I took a old(43 years) Rolex Oyster Date in to Melbourne service centre just to get a new "End Piece" replaced due to lost End Piece when pin broke and came away from watch. Three weeks latter I was told they would not service bracelet unless I had also the watch serviced. At this time the watch was keeping time like a Rolex should do and needed no service ( verbal quote was that it would cost more than the value of the watch to service). This is the second time I have attended this service center and found on both times that the service rendered was way below par on such a "high end" piece of jewellery even if very old. Found a helpful jewellier that hunt around and found a spare 557 End Piece and sent it to me with out cost, a local jewellier installed item to bracelet and watch with a new pin at $10. Watch wasn't running on return from Rolex Service Centre but is going now and keeping excellent time. So how do I rate the Rolex Service Center at Level 7 18 Oliver Lane Melbourne, just one (1) star just for being there.

No one ever bothered picking up the phone or returning calls to make an appointment—a total Mickey Mouse company. Don't bother with these clowns, and just buy Omega instead.

Sent my Explorer in for repair. Took 4 weeks to recieve an accurate quote. Completley unresponsive to calls and emails. For a luxury brand, the service is absolutely disgraceful.

My family and I were on vacation in Melbourne when the bracelet on my wife's Yachtmaster broke. We were literally halfway around the world from our normal Authorized Dealer. We called the service center and were told to come straight away. They fixed the bracelet on my wife's watch, cleaned the bracelet and case and had us on our way in 15 minutes and didn't charge us a dime. I can't say enough good things about Rolex customer service and specifically the Melbourne service center.

Absolutely disgraceful service! Shocking that a brand like Rolex destroys its reputation with such an appalling service as provided here. Took an incredibly long time for nothing done. Unresponsive uncaring service managers. Would not return phone calls. Had to go pick up watch after months to get it serviced elsewhere. Do not take your Rolex to this service centre! Beware!

My service took twice as long as originally expected and when I asked for an update I was just told that my watch has been assigned to a technician. It seemed like it may have been forgotten about. It's come back and now is too small. So I'm going to have to go in and work out what they have done. Very irritating, especially for their price.

I accidentally dropped my GMTc and damaged the crown. They performed the necessary repairs and also did a full service and my watch is now in better shape then when I bought it. Due to my smaller wrists, I had a half link from a SubC installed - I was very pleasantly surprised when it came back with a polished centre link to match the rest of the bracelet. Excellent service worthy of the crown.

Very nice in general, got mine Tudor serviced that day. Make sure you call them before visiting the service centre.

Molly and Jasmine provided a level of customer service that surpassed all others I have experienced. Polite, professional and above all, extremely patient. It was my first visit to the new RSC and it is a cut above the rest. From the moment you enter, its a real VIP experience and I want to commend all the staff. A big thank you to the technicians who promptly fulfilled my request of installing a new band. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you again Jasmine and Molly, you were simply perfection. Massive congrats to the entire team on reducing the service timeframe from 20+ weeks to 8-10. Best Regards, Mani.

Buyer beware. Rolex service is a disaster! Don't buy a Rolex unless you are happy to wait 6 months for it to be repaired. They have no ideas as a luxury brand on how to provide customer services.

Just to get a watch I bought my wife which was losing time by 5 minutes is taking more than 10 weeks I could not take it earlier due to the pandemic and I have to pay for it as it is out of Warranty it’s really bad for such an expensive watch company

Came through to have my Tudor bezel re-aligned after I purchased it. Bit of a weird place to be, but the service was fantastic. Warm and welcome as I stepped in. Interior clean as you would expect with a glimpse into the labs, was lovely. I wonder if they do tours. Was a week turnaround for the bezel adjustment and couldn't be any more happier.

In and out on a day trip to Melbourne, they had an extra end link in stock and fitted for me the same day. Genuinely surprised at the low cost.

Dear Rolex/Tudor owner. If you are still waiting for your watch service to be completed at official Rolex service centre, and it has been more than 6 months from the date of payment, you SHOULD REPORT TO FAIR TRADING for advice!!! I lodged my service request on 31/07/2022 and I paid for the service on 13/08/2022. I am still waiting for the service to be completed!!! Rolex delayed the service twice without an appropriate reason. According the last communication on 25/01, they replied: “The watchmaker has serviced the movement he is just waiting for the case so he can case up the timepiece and put onto testing”. It has been more than 3 weeks already, why it takes this amount of time to polish my bracelet?! I did call fair trading to advice. According to fair trading, ROLEX not completing the job by the expected ETA (8-10 weeks from the date of payment) is a breach of the contract. Consumer has the right to request full refund or partial refund (if the work has been done) PS: Sydneysiders, there are plenty of other repairers to use, just search “Luxury watch repairer Sydney” and then call to enquire.

Service is good and on time. I was told that my watch will be ready in 8 weeks and it’s ready in 8 weeks. A little bit pricey but I knew what I’m in for. But my watch looks really good and new.

Brilliant service by Molly! She was outstanding with her professionalism, very understanding and followed through on all my requests. I was tempted to offer her a job to manage my own practice! Highly recommend Molly and the team at Rolex Head Office!

From the time we entered the store, with greetings from security to the wonderful attention and warmth from the reception. Representative (Molly) we felt safe, comfortable and as though we were a special customer. No complaints, no faults just a confidence that we expect from a Company like Rolex.

Let me provide a "literature review", or "qualitative analysis" here. If you look into the detail of these current 52 (fifty-two) reviews, you can find that those reviews are either 5 stars or 1 stars. Either extremely positive feedback OR extremely negative feedback. There does not appear to have any neutral feedback other than 1 review with 2 stars, and 1 review with 4 stars without comments. Does this tell you something? Are those 5 stars ratings even real?

Had some issues with my GMT MASTER II where I need to replace a part on it. Contacted the service centre via phone and was directed to Gayle, whom was in charge of after sales services. She kindly assisted on my request and also ensured that I can receive the watch back at the earliest opportunity. Am glad that they managed to secure the replacement for me with minimal down time. Big thanks again to RSC and your staff Gayle for the help. 👍

I have my GMT Master II running slow and losing few seconds everyday, and I need the watch for my upcoming travel in 3 weeks. Spoke to the receptionist and they’re checking if it’s still under warranty or not and I also stated I need the watch for my travel and if I can get it prior would be awesome. And everything was smooth, beautiful and helpful, got the watch back in 2 weeks and happy! 🙏🏼☺️ Thank you

Called the Rolex service centre to get a quote of serving my watch. Wendy asked for all details and got back to me in a few days. She also offered me a few options and advice. Much appreciated!

I see there's a lot of low rating received from the service or warranty, but I got different experience from them which is fast, easy, and convinience. Thanks to the team I was able to get my watch done in time and fast response from the email to set the time for my pick ups! No hassle at all.

If I could give a zero or negative I would. Had two of my watches in for a service through Kennedy and they were held up from September 2022 until a day ago (9 months). Just appalling and pathetic for a so called premium brand. I will not get my other watches (up for service in 2024 and 2025) serviced. No way. Get your act together.

Massive shout out to Molly, she was very patient and kind. The turn around was quick as well, about 14 business days. Was very happy with the process. Thanks Molly!
