How inappropriate and devastatingly terrible service. I am very happy to stand by my decision not to place my care or the care of my immediate family in their hands. This was my personal experience. Booked my Daughter into see the Dr. Arrived with my two Daughters under 5 for the 9:40am appointment. There were 7 clients in the room. Whilst it's not unheard of to wait over an half an hour for a Doctors appointment, We were waiting 57 minutes. The reception staff knew that the Dr was running extremely late but did not provide the proper service to let us know. The long wait was coupled with extremely tired and active children for a fleeting 8 minute review. Very disappointed with the unprofessional service. Will not be returning.

Waited 38 min with 2 kids, got no help with my illness then charged $30.

Nice doctors but dont spend enough time. Rarely check blood pressure. My partner had kidney stones and ended up in emergency in agone when one of these doctors sent them away and told to take nurofen. Dont be drawn in by quick availability this place is more of a factory line more concerned with timing than it is with care.

Incredibly bad service and care. Had an appointment for 6:20 pm and had to wait 40 minutes until the doctor called us in. Then literally was given some poorly applied tape to my thumb and told to get an x-ray and come back tomorrow morning. If I could rate 0 stars, I most certainly would.

Greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who promptly acknowledged my arrival and ensured that I will be seen soon. Within minuted I was called to have my booster Pfizer shot and was explained what I was having and the likelihood of side effects I may have. Great efficient, friendly and professional centre. Felt quite at ease.

YOU Suck, I took a friend to get help after domestic violence to help with her massive anxiety. 2 Dr's would not give her anything. At least the staff at Amcal chemist were so worried. I took her to Forest Hill DR's I use and she got something until she can she her normal GP Monday. BAD KARMA to you. you don't know how long it took to get her into the car to come and see the DR's at Rowville. I have to give 1 star to post

Dr Quoc Duong is my GP and is a most thorough Physician whom I trust to look after my general health & well being, I am never rushed and every aspect of any tests that I have had done etc are explained to me step by step so I fully understand. I absolutely recommend Doctors@Knox as putting the patients health and well-being as their first priority.

Be prepared to wait. Half hour minimum always. Not sure why with so many GPs. My latest appointment 4.10 pm, still sitting in car its now 4.50. Not good enough .

Two from two, over 30 mins late for Telehealth appointments. All I needed was a script renewed. 10s phone call. Maybe space the appointments out more so you can be on time instead of churning through $$

For me snf my disability i have alot issue with them them past weeks while be last time justing going to get results and send informing to my other doctor. My best friend while age nurse who recommended this doctors to me as she never have problems with them and was looking for close doctor but she is medical professional so they look after to her more, I am austistic and half deaf and when I get alittle frustrated my voice rasie. I apologise when I realised my behaviour is wrong or if someone has maybe me angry i have Reacting that way sometimes i might not as i believe that have made me like knowing my disbilty and still keeps going. Unfortunately my other doctor can handle my disbilt box hill medical suits me better and my disability. I believe doctor at knox is not right for being with disabilities Thank you for understanding

I took my son there to see doctor, even i had an appointment it take 45 minutes to see a doctor. the doctor supposed to take sample and send it to Lab. later I found out because she did not take sample properly the test results was negative and she could not decide what is wrong with my one year old son. she sent us to specialist which cost me 360$. and because of the wrong sampling and wrong test result specialist could not find the correct remedy either. finally i took my son to another doctor and he follow proper procedure and give my son correct remedy

The nurse who gave me my vaccine booster shot was very knowledgeable & charming. Laughed at all my terrible jokes. The receptionists were welcoming & kind. The waiting area was comfortable & had ample seating. Lovely experience all round.

I’ve had very good experiences with some doctors and absolute horrible experiences with others. I’m suffering from something that I went to the doctors about that was said to be nothing and a month later I’m in pain again and have now found a solution from a pharmacist. Be wary of the doctors you choose because some are terrible and will provide no help to you.

Dr Monisha Koppaka is the best GP I have ever had. She works quickly while being understanding. I am trans and she has helped me so much during my transition. She has shown interest in learning more about trans healthcare. If you are trans I highly recommend her as she is trans friendly (in my opinion). Overall outstanding doctor.

Nurse Cindy is a superstar. Me and my partner visited this clinic for the 2nd time and everyone is really nice here. Most importantly nurse Cindy is such an amazing, kind , considerate person. She was very patient with us throughout the process, and we will visit here always only because of her. Most lovely person we have ever met in a medical setting. thank you Cindy 😊

I have been going here for over 15 years with regular visits over the past 8 years. Have always received excellent care & service by all reception, nurses, doctors, chiropractor & physiotherapy. They offer alot of health services under the one roof.

Doctor Koppikka was amazing and very thorough. She listens to you very carefully and gives options and ensures you are comfortable. Customer service is amazing. They inform you (if any delays) how long it is going to be. When you arrive they will let you know how many patience before you They explain payment options and how much you will get back if you are covered under Medicare They are very polite and professional. The smile throughout the time which make it a happy place

Dr Quoc Duong is by far the best GP I've ever seen. He's got a brilliant "bedside manner" and explains things clearly without making you feel silly. Reception staff are incredibly friendly especially Helen who is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Lovely place! Very short wait times and very polite reception. Dr Iresha was quick and thorough. Although they don't bulk bill, my gap payment ended up to be about $36.

