machine doesn't have paywave or accept debit cards??? The person behind the intercom was very unhelpful and rude. Didn't think parking lots could be this terrible 😟. I have no idea how this place has 3 stars.

Without doubt the worst carpark I have ever been too. Ticket tried to charge us $100 for one night stay. We then waited for 15 minutes for someone to help us over the intercom, they were no help at all with so much back and worth explaining the situation. We then had to make over the phone payment which resulted in speaking wih someone different. They whole thing took us over 40 mins to get out of this carpark. If i could give this carparking station minus stars, I would.

Early bird special NOT! Booked there in advance and was hit with a $59 early exit fee? If you leave earlier, therefore leaving a space for another vehicle for the company to make money from, don't penalise people for leaving earlier. Especially where the Latrobe St car park is located near the Magistrates Court. Will never go there again and will warn others.

I parked my car here and a woman that seemed like she was living there ran towards me and threw bottles at me and at my car, so I had to get out of there running. Later, I realized that the woman took power of level 1, 2A, and 3. I called them seven times in a span of two hours waiting there to get my car back, and when the guy showed up, he said there was nothing they could do to get the woman out, help me get my car back, or fix the damages she made to my car. Seemed more secure to park on the street than there as they don't do anything to fix the problem and don't have cameras anywhere apart from the entrance. As if that weren't enough, they charged me twice and then never replied to my emails to refund me.

Would never again use. Spent 25 minutes waiting at the exit, having already paid, with a ticket that five minutes before was able to be read by the pay machine but now could not be read -- "Bad Ticket" the error blared. 10 minutes of my wait was the woman in front of me ALSO experiencing the same problem; 3 minutes trying to get anyone to respond to the "Call attendant" button; 3 minutes spent explaining to an apparently distracted attendant what the issue was and how I had already paid; and the remaining 9 minutes waiting, even though she had everything she needed, for the attendant to fix the issue. I do not understand how Secure are a viable business when an extremely simple business process -- I pay for parking, you let me out the gate -- is so effectively mishandled costing me 25 minutes of my life. I know two others in my office with the same experience, one lasting 45 minutes. Last piece of advice: if you really must park there, TAKE YOUR RECEIPT from the pay machine!!! I would never have been allowed out without it.

This place is pure fraud. I am not local and it was close to impossible to find out my true parking rate. Arrived Sunday night and wasn't sure which fares are eligible for the night from Sunday to Monday morning. They have "weekend fares" but do not write which exact days and times they apply for. I planned to park there till Monday morning 9am and called service center yo ask for details. The lady kindly told me that after 5:30am (YES 5:30 A M! ) I would be billed full hourly rate. Therefore a night park from Sunday 9:30pm till Monday 9am would cost me 90AUD. Luckily I learned parking on the street is free Sunday night till Monday 7:30am and could escape this scam with paying just 10AUD ("Weekend parking one time exit "). Additional the park house is full of dirt and rubbish and lacks of indication signs for traffic. Also the 3 upper levels are nearly all reserved.

Absolutely terrible service. Not only did my partners credit card get stuck in the pay machine on exit, the lady over over the intercom had no interpersonal skills. Once spitting the credit card out, it landed under the car. By the time we retrieved the card, the boom gate went down and she did not answer The intercom again. Then after 10 mins on hold to the after hours number, the boom gate randomly opens? Service is service at the end of the day. Whether a carpark, restaurant or designer store people should be respectful and give service. Doesn’t deserve a star.

I have a monthly subscription with them, and there is a woman who is apparently living there. She tried to attack me and my friends. She is dangerous and I wasn't able to access my car. She threw things at my car!!! And this is still happening, now she has two floors for herself and no one is solving this issue! I can't believe it!

Never thought the need to comment on a parking experience, but some of the worst 28 minutes I’ve experienced and for such a simple task. Ticket didn’t register in either the pay machines; no tap pay, only physical cards; half the pay machine is ripped off and exposed and then messaged from former patrons warning that the machine will eat your credit card (thankfully didn’t but odd thing for someone to go out of their way to warn about it a lie). Two different cars before me were arguing with the remote attendee on the intercom. When I did try to pay and talk to her she was rude and kept repeating the same thing and hanging up. Terrible experience; try any of the other 5 partaking places within 200 meter and avoid this one.

