    I just got a call saying my laser was cancelled today, this is the second time it’s happened and I am completely exhausted with the poor customer service of results laser clinic, it’s honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had and the careless mentality of their customer service. I went to book my laser this week and firstly they told me my packs were expired and no one told me that they had an expiry date and would not renew them. Secondly I brought a new pack because I needed it done this weekend and the receptionist booked me in. Then I get a cancellation. This is the 2nd time the clinic cancelled on a Saturday and I organise my whole week around this appointment. I’m so furious on the customer service as I want the pack I purchased refunded as I’m so over being let down and inconvenienced with this company. Both girls pretty much said they can’t do anything and good luck when contacting head office. But I really want the refund as I’ve lost all my other packs that was worth hundreds of dollars. I have never been to a clinic with such poor customer service that there is no solution it’s just ‘this is all we can do for you’. I need someone to reach out to me on this issue as it has to be addressed because it has reached the limit of being unethical. I wished I looked at the reviews before I spent my money here, omg now embarrassing. You should be embarrassed to work here. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME HERE!!

    I booked my appointment at 11.30am on Sunday then staff called me move to 1,30pm, I was happy to change then, on the way my car got issues and tried to catch taxi, I called them I will be late 10mins they said no because public holiday. I also told her I will fly to Sydney soon and expect to change on Monday morning if she can't wait for me 10mins she said no, book online. very lazy staff and non responsibility to customer. I'm a regular customer, I used to be happy with services here and chase their services almost 2 years but now I will think about it. very bad customer service and terrible experience today.

    I am a customer of 6 years and I have been purchasing packages which I was told there won’t be any expiry date however I received an expiry email notice which I contacted the call center to inquire about and they raised a ticket with no one ever contacting me with an update . I even went to MC store and asked about it and she said she will do the same and no response. awful customer service ! they have also done the same to my husband. very frustrating! No customer service

    Worst place with worst customer service from head office! Please stay away unless u r ready for the nonsense provided by them. Head office staffs will never provide support and always rude and accusive! It does make me wonder if it is related to the limited staffs and high turnover at one of their clinics! Further to that, staffs don't provide consistent advise and always left customers in confusion. Clinic staffs always not available, and if you have queries you have to call the head office, which then give you stink attitude! Would rather pay more in the future rather than get sucked in to the worst treatment and service!

    Hopeless experience. The operator didnt trim the hairs, which is standard as part of the treatment. She didnt keep the laser on the hairs for long enough for the hairs to be treated. She missed many of them and when I said this, she denied it and only half heartedly went back to treat them. She kept saying that the hairs were too tough, thats why I didnt see a result - something that I've never been told before. Wasted treatment. Not returning unless they get better trained staff.

    They burnt my tattoo on my leg during the laser removal and when I notified the clinic manager while the staff was saying just put alovera on it it gets better, my tattoo was damaged and changed and marked for life. Their staff is not reliable nor their machines. Also their head office was informed but has been avoiding me since and when I called to follow up while under medical treatment over the call recorded conversation they said their head office been on lunch break so I waited for hours on wait then someone said she is on leave so I asked if one staff is only tehre for all these branches and they then said that person didn't have time to get back to me and they haven't called me back so I booked a random laser session and right away they called me just to get appointment confirmation but for my matter they disappear and won't care.

    I don't understand why they can't answer the phone that I have to call head office to make an appointment? (Currently don't have enough staff to fulfil sessions and are hiring if you are trying to book)

    FRAUD!!!! Be aware if you pay with credit card. I paid in person with my credit card and after 7 months they took $277 out of my account. Thankfully my bank realised this fraudulent activity and has filed for fraud to return my money. I am also in the process of reporting the company for fraudulent activity. I want to warn everyone. DO NOT GO HERE AND DONT PAY WITH CARD.

    Worst experience. I just attended to my appointment they didn't do it because according to them my package expired yesterday, even though I had my text message and email confirming my appointment. I've been so regular and on time. Never buying here again

    Used to come here often for laser but unfortunately their level of quality has dropped. I thought maybe it was a once off, but for the last two times I had laser here they have rushed through and hit only about 30% of the areas of skin with the device. Usually it can be patchy and i understand that but this is different, I watched the technician just put the laser on a few random spots in the area and jump past other areas. Yes it's cheap but eventually you pay more as you have to return to get the missed areas.