Since changing there billing to charging patients , they have become more about profit rather then patient health and care, both myself and my husband became sick last Tuesday and required the use of Telehealth services, I asked the receptionist if I could just pay the gap or pay later as it was a lot of money to pay at once,I was rudely told no there is no other option but to pay in full. I work in the medical field and know there are other options available if patients need urgent medical attention. We will be looking elsewhere for another doctors clinic as patient care is no longer your priority but profit.

Great doctors! They are friendly, responsive, attentive, and empathetic. Our family has a lot going on health wise and we are never brushed off they investigate things thoroughly. They are also great with kids... my 8 year old would like me to add that you get lollies after needles.

The nurse who administered my flu and Covid vaccinations was thorough, friendly and gentle. I would definitely recommend the services at this clinic for anyone needing a vaccination.

My doctor for many years has always bulk billed. He moved a bit further away and started to charge me. I was having to wait days (last time was over the week) to make an appointment... Doctors@Knox bulk bill for over 65 and I can always book an appointment for that day or next day. The doctor I saw was polite and thorough. Very happy.

Highly recommend this practice. No lengthy waiting times for appointments. Always on time. Very competent and caring GP who takes time to listen and then explains issue and treatment (if any required).

Fantastic range of services offered, with affordable rates. They are happy to bulk bill for simple items, unlike other local practices. They also run close to time, most of the time. The online booking is great and you can also check in electronically, which is great if you are feeling unwell.

The reception staff are the forefront of the clinic. They represent the quality of care that Rowville Health pride themselves on giving. I’ve been a patient of this clinic since 1988. The medical staff are professional, friendly and give explanations of your current medical condition. They began with three doctors and a chiropractor. Today they have doctors of all ages, female and male who specialise in various fields of medicine that require them to do up to date training. Thank you to the wonderful ladies at reception and the medical staff that treat us.

Reception staff are welcoming and kind. Surgery is calm and peaceful. The lovely doctor I saw Dr Shruti Kotecha is wonderful. It was my first visit and she took the time to get a full medical history and I can not recommend her highly enough.

Checked in at friendly reception and then only had to wait a few minutes before being called in. Had booster shot, lovely person, felt very calm and comfortable. Had to wait for 15 minutes after to make sure no reaction. Perfect service by all

Why is it that my appointment with DOCTOR GAN was made public knowledge without my consent breaching DOCTOR PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY How did my family find out when I don't speak to them????? He refused to call CATT, script authorisers, Chemist Warehouse etc. Not allowing me to get my lithium that is alerted on the state wide system I HAVE TO BE ON because this cretin can't understand I paid for my January-March scripts ALL at once, LATE from MY SUPPLIER THAT SENT IT TO MY SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION AT QUEENS ROAD SRS ALBERT PARK TELL ME WHY THIS HAPPENED

I have been a patient since opening, some Drs great, some don't care and at times have had me to tears with their lack of empathy, yet they have on their bio they specialise in female health! I have two Doctors I always book with, Andrew & Eliza , they are both honest and I trust them. The reception staff do a great job.

I've been a patient of the clinic for over 7 years now and I've never had a bad experience. The Doctors are all lovely, particularly Dr. Yoffa who is my doctor. She's always been patient, sympathetic, knowledgeable and kind. The staff are always wonderful and the clinic also has other professions, including physiotherapists who are fantastic too, (especially Louise). Thank you always for being kind and wonderful, it's a lifelong gift to have a practise that you know and trust.

I had my covid vaccinations done at this centre. Excellent experience at this centre. Easy to book appointment, excellent nursing staff.

I have only been here once, but I think I'll be making this my regular practice. Dr. Monisha was very friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to answer my questions, I felt like she was being thorough too. While they may not be 100% bulk billed, I will happily pay a small fee here and there if it means better care and less rushed doctors.

My son sees Dr Julie for all his allergy and eczema related needs. She is amazing! Very knowledgeable, personable and is great with children!

Great experience! I wasn't able to see my usual GP at another clinic, so gave Doctors at Knox a try. I really liked being able to book a time and doctor online. Being able to see a short profile of the doctors experience was such a great help too. The clinic is bright, clean, and easy to find, receptionists were lovely and the doctor I saw was wonderful!

Was able to book in an appointment real easy, the staff there were really friendly and outgoing. they gave great service in a timly manor.

After years of going to different GPs and not really thinking much about their level of care I've found out what I've been missing. Doctors at Knox have been so wonderful, genuine, kind and always take their time to give me the best care. I feel so well looked after, their clincs are clean and organised. I dont feel uncomfortable when I bring my children in the waiting area with me. All staff in reception give a warm welcome and smile. It has a much brighter feel than most clincs. I would recommend them to anyone struggling with finding the right care.