Avoid at all costs. Advertised weekend rate of $9 turned out to be $80 since we didn't move car before 5.30am Saturday morning. Nobody was in attendance but the guy on the intercom explained all the 'fine print' was on the poster (unreadable from the car) on the 'way in'. Super dodgy.

Most dodgy car parking in CBD They turned on the sign of $10 and they didn't mentioned from what time its gonna charge $10. They charged me $50 , hold more than 18 mints over the phone , after that amount was $69. This is trap but how long owner is going to do this until he will be sued by someone. Never again. stay away from this place.

Dingy and cramped spaces. The pay machines only accept a physical bank card. NO TAP PAY AND NO CASH. We only had our phones and cash, dealing with the staff via intercom and then phone to pay for the ticket was a 25 min saga. Just install a tap payment on the ticket system! Only positive was that it is close to the city and Vic Market.

Very misleading of the early bird parking. Even when i asked multiple times about the $18 flat fee. Was told by the attendant as long as i exited b4 3pm it would only cost $18. There was a few people left gobbed smacked when our tickets were $80 Will never park here again. Would've probably been cheaper getting a parking fine.

Beware they are charging $80 by tricking you even if you are on early or flexy bird parking it's the worst place to park. I was stuck in parking yesterday and there was no assistance i dialed the helpline number and stayed on the line for over 35 minutes and there was no response nor there was any response from the intercom they at the end i had to pay $80 when i should've payed only $18.

Spent 1 hour to get out. It took me 20sec to get ready and get out, and the gate just suddenly went down and i got stuck in the car park. They have a big sign for their support phone number. The first one i was in a queue of two people, and the waiting time they said was 18mins, 18 mins? Why it didn't be longer? and it suddenly hang up and I need to call again! The second time I am in the first one in the queue and actually no one answer my phone!!! I waited for over 20mins and i am just keepb listening to that horrible music. I tried the intercome, and there were 4 people stuck at the machine because it frozen and they can not get out. ...it took me ages to get out the car park. If no one gonna answer the support phone please dont display them... Horrible experience.

I parked there for casual parking today. It turned out there were two pay stations and the big one was totally out of use. However, the owner did not put any notice on that machine. Many thanks for the guy who happened to pass by and offered me help about how to use the machine. Plus, many parking spots were reserved and took a while for me to find a good place to park.

Worst carpark with ancient machines. One day my credit card was trapped in the machine and recently they charged me twice for the same ticket. Intercom people are useless and rude. I was telling her that I already paid and I have a receipt, she forced me to pay again and then I was able to leave. So now I have two receipts. Emailed them for a refund, no use so far

I wish I had read the other reviews before parking my car here. The lift was not operational, and there was excessive rubbish such as fast food wrappers and containers obstructing the fire exits paired with the acrid stench of urine. I’m baffled by why corrective action has not been taken by site management to date.

Not bad. We stay in the oaks on William and booked two whole day parking for $60 with multiple entry. But the screen at the entrance is very difficult to press…. I think they need to fix it. The location is near flagstaff garden and station. I suggest small car only as the parking space is quite small for a large car. Mine is a medium SUV and it’s fine. Just a bit tight. And the first floor parking is reserved so make sure you go down for parking.

Annoying lack of signage to indicate that payment is only by card, swiped on entrance, and I had taken a ticket and parked before I read this information. A frustratingly long late night phone call to Sydney to pay and get out of the place ensued. There were other drivers lined up in a similar situation, angry and frustrated as they tried unsuccessfully to pay and leave. One driver was so enraged that he forcibly pushed the barrier up and drove through, followed by several other delighted people. The car park in a good location but needs improvement in communication and signage to avoid these problems.

$80 to park for 3 hours. If you want customers in the CBD then stop robbing them before they even get to a shop. I'll do all of my shopping online from now on. No wonder Jeff Bezos is so rich and retailers are complaining. AVOID THIS PARKING RIPOFF!!!!

Very disappointed in this company, on one of the busiest nights when pink was here in Melbourne, all the machines to get in and out were broken they were not printing the ticket to get out. I had to call to get a code and had to wait exactly 9 minutes and 27 seconds I am not happy. We had got there at 4:30pm and it was not working, we got back after the concert at around 11:30pm and it had the same problem but it everyone else in that car park had the same problem. I personally would not advise leaving your car here.