    Mixed feelings about this clinic, I usually have a great experience with most of the staff, however not so much with others. I’ve been getting laser hair removal consistently for years, however since coming to this clinic, my results have been patchy and unfortunately my hair grew back a few days post treatment, which was extremely disappointing.

    I feel very uncomfortable when I come to you when you do not seem to welcome me, maybe because my English is not good or for some other reason, I find it too difficult to book an appointment with me. you guys are not happy i am very upset about it and today i came and mean to not work at your place anymore and asked for a refund but there was a staff member who was very enthusiastic to schedule me and her She guided me very enthusiastically as to what should I do if I want to refund, I found her too cute and kind so I decided to continue doing your service without asking for a refund and she arranged for I checked on Friday I am very grateful for that, because everyone's work is really busy and I know it, sorry too, I hope I will have a better experience when I come to you. I think after this treatment I will think twice if I should come back here because the staff attitude is very unpleasant

    I visited this place yesterday and had a horrible experience with the service!! My appointment was scheduled at 1:45 pm on Thursday for full face laser treatment as my upper lip was burnt during the process due to carelessness of the worker now it is paining very badly. Now i just want to recommend that the service should be improved!!

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 🙏 Paid for laser for 4 areas and as per the website it supposed to be 10 mins per area and OMG… they finished all four areas in just 5-7 mins… they do not tell you wht to do.. precautions and all… not at all hyginic… very rude….. sorry but not coming back 👏👏👏 guys, please dont waste your money.

    just received the hair removal for full face and arm pit. How come they only give one shot on forehead and two shots for cheeks??????. She did okay with armpits.. But I Never heard of this small amount of laser shots. I spent more than 100 dollars. I did with staff called Adda? Very disappointed..

    Every time I go, I see different people working. That’s okay, but nice professional people left and today an asian staff was there for me and today’s experience is the worst. As soon as she saw me, she was saying ‘You late!’ with an angry face and she looked like she couldn’t be bothered to say nicely. Well, it’s my fault that I got there late, but I apologised to the other staff earlier. So this lady had no idea. Then the laser treatment started. It felt like someone was shooting my bottom constantly. Obviously I was trying to bear with the pain as usual, but I had to say it really hurts. Her face still looked so upset and annoyed. Unlike the staff I met before and they tried to control the machine and laugh together to overcome the moment, this lady left a bad impression. I’ve also noticed that they test us with the total number of sessions left. They have often told me incorrect total numbers. I knew I still have one session to go with my credit from today, but she said I don’t have any session left, so I need to pay. I was asking her to double-check and she said I was right later on. If you go to this branch, you need to record how many sessions are left and own your history. Don’t rely on their website/system as it might be easily changed. Btw weirdly, I don't think they have full visibility on your booking either. I booked my next session a while ago, but they asked me about when I want to book next. I forgot the booking I made by myself earlier, now I see double bookings in my account. How funny!

    This place is horrible. I bought a laser hair removal package as they suggested but they always cancel on my appointments. Actual issue is that it is impossible to rebook and they never call me also they never answer. Also it is impossible to reschedule on the website. First time the beautician didn't use the cooling fan while she was operating the laser machine on my face so when I left I was in pain so badly. Before you purchase any serviced from here please think 5 times maybe 5 years to make sure that this is a right place for you. Shockingly they have been able to operate this business for 10 years.

    Been a client for over a year. Then I was told to the face that my free facial that came a long with my membership expired when a staff literally booked me 1 month ago. I was not told that it had an expiry date either. The staff could have been clearer on their own expiry rules and not book me. Not even salty about the expired free facial, but really disappointed in the way the problem was solved. I missed an important appointment for this.

    Need the staff to learn how to talk to customers. Why would you be so rude and hostile? I still had 13 mins in my appointment left. I was told to come some other day, straight up! And this is after they called me to ask if I’m coming and I said I’m running, just 2 mins. And when I reached there, she said NO…… I mean, what???

