His experience and passion for the job and the way he treats his clients was what really helped me make the decision to purchase the most important ring of our lives. Wilson is so knowledgeable around diamonds and engagement rings, he explains it in such details and adds so much more value to the person buying it. My partner and I must have visited the store at least 3 times on long extended appointments, questions galore since we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. Wilson was so patient every time in answering all our questions and going above and beyond in giving every little detail. I had the most amazing experience!! My Fiancé and I were recommended Paul Bram by a family friend and we’re not disappointed. Wilson was very friendly, funny and helpful. My husband and I bought our engagement, wedding and eternity rings from Paul Bram back in 1985/1986. My 3 rings needed a refurbishment and so we popped back into their store to see what our options were. My partner and I have been to a few shops before going to Paul Bram. The most important thing that struck out to us was the excellent service that was provided by Prue. Prue welcomed us with the biggest smile and she made the process of selecting our wedding rings very easy. We really appreciated that Prue took the time to understand us and was very patient with us. We ordered our rings just around 6 weeks before the wedding and I was very anxious that we may not receive the rings in time for the wedding but Prue reassured that she will help us find a temporary solution if the rings didn't arrive on time. Prue provided us with updates through out the weeks and just to touch base with us. We got very lucky as the rings arrived just in time. We were given a choice to pick them up or get it delivered by express post because of the restrictions. The rings arrived the following day and it was exactly what we wanted and we absolutely love our rings. Prue went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. We were looking for a creative, elegant engagement ring which Paul Bram was able to design. The central diamond is a heart shape and cut beautifully, flanked by 6 pink diamonds either side. The colours that are reflected from this stone, as well as the Argyle pinks either side and so stunning and hard to stop looking at! Service is excellent and when in Melbourne I take it in to be checked and washed. Highly recommend this Melbourne jeweller!

Very fun experience! I walked in very nervous and not knowing a thing about diamonds. The very lovely Prue talked me through it all and gave me a good range of options. I shopped around a bit, but found the other dealers weren't very interested in me as a buyer. So I went back to Prue and we put together a great design. Prue was just as excited as us when I emailed to tell her I had proposed!

He had all the time in the world to meet with us multiple times, try everything and have our rings made with plenty of time ahead of the wedding.
