We have always found Raj to be friendly and courteous as we pass the time of day when we visit his shop. Mostly we purchase the daily paper and special occasion cards. I often visit the supermarket but always return to him for the paper as we like to support him and his store. We also notice his friendly communications with other customers which is in a similar nature to our own. Long may he continue to offer his services to the people of Manor Lakes. Dianne & Peter Smith

Do they ever pick calls ? I have never even once in many years been able to get through calls on their number provided on google, always get direct to message bank. And if they never want to take calls why to even display a number and calling facility on google then. Also every time i have been there i could clearly realise they are more focused of lottery ticket services than Auspost services so why did they even opt for becoming Auspost service providers here.

Good, I have only been here because of the Australia Post service they provide. I think it's good Manor Lakes has some sort of postal service. Lines can be a little long and expect a wait as it's mainly lotto customers here. Would be good if Australia Post set up their own post shop, but I've heard they refuse to do so. The lotto shop with a postal service, in my opinion the shop size is a bit small for both but it is better than having nothing at all.

Buying my weekly tatts tickets is an absolute pleasure down at Manor Lakes News and lotto, Raj and his team are always so friendly and inviting. Just waiting for the big win! Keep it up team😀 JB

Raj and staff are always friendly I'm always asked by him how am I and also how's the family, he even gives a friendly wave when you walk past his shop. Also the closest lotto shop to home which is a bonus.

Bit hard to pick up a package with the angle of the desk....people walk in and don't know where to stand in line properly.