    A few months ago I did a filler procedure, which I did not use completely, because at the time it was not necessary, so I saved it so that I could use it later, when I tried to book to finish the filler that I had already bought, the clinic canceled me due to covid issues, their workers were sick and could not treat me, the second time I tried to do it, they closed because they were remodeling the clinic. When I finally managed to return for my filler, the nurse who did this told me that my filler had expired, which annoyed me a lot because they never mentioned to me that the filler had an expiration date and it is really very short. The day I went to the clinic I also had a hair removal appointment (Laser). the girl who did my laser hair removal didn't ask me if I had makeup on, which seemed strange to me, but I still agreed, the next day my skin was burned, it was not serious so I decided not to pay attention. Then I tried to contact the manager to find a solution, they contacted me, I told them everything that happened and they said they would provide me with a solution, since they never mentioned that the filler had an expiration date, which is why I ended up losing money because I paid for the complete filler, after a month they never contacted me again to give me a solution, they just pretended that they were going to do it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, I lost money and they did to a bad procedure when I did my laser, and they never bothered to offer me a solution.

    Horrible experience. Dissatisfied and disappointed for sure. Do not waste your money. They have no appointments for you . They cancel in the last minute with a text message saying the therapist is unavailable. Very unprofessional guys. Can’t even get a refund. Total frauds!!!!!

    1st impressions last forever. So, today I thought I'd try this place for the 1st time, and can honestly say that I will never be back. I was treated horribly by one of your staff that was there today. I felt belittled by her demeaning and dismissive ways. Perhaps teach your staff propper customer service skills. No appointment made today and will definitely pass on to my many friends about my experience. Disgusting!

    Jessica at the Melbourne Central store was fabulous and attentive. I really appreciated the personalised customer service and care. She was senstive to my needs and kept checking how I was feeling throughout the entire treatment. Jessica was very cheerful and friendly.

    This place is terrible. The reservation system is very difficult, unable to find the available date. I found a date that was available in the next 3 months then the staff called to cancel and couldn't find a date that was available for me. What a waste of money and time. I should have read the reviews before buying the package here.

    If it was not because the staff tempted me to buy the package, I would never come here or recommend anyone to come here. They always cancelled my appointments like 2 days prior and the gave me like weird times to rebook. Like if I was free weekdays then I would not needed to book for weekend! If I said I can't make it to any of the time they gave me then they would said I needed to go to their other store which was like 25km from me. Like what on Earth should I go that far when I booked for the one that is near my place, if I wanted to travel that far for a half an hour session then I would have already booked it myself in the first place. The customer service was also terrible when I tried to call them back to book. There was one time they cancelled my appointment and I called back to reschedule but they said they could not found my booking details, they said to just waited but they hung up on me and never called back. They cancelled my appointments all the time and I was always tried to be understanding with them but they would be very unreasonable and not doing my sessions when I was like 5 minutes late to my appointments because I had to work on the weird day and time they gave me.

    Second time I had capillary treatment they burnt my face! Was super painful and took two weeks for the scabs to go down. Sent them photos and response was awful – complete lack of care and safety. Absolutely avoid! Cheap prices aren’t worth the risk.

    After an excessive amount of booking confirmation emails and texts in the days prior, the appointment was cancelled via text a couple hours before it was scheduled due to staff availability, so no chance to reschedule somewhere else.

    I got my anti wrinkle injection done by nurse Marie, she was very gentle and made me feel comfortable considering it was my first time. I was very happy with my results after two weeks, will definitely refer my friends here

    Sandra and Brooke have been looking after me for almost two years now. I would like to let everyone know how seeing these girls have changed my self confidence, I came into this clinic wanting a deep cleaning facial but i now been visiting this clinic every month , sometimes twice a month, My skin has never looked better. The cosmetic nurse Semra is also very good. It not something i tell my family and friends about my treatments with the nurse. I will be back monthly! If your reading this review, they are great and great price to top it off

    I bought a package of 5 treatments, first 4 went really well, happy with my result. (at the end of each session, i always book for my next appointment) Received a message on my phone on the day of my 5th appointment (January 2020, pre covid) saying the appointment was cancelled, no explanation given. And no one's contacted me since then. Disappointing.

    Booked an appointment and got hopelessly lost! After phoning the clinic one of the girls was able to direct me to the shop and still did my appointment despite the fact I was 10 minutes late! booked in for another 6 sessions, service was professional and welcoming had a great first experience thank you!

    Lisa is amazing. I had skin needling done and she spent an hour on my treatment while other clinics have rushed me out the door in 20-30 minutes. I already feel like I can see more results in one session than I have with the last couple I’ve had at another place recently. She made me feel really welcomed and I’m looking forward to my next visit with her.
